اسلام بنی نوع انسان پر شرافت، عزت اور ان بنیادی اقدار کی تمام خصلتوں کو لازم ٹھہراتا ہے جو آج کے معاشرے کے بیشتر حصے میں کھو چکی ہیں۔

Islam enjoins upon mankind all traits of nobility, honor, and core values lost in much of today’s society.

❖ والدین کی عزت و خدمت: "اور اپنے والدین کے ساتھ اچھا سلوک کرو۔" (قرآن، سورۃ الانعام، آیت 151)

❖ Honoring the Parents: “Be good and dutiful to your parents.” (Quran, Chapter 6, Verse 151).

❖ عورتوں کے ساتھ حسنِ سلوک: "اور ان (بیویوں) کے ساتھ حسنِ سلوک سے زندگی بسر کرو۔" (قرآن، سورۃ النساء، آیت 19) نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا: "تم میں سے بہترین وہ ہے جو اپنی بیوی کے ساتھ بہترین سلوک کرنے والا ہو۔"

❖ Kindness to Women: “And live with them (the wife) in kindness.” (Quran, Chapter 4, Verse 19) Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: “The best of you is the one who is best to his wife.”.

❖ خواتین کے حقوق: نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا: "عورتیں مردوں کی جڑواں نصف ہیں؛ ان کے بھی اسی طرح حقوق ہیں جس طرح مردوں کے حقوق ہیں۔"

❖ Women’s Rights: Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: “Women are the twin halves of men; they have rights just as men have rights.” .

❖ اسلام میں تنوع: اسلام انسانوں کی زبانوں، نسلوں اور رنگوں کے تنوع کو خالق کی قدرت کی نشانی سمجھتا ہے، نہ کہ تفرقے کا سبب۔ "اور اس کی نشانیوں میں سے آسمانوں اور زمین کی تخلیق ہے، اور تمہاری زبانوں اور تمہارے رنگوں کا اختلاف ہے۔" (قرآن، سورۃ الروم، آیت 22)

❖ Diversity in Islam: Islam views the diversity of man’s languages, ethnicities, and races as a sign of the Creator’s power; not a source of division. “And of His signs is the creation of the heavens and the earth, and the diversity of your languages and your colors.” (Quran, Chapter 30, Verse 22).

❖ نسلی مساوات: تقویٰ وہ صفت ہے جو کسی شخص کو خدا کے نزدیک معزز بناتی ہے، نسل یا رنگت نہیں۔ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: "اے لوگو! بےشک تمہارا رب ایک ہے، اور تمہارا باپ (آدمؑ) ایک ہے۔ نہ کسی عربی کو کسی عجمی پر فضیلت حاصل ہے اور نہ کسی عجمی کو کسی عربی پر، اور نہ کسی سفید فام کو کسی سیاہ فام پر فضیلت حاصل ہے اور نہ کسی سیاہ فام کو کسی سفید فام پر، مگر تقویٰ کے اعتبار سے۔"

❖ Racial Equality: Piety is the quality that makes a person noble in the sight of God, not race or skin color. Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: “O mankind, indeed your Lord is One, and your fa ther (Adam) is one. There is no superiority for an Arab over a non Arab or for a non-Arab over an Arab, or for a white person over a black person or for a black person over a white person, except in terms of piety.”.

❖ بزرگوں کا احترام: نبی کریم ﷺ

❖ Respect for the Elderly: Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him)

انہوں نے فرمایا: "وہ ہم میں سے نہیں جو ہمارے چھوٹوں پر رحم نہ کرے اور ہمارے بڑوں کی عزت نہ کرے۔"

said, “He is not one of us, those who do not show mercy to our youth and respect our elderly.”.

❖ بیوہ کی کفالت: نبی کریم ﷺ

❖ Caring for the Widow: Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him)

آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا: "جو شخص بیوہ اور مسکین کی کفالت کرتا ہے، وہ اس شخص کی مانند ہے جو پورا دن روزہ رکھتا ہے اور پوری رات قیام کرتا ہے۔"

said, “The one who looks after a widow and a poor person is like the one who fasts the entire day and stands in prayer the entire night.”.

❖ ہمسایوں کے ساتھ حسنِ سلوک: نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا: "جو شخص اللہ اور آخرت کے دن پر ایمان رکھتا ہو، وہ اپنے ہمسایے کو تکلیف نہ دے۔" ❖ جانوروں کے ساتھ حسنِ سلوک: نبی کریم ﷺ

❖ Kindness to Neighbors: Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, “Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, let him not an noy his neighbor.” ❖ Kindness to Animals: Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him)

اُس نے جانوروں کو کرسی کے طور پر استعمال کرنے، انہیں مارنے، یا ان کے چہرے پر داغ لگانے سے منع فرمایا۔ اسلام خوراک کے لیے شکار کی اجازت دیتا ہے، جبکہ محض تفریح کے لیے جانوروں کو نشانہ بازی کی مشق کے طور پر استعمال کرنے سے منع کرتا ہے۔

forbade using animals as chairs, beating them, or branding them in the face. Islam allows hunting for food while forbidding us to use animals as target practice for mere sport.

❖ کاروبار میں انصاف: اسلام مصیبت کے وقت خوراک یا سامان کو ذخیرہ کرنے اور پھر صارف سے بڑھی ہوئی قیمت وصول کرنے کو حرام قرار دیتا ہے۔ نبی محمد ﷺ نے فرمایا: "جو ذخیرہ اندوزی کرتا ہے وہ گناہگار ہے۔"

❖ Fairness in Business: Islam forbids hoarding food or merchandise during times of distress then charging the consumer an inflated price. Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: “Whoever hoards is a sinner.”.

❖ مردوں کا احترام: اسلام میں مردوں کو برا بھلا کہنا حرام ہے۔ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا: "مردوں کو برا نہ کہو، کیونکہ اس سے تم زندوں کو تکلیف پہنچاتے ہو۔"

❖ Respect for the Dead: Islam forbids insulting the dead. Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: “Do not vilify the dead and by way of that harm the living.”.

اسلام سچائی، پاکیزگی، عاجزی، حیا، وعدے کی پابندی، عزت نفس، عدل، بہادری، قناعت، پاکدامنی، برداشت، شکرگزاری، اور غصے کے وقت ضبطِ نفس کا حکم دیتا ہے۔

Islam enjoins truthfulness, cleanliness, humility, modesty, keeping promises, dignity, justice, courage, contentment, chastity, forbearance, gratitude, and self-control in times of anger.
