पार्टी ब्लॉक के लिए यह अत्यंत आवश्यक है कि वह स्वयं को उस उम्मत से अलग इकाई न समझे जिसके साथ वह रहता है। बल्कि उसे स्वयं को इसी उम्मत का हिस्सा समझना चाहिए, क्योंकि उम्मत के लोग ब्लॉक के सदस्यों की तरह मुसलमान हैं। पार्टी ब्लॉक के सदस्य किसी भी मुसलमान से बेहतर नहीं हैं, भले ही वे इस्लाम को समझते हों और उसके लिए काम करते हों। अल्लाह की नज़र में ब्लॉक के सदस्यों पर मुसलमानों की सेवा करने और इस्लाम के लिए काम करने की ज़्यादा भारी ज़िम्मेदारी और अधिक जवाबदेही है। इस्लामी समूह के सदस्यों को जानना चाहिए कि उम्मत के बिना, जिसके बीच वे काम करते हैं, समूह का आकार कितना भी बड़ा क्यों न हो, वे तुच्छ हैं। इसलिए उनका कर्तव्य है कि वे उम्मत के साथ मेल-जोल रखें और संघर्ष में उसके साथ आगे बढ़ें, और यह सुनिश्चित करें कि उम्मत यह महसूस करे कि संघर्ष के लिए काम करने वाली वही है। ब्लॉक (पार्टी) को किसी भी ऐसे कार्य, शब्द या टिप्पणी से दूर रहना चाहिए, चाहे वह कितनी भी छोटी हो, जो यह संकेत दे कि ब्लॉक उम्मत से अलग और भिन्न है। क्योंकि इससे उम्मत पार्टी और उसकी दावत से दूर हो जाती है, और ब्लॉक समाज की अनेक समस्याओं में एक और समस्या बन जाता है, जो उसके पुनरुत्थान में बाधा डालती है। अतः उम्मत एक अविभाज्य इकाई है, और पार्टी ब्लॉक राज्य की स्थापना के लिए उठता है और उम्मत तथा राज्य में इस्लाम का संरक्षक बनता है, यह सुनिश्चित करते हुए कि कोई विचलन न होने पाए। यदि वह उम्मत में ऐसा कुछ देखे तो वह उम्मत में उसका ईमान और उसकी सूझ-बूझ जगाएगा। यदि वह राज्य में कोई विचलन देखे तो वह उम्मत के साथ मिलकर इस्लाम के अनुसार उसे सुधारने का काम करेगा। इस प्रकार समूह द्वारा की जाने वाली दावत अपने स्वाभाविक मार्ग पर उत्कृष्टता के साथ सफलतापूर्वक आगे बढ़ेगी।

It is vital that the party bloc does not consider itself as an entity separate from the Ummah it lives with. Rather it must consider itself a part of this Ummah, because the Ummah are Muslims like the members of the bloc. The members of the party bloc are not better than any of the Muslims, even if they understand Islam and work for it. The members of the bloc have a heavier responsibility and greater accountability in serving the Muslims and working for Islam in the sight of Allah. The members of the Islamic group should know they are worthless regardless of the size of the group without the Ummah, which they work amongst. Consequently their duty is to interact with the Ummah and to proceed with her in the struggle, ensuring that the Ummah should feel that she is the one who is working for the struggle. The bloc (party) has to stay away from any action, word or remark, regardless of its size, that would imply that the block is separate and distinct from the Ummah. This is because this alienates the Ummah from the party and its da’wah, and makes the block a problem added to the host of problems in the society which prevents its revival. So the Ummah is an indivisible single entity and the party bloc rises to establish the state and to be the guardian for Islam in the Ummah and in the state, ensuring that no deviation can take place. If it notices any of that in the Ummah, it will instil in the Ummah her iman and her ingenuity. If it notices any deviation in the state then it will work together with the Ummah to rectify it according to Islam. Thus, the Da’wah carried by the group will successfully proceed along its natural path with excellence.

समूह का उद्देश्य इस्लामी भूमियों में इस्लामी जीवन-पद्धति को पुनः स्थापित करना और इस्लामी दावत (आह्वान) को पूरी दुनिया तक पहुँचाना होना चाहिए। इस उद्देश्य को प्राप्त करने का तरीका शासन (हुकूमत) है। शासन को प्राप्त करने का तरीका इस्लाम का अध्ययन और उसकी समझ है, तथा लोगों को इस तरह इस्लाम पर तर्बियत देना कि इस्लामी मानसिकता (‘अक़्लिय्यah) और इस्लामी स्वभाव (नफ़्सिय्यah) का निर्माण हो, ताकि इस्लामी व्यक्तित्व (शख़्सिय्यah) बने। यह समूह उम्मत से भी संपर्क रखता है, उसे इस्लाम समझाकर उसके सच्चे हितों का एहसास कराता है, और दिखाता है कि इस्लाम इन हितों को संबोधित करता है और उनकी प्राप्ति सुनिश्चित करता है, साथ ही मुसलमानों के हितों को अपनाता है। दावत के रास्ते में यह संपर्क और संघर्ष इस्लाम के अध्ययन के साथ-साथ चलना चाहिए। इस दल-समूह की गतिविधियाँ राजनीतिक हैं, इसलिए आवश्यक है कि इस समूह की प्रमुख पहचान राजनीतिक हो, क्योंकि यही वह पहला व्यावहारिक तरीका है जिससे इस्लाम की दावत शुरू होती है। लेकिन इसका अर्थ यह नहीं कि दावत केवल राजनीति के लिए है या केवल शासन के लिए। बल्कि इसका अर्थ है इस्लाम की दावत, और शासन पाने के लिए राजनीतिक संघर्ष, ताकि ऐसा राज्य स्थापित हो जो इस्लाम को लागू करे और उसकी दावत को आगे बढ़ाए। इस्लामी दावत उठाने वाला समूह राजनीतिक होना चाहिए। वह आध्यात्मिक, नैतिकतावादी, शैक्षणिक, विद्वत्तापूर्ण, या इनमें से किसी भी प्रकार का नहीं होना चाहिए।

The objective of the group should be to resume the Islamic way of life in the Islamic Lands, and to carry the Islamic da’wah to the world. Its method to achieve this objective is through ruling (government). Its method to attain the ruling is through the study and comprehension of Islam and culturing people with it in a way producing the effect in the building of the Islamic mentality (‘aqliyyah) and the Islamic disposition (nafsiyyah), so as to form the Islamic personality (shakhsiyyah). It also interacts with the Ummah by making her understand Islam and realising her true interests and showing that Islam addresses these interests and secures their achievement together with adopting the interests of the Muslims. This interaction and struggle in the way of the da’wah should proceed simultaneously with the study of Islam. These actions of the party bloc are political; therefore it is necessary that the prominent appearance of this block be political, for it is the first practical way in which that da’wah for Islam starts. However, this does not mean da’wah is for politics alone or for ruling alone. Rather it means da’wah to Islam and the political struggle to gain the authority so as to establish the state, which will implement Islam and carry its da’wah. The bloc that carries the Islamic da’wah should be political. It should not be spiritual, moralistic, academic, scholarly, educational or any of these.

हिज़्बुत-तहरीर एक ऐसा हिज़्ब (दल) है जो इस्लाम पर आधारित है और एक राजनीतिक दल है जो राजनीति से जुड़े मामलों से निपटता है, और उम्मत को इस्लामी संस्कृति से इस तरह संस्कारित करने का काम करता है जिसमें राजनीतिक पहलू स्पष्ट रूप से दिखाई देता है। यह दल उस काम की निंदा करता है जो उपनिवेशवादी और उनके एजेंट कर रहे हैं, जिसमें वे छात्रों और कर्मचारियों को राजनीति में भाग लेने से रोकते हैं और जनता को भी इससे दूर रखने की कोशिश करते हैं। हिज़्बुत-तहरीर का मानना है कि आवश्यक है कि जनता राजनीति को समझे और उनमें राजनीतिक संस्कृति बनी रहे। राजनीतिक गतिविधि का अर्थ यह दिखाना नहीं है कि इस्लाम में राजनीति शामिल है, या इस्लाम में राजनीतिक सिद्धांत अमुक-अमुक प्रकार के हैं। राजनीति का अर्थ है पूरी उम्मत के मामलों की देखभाल आंतरिक और बाहरी दोनों स्तरों पर करना, और ये मामले केवल इस्लाम के आधार पर संचालित हों। यह काम राज्य द्वारा और उम्मत द्वारा, जो राज्य का हिसाब लेने की अपनी ज़िम्मेदारी निभाती है, किया जाना चाहिए। इसे व्यावहारिक रूप से हासिल करने के लिए दल को उम्मत और शासन के संबंध में ऐसी ज़िम्मेदारी उठानी होगी। हिज़्बुत-तहरीर इस्लाम की दावत को व्यापक रूप से आगे बढ़ाता है और उम्मत को उन अहकाम-ए-शरीयत से संस्कारित करता है जो दैनिक जीवन की समस्याओं का समाधान देते हैं। यह दल इस्लाम के अनुसार शासन स्थापित करने के लिए काम करता है और कुफ़्र के उपनिवेशवादियों के विरुद्ध संघर्ष करता है ताकि उनका प्रभाव जड़ से उखाड़ा जा सके। यह उपनिवेशवाद के एजेंटों के विरुद्ध भी संघर्ष करता है, चाहे वे उसके बौद्धिक नेतृत्व और विचारों को अपनाने वाले हों या उसकी नीति और विचारधारा को लागू करने वाले हों।

Hizb ut-Tahrir, is a Hizb based on Islam and a political Hizb that deals with politics, and works to culture the Ummah with the Islamic culture in which the political aspect is prominently manifested. The Hizb condemns what the colonialists and their agents are doing by preventing students and employees from engaging in politics and attempting to distance the masses from it as well. The Hizb views the necessity that the masses know politics and that the political culture should be maintained in them. Political activity does not mean showing that Islam includes politics or the political principles in Islam are such and such. Politics means taking care of the affairs of the whole Ummah internally and externally and that these affairs be conducted on the basis of Islam alone. This should be done by the state and by the Ummah in her responsibility of accounting the state. To achieve this practically, the Hizb must undertake such responsibility in regards to the Ummah and ruling. Hizb ut-Tahrir carries the Da’wah to Islam comprehensively and cultures the Ummah with the AHkam Shar’aiah that address the problems of daily life. The Hizb works in order to govern by Islam and strives against the Kafir colonialists to uproot their influence. It also struggles against the agents of colonialism, whether those who adopt its intellectual leadership and ideas or those who implement its policy and thoughts.

इस्लामी दावत (दावा) और उसके उद्देश्य के लिए राजनीतिक संघर्ष केवल उसी समाज में किया जा सकता है जिसे पार्टी ने अपनी कार्यक्षेत्र (मज़ाल) के रूप में परिभाषित किया है। हिज़्बुत-तहरीर सभी इस्लामी भूमियों के समाज को एक ही समाज मानती है, क्योंकि उसका पूरा उद्देश्य एक ही मामले में निहित है, और वह है इस्लाम। फिर भी, वह इस्लामी भूमियों का हिस्सा बने अरब देशों को अपना प्रारंभिक बिंदु मानती है। वह अरब देशों में एक इस्लामी राज्य की स्थापना को इस्लामी राज्य के लिए एक केंद्र (नाभिक) के रूप में स्वाभाविक कदम मानती है।

Carrying the Islamic da’wah and the political struggle for its cause can be undertaken only in the society which the party has defined as its area for activity (majal). Hizb ut- Tahrir considers the society in all the Islamic lands to be one society because its entire cause lies in one case, Islam. However it takes the Arab lands that are a part of the Islamic Lands as a starting point. It considers the establishment of an Islamic state in the Arab countries as a nucleus for the Islamic state as a natural step.

इस्लामी दुनिया के समाज का राजनीतिक पतन हो चुका है और इसका अधिकतर भाग पश्चिमी राज्यों के कब्ज़े में चला गया। कुछ क्षेत्रों को जो स्पष्ट स्वायत्तता प्राप्त है, उसके बावजूद यह अब भी उन्हीं के प्रभुत्व में है। यह पूरी तरह लोकतांत्रिक पूंजीवादी बौद्धिक नेतृत्व के अधीन कर दिया गया है। शासन और राजनीति में यह लोकतंत्र की व्यवस्था से चलता है, अर्थव्यवस्था में पूंजीवाद से, और सैन्य क्षेत्र में यह विदेशियों की बेड़ियों में जकड़ा है — उनके हथियारों, मुस्लिम सेनाओं के प्रशिक्षण और युद्ध की विभिन्न सैन्य कलाओं में। विदेश नीति में इस्लामी दुनिया उस पश्चिम का अनुसरण करती है जो उस पर प्रभुत्व रखता है। हम कह सकते हैं कि इस्लामी देश अब भी उपनिवेश बने हुए हैं और उपनिवेशवाद अब भी उनमें गहराई से जमा हुआ है। इसका कारण यह है कि उपनिवेशवाद कमज़ोर लोगों पर उनके शोषण के लिए सैन्य, राजनीतिक, आर्थिक और सांस्कृतिक शक्ति थोपना है। उपनिवेशवाद अपनी सारी शक्तियाँ अपना बौद्धिक नेतृत्व थोपने और जीवन के प्रति अपने दृष्टिकोण को सुदृढ़ करने में लगा देता है। उपनिवेशवाद के विभिन्न रूपों में उपनिवेशित देशों को अपने अधीन करना और उपनिवेश स्थापित करना शामिल है, तथा ऐसी सरकारें स्थापित करना जो नाममात्र को स्वतंत्र हों पर व्यवहार में उपनिवेशवादी राज्यों के अधीन हों। इस्लामी देशों की वर्तमान स्थिति यही है, जो सब पश्चिमी वर्चस्व के अधीन हैं और सांस्कृतिक रूप से पश्चिमी उपनिवेशवादी कार्यक्रमों और विचारों के अनुसार आगे बढ़ते हैं। पश्चिमी उपनिवेशवाद के प्रभुत्व के अधीन होने के बावजूद वे उसी समय पूर्व सोवियत संघ का भी निशाना थे, जो अपने एजेंटों के माध्यम से इस्लामी देशों में काम करता था ताकि लोग साम्यवाद अपनाएँ, और उसके बौद्धिक नेतृत्व और जीवन के प्रति उसके दृष्टिकोण के प्रभुत्व के लिए साम्यवादी विचारधारा का आह्वान किया जाए।

The society in the Islamic world has politically declined and most of it was occupied by the Western States. It is still dominated by them despite the apparent autonomy enjoyed by some areas of the Islamic World. It has been subjugated completely to the democratic capitalist intellectual leadership. In government and politics it is ruled by the system of democracy, in economics by capitalism and in the military field it is shackled by the foreigners, in its weapons, the training of the Muslim armies and the various military arts of war. In external affairs the Islamic world follows the West who dominates it. We can say that the Islamic countries are still colonised and that colonialism is still entrenched in them. This is because colonialism is the imposition of military, political, economical, and cultural power on the weak peoples to exploit them. Colonialism deploys all its forces to impose its intellectual leadership and to consolidate its viewpoint of life. The different forms of colonialism include annexing the colonised countries and establishing colonies, establishing governments that are nominally independent yet practically subject to the colonialist states. This is the current situation in the Islamic countries which are all subject to Western hegemony and they proceed culturally according to the Western colonialist programmes and ideas. Despite their subjugation to the domination of Western colonialism they were at the same time a target for the former Soviet Union, which used to work in the Islamic countries through its agents to make people embrace Communism, and for the domination of its intellectual leadership and its viewpoint of life, by calling to the Communist ideology.

इस्लामी देश पश्चिमी राज्यों द्वारा उपनिवेशित किए गए हैं और विदेशी बौद्धिक नेतृत्वों के लिए एक मंच बने हुए हैं। ये पूर्व सोवियत संघ का भी निशाना थे और उसके आक्रमण और उन पर कब्ज़े का लक्ष्य थे। यह उन्हें उपनिवेश बनाने के लिए नहीं, बल्कि उन्हें साम्यवादी देशों में बदलने के लिए किया गया था, और पूरे समाज को एक इस्लामी समाज से ऐसे साम्यवादी समाज में बदलने के लिए, जहाँ इस्लाम के सभी चिन्ह मिटा दिए जाएँ। लेकिन पूर्व सोवियत संघ के पतन के साथ यह सब समाप्त हो गया, हालाँकि कुछ लोग इस्लामी देशों में साम्यवादी पार्टियों से जुड़ते हैं, पर उनका कोई प्रभाव नहीं पड़ता। आज के उपनिवेशवाद के विरुद्ध संघर्ष और विदेशी बौद्धिक नेतृत्वों से लड़ने के लिए राजनीतिक कार्य करना अनिवार्य है। हमें अपनी भूमि को उस विदेशी आक्रमण से बचाने के लिए भी काम करना चाहिए जो उसे निशाना बनाता है। इस्लामी दावत को सही तरीके से आगे बढ़ाना विदेशी बौद्धिक नेतृत्वों के खतरे का सामना करने में सक्षम होगा। पश्चिमी उपनिवेशवाद के विरुद्ध संघर्ष को राजनीतिक संघर्ष की आधारशिला होना चाहिए।

The Islamic countries are colonised by the Western states, and are a platform for the foreign intellectual leaderships. They were also the target of the former Soviet Union and an aim for its invasion and occupation of them. This was done not to colonise them but rather transform them into communist countries and to change the whole society from an Islamic society to a communist society where all signs of Islam would be removed. However through the downfall of the former Soviet Union, all this disappeared, though there are some who join the communist parties in the Islamic countries but without having any effect. It is essential that political work be undertaken in the struggle against the current colonialism and fight against the foreign intellectual leaderships. We should also work to protect our lands from the foreign invasion which targets them. Carrying the Islamic da’wah in the correct manner will withstand the danger of the foreign intellectual leaderships. The struggle against Western colonisation should be the cornerstone in the political struggle.

राजनीतिक संघर्ष की माँग है कि हम किसी भी विदेशी से, चाहे उसकी राष्ट्रीयता कुछ भी हो और चाहे सहायता का स्वरूप कुछ भी हो, मदद न माँगें। किसी भी विदेशी की ओर से कोई भी राजनीतिक सहायता और उसका कोई भी प्रचार उम्मत के साथ विश्वासघात माना जाएगा। राजनीतिक संघर्ष हमसे यह भी अपेक्षा करता है कि हम इस्लामी दुनिया की आंतरिक संरचना को सुदृढ़ ढंग से खड़ा करने के लिए काम करें, ताकि इस्लामी राज्य अपनी विशिष्ट संरचना और उत्कृष्ट समाज के साथ अग्रणी शक्ति बन जाए। यह शक्ति दोनों खेमों से नेतृत्व छीनने का काम करेगी, ताकि इस्लामी दावत को सारी दुनिया तक पहुँचाया जा सके और उसकी पहल बनी रहे। राजनीतिक संघर्ष का अर्थ यह भी है कि हम पश्चिम की व्यवस्थाओं, मानकों और कानूनों तथा उपनिवेशवाद के सभी रूपों के विरुद्ध खड़े हों। हमें सभी पश्चिमी परियोजनाओं को अस्वीकार करना होगा, विशेषकर ब्रिटिश और अमेरिकी परियोजनाओं को, चाहे वे तकनीकी हों, आर्थिक हों, राजनीतिक हों या किसी भी रूप में हों। इसके लिए पश्चिमी सभ्यता को पूरी तरह अस्वीकार करना भी आवश्यक है, परंतु भौतिक वस्तुओं को अस्वीकार किए बिना, क्योंकि मादिय्या (भौतिक वस्तुएँ) ली जा सकती हैं, क्योंकि वे विज्ञान और तकनीकी विकास की उपज हैं। इसमें यह अपेक्षा है कि विदेशी बौद्धिक नेतृत्व को हटाया जाए और उस विदेशी संस्कृति को अस्वीकार किया जाए जो इस्लामी दृष्टिकोण के विपरीत है। इसमें वैज्ञानिक विचार शामिल नहीं हैं, क्योंकि वे सार्वभौमिक हैं, और उन्हें किसी भी देश से लिया जाना चाहिए, क्योंकि जीवन के मामलों में भौतिक प्रगति के लिए वे सबसे महत्वपूर्ण तत्वों में से हैं।

Political struggle requires that we do not seek help from the foreigner regardless of their nationality and regardless of the form this assistance may take. Any political assistance from any foreigner and any promotion for him is considered a betrayal of the Ummah. Political struggle also obliges us to work to build the internal structure of the Islamic world in a sound manner so that the Islamic State becomes the leading power with its distinct structure and sublime society. This power will work to take the leadership from both camps in order to carry the Islamic da’wah to the entire world and to maintain its initiative. Political struggle means we must also stand against the systems, canons and laws of the West and all forms of colonialism. We must reject all Western projects, particularly those of the British and Americans, whether they are technical, financial, political or in any form. It also necessitates the total rejection of Western civilisation, without rejecting material objects, since the madaniyya (material objects) can be taken, for they are the product of science and technological development. It requires is to remove the foreign intellectual leadership and reject the foreign culture, which contradicts the Islamic viewpoint. This does not include scientific ideas, because they are universal, which must be taken from any country because they are of the most important elements for material progression in life’s affairs.

राजनीतिक संघर्ष का अर्थ है कि हमें इस बात से अवगत रहना होगा कि पश्चिमी उपनिवेशवादी, विशेष रूप से ब्रिटिश और अमेरिकी, हर उपनिवेशित देश में अपने एजेंटों की मदद करने के लिए काम करते हैं। इनमें वे लोग भी शामिल हैं जो निष्क्रिय हैं, जो अंधकार में जीना चाहते हैं, जो उपनिवेशवादी नीतियों की वकालत करते हैं, और उनका बौद्धिक नेतृत्व भी, इसके अलावा शासक वर्ग भी। ये उपनिवेशवादी इस इस्लामी मुक्ति आंदोलन को रोकने के लिए विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में अपने एजेंटों को सहायता प्रदान करने हेतु हर संभव प्रयास करेंगे। पश्चिम इन एजेंटों को इस आंदोलन को नष्ट करने के लिए धन, हर प्रकार की सहायता और आवश्यक शक्तियाँ उपलब्ध कराएगा। उदाहरण के लिए, उपनिवेशवादी और उनके एजेंट इस इस्लामी मुक्ति आंदोलन के विरुद्ध निंदा अभियान चलाएँगे, झूठे आरोप लगाते हुए, जैसे; यह उपनिवेशवादियों द्वारा इस्तेमाल किया जा रहा है, यह आंतरिक कलह भड़का रहा है, या दुनिया को मुसलमानों के विरुद्ध उकसाने की कोशिश कर रहा है, या इसके विचार इस्लाम के विरोध में हैं, आदि। इस संघर्ष में लगे लोगों को उपनिवेशवादी नीतियों और उसकी योजनाओं और तरीकों से अवगत रहना चाहिए, ताकि समय आने पर आंतरिक और बाहरी रूप से उपनिवेशवादियों की योजनाओं का पर्दाफाश किया जा सके। इसका कारण यह है कि संघर्ष का एक सबसे महत्वपूर्ण पहलू उपनिवेशवादियों की योजनाओं का पर्दाफाश करना है।

Political struggle means we must be aware that the Western colonialists, especially the British and the Americans, work in every colonised country to help their agents including those who are passive, those who want to live in the darkness, those who advocate colonialist policies and their intellectual leadership, in addition to the ruling class. These colonialists will do everything to provide assistance to their agents in the different regions so as to obstruct this Islamic liberation movement. The West will provide these agents with funds and all the assistance and forces they need to destroy this movement. For example, the colonialists and their agents will embark on a slandering campaign against this Islamic liberation movement, by making false accusations, such as; it is being employed by the colonialists, it is inciting internal feuds, or trying to provoke the world against the Muslims, or its ideas contradict with Islam, etc. Those involved in this struggle should be aware of the colonialist policies and of its plans and styles so as to expose the colonialist’s plans internally, and externally in due course. This is because one of the most important aspects of the struggle is to expose the plans of the colonialists.

इसलिए, हिज़्ब उत-तहरीर इस्लामी भूमियों को उपनिवेशवाद के हर रूप से मुक्त कराने के लिए काम करता है। यह बिना किसी झिझक के उपनिवेशवाद का विरोध करता है, और न तो इस्लामी भूमियों से सैन्य निकासी चाहता है और न ही उनकी झूठी स्वतंत्रता, बल्कि यह काफ़िर उपनिवेशवादियों द्वारा स्थापित हालात को हटाने के लिए काम करता है, भूमियों, संस्थाओं और विचारों को कब्ज़े से मुक्त कराकर, चाहे वह सैन्य हो, बौद्धिक हो, सांस्कृतिक हो, आर्थिक हो या किसी और प्रकार का। हिज़्ब उपनिवेशवाद के किसी भी पहलू की रक्षा या वकालत करने वाले हर व्यक्ति का विरोध करता है, जब तक इस्लामी जीवन-पद्धति इस्लामी राज्य की स्थापना के माध्यम से पुनः स्थापित नहीं हो जाती, जो इस्लाम का संदेश पूरी दुनिया तक पहुँचाएगा। हम अल्लाह (swt) से माँगते हैं और उसी से प्रार्थना करते हैं कि वह अपनी मदद हमें प्रदान करे, ताकि हम इन भारी ज़िम्मेदारियों को निभा सकें। निश्चय ही वह अस-समी'अ, अल-मुजीब है।

Therefore, Hizb ut-Tahrir, works to liberate the Islamic lands from all forms of colonialism. It stands against colonialism without hesitation and it seeks neither military evacuation of the Islamic lands nor their false independence, rather it works for removing the situations established by the kafir colonialists, by liberating the lands, institutions, and the thoughts from occupation, whether it is military, intellectual, cultural, economical or other. The Hizb stands against anyone who defends or advocates any aspect of colonialism, until the Islamic way of life is resumed through the establishment of the Islamic state, which will carry the message of Islam to the whole world. We ask Allah (swt), and pray to Him that He (swt) provides us with His help, so we may carry out these heavy responsibilities. Truly He is As-Samee’a, Al-Mujeeb.

हिज़्ब उत-तहरीर एक राजनीतिक पार्टी है, जिसकी विचारधारा इस्लाम है और जिसका लक्ष्य इस्लाम के अनुसार जीवन-व्यवस्था को फिर से स्थापित करना है, इस्लामी राज्य की स्थापना के द्वारा जो इस्लाम को लागू करे और उसकी दावत (आह्वान) को दुनिया तक पहुँचाए। हिज़्ब ने एक पार्टी-संस्कृति विकसित की है, जिसमें जीवन के मामलों से संबंधित इस्लामी नियम शामिल हैं। हिज़्ब इस्लाम को एक वैचारिक नेतृत्व के रूप में प्रस्तुत करने का आह्वान करती है, जिससे ऐसी व्यवस्थाएँ निकलती हैं जो मनुष्य के सामने आने वाली सभी समस्याओं का समाधान करती हैं, चाहे वे राजनीतिक हों, आर्थिक हों, सांस्कृतिक हों, सामाजिक हों या अन्य। यह एक राजनीतिक हिज़्ब है, जिसके सदस्यों में पुरुष और महिलाएँ दोनों शामिल हैं। यह सभी लोगों को इस्लाम की ओर बुलाती है और उनसे इसकी अवधारणाओं और व्यवस्थाओं को अपनाने और उन्हें इस्लामी दृष्टिकोण से देखने का आह्वान करती है, चाहे उनकी राष्ट्रीयता और विचारधारा कुछ भी हो। यह अपने लक्ष्य को प्राप्त करने के लिए उम्मत के साथ संपर्क पर निर्भर करती है। यह उपनिवेशवाद का उसके सभी रूपों में विरोध करती है और उम्मत को उपनिवेशवादी वैचारिक नेतृत्व से मुक्त कराने तथा इस्लामी भूमि से उसके सांस्कृतिक, राजनीतिक, सैन्य और आर्थिक प्रभाव को हटाने का लक्ष्य रखती है। यह उन गलत और विकृत अवधारणाओं को बदलना भी चाहती है जो उपनिवेशवाद ने फैलाईं और जो इस्लाम को केवल व्यक्तिगत इबादत और नैतिकता तक सीमित करती हैं।

Hizb ut-Tahrir is a political party, whose ideology is Islam and its goal is to resume the Islamic way of life by establishing the Islamic state which implements Islam and carries its da’wah to the world. The Hizb has developed a party culture, which includes Islamic rules about life’s affairs. The Hizb calls for Islam as an intellectual leadership from which emanate systems that address all problems faced by human beings, whether political, economical, cultural, social and others. It is a political Hizb whose members include both men and women. It calls all people to Islam and to adopt its concepts and systems and views them, no matter what their nationalities and schools of thought, from the Islamic outlook. It relies on interaction with the Ummah to achieve its goal. It stands against colonialism in all its forms and aims to liberate the Ummah from the colonialist intellectual leadership and to remove its cultural, political, military, and economical influence from the Islamic lands. It also aims to change the erroneous and distorted concepts spread by colonialism that restrict Islam to personal worship and morals.
