In het kort is de botsing van beschavingen een onvermijdelijke zaak. Het bestond in het verleden, bestaat nu en zal blijven voortduren tot de botsing eindigt kort voor het Uur, aangezien dit niet zal plaatsvinden behalve over de slechtsten van de schepping. Laat u niet misleiden, o moslims, door de oproepers tot dialoog die hun hoofd in het zand steken en vernedering en nederlaag goedpraten. Maak de vereiste voorbereidingen voor het conflict, aangezien de kapitalistische westerse beschaving u militair, politiek en economisch heeft neergeslagen; zij zullen u echter nooit intellectueel verslaan. Uw geloofsleer (Aqeedah) is moeilijk te verslaan; en zij blijft levend in de zielen, behalve dat sommige concepten van uw beschaving die voortkomen uit uw geloofsleer (Aqeedah) besmet zijn geraakt en dat er wat stof op is neergedaald. Werk er dus aan om deze te zuiveren en het stof ervan weg te schudden door terug te keren naar het Boek en de profetische traditie (Sunnah). Wees behoedzaam voor het accepteren van een uitspraak zonder bewijs, of het accepteren van een uitspraak met bewijs van een niet-mujtahid of van degene die van hem rapporteert. Dit is de periode van onwetende leiders, die fatwa's geven zonder kennis. Wees dus voor hen gewaarschuwd, en zoek naar oprechte, actieve geleerden, en neem uw religie (Deen) van hen over, want zij zijn de lampen in de duisternis, en zij zijn weinigen vandaag de dag. En weet dat de ultieme triomf en overwinning voor de Islam en de moslims is. Dit is wat Allah en Zijn Boodschapper ﷺ ons hebben beloofd in definitieve overleveringen (akhbar qat'iyya), wees dus vertrouwen hebbend in de goede belofte van Allah. Werk eraan om uw kalief (Khalifah) aan te stellen, en vestig uw gemeenschap (jama’ah) onder één man uit jullie midden, zodat hij de voorbereidingen treft, de moslimgemeenschap (Ummah) verenigt, de vijand angst inboezemt, de gebieden beschermt, de burgers rechtvaardig behandelt, gelijkmatig verdeelt, en Allah door zijn handen deze religie (Deen) dominant maakt over alle andere religies (Deen), ook al verafschuwen de polytheïsten het.

In brief, the clash of civilisations is an inevitable matter. It existed in the past, exists now and will remain until the clash ends shortly before the Hour, since it does not come except upon the worst of creation. Do not be deceived, O Muslims, by the callers to the dialogue who place their heads in the sand and condone humiliation and defeat. Make the preparations required for the conflict, since the Capitalist Western civilisation has knocked you down militarily, politically and economically; however they will never defeat you intellectually. Your ‘aqeedah is hard to defeat; and it remains alive in the souls, except that some concepts of your civilisation coming out from your ‘aqeedah have been afflicted with some contamination and some dust has struck them. So work to purify them and shake the dust away from it by returning to the Book and Sunnah. Beware of accepting a saying without evidence, or accepting a saying with evidence from a non-mujtahid or from the one reporting from him. This is the period of ignorant leaders, who give fatawa without knowledge. So beware of them, and search for sincere active scholars, and take your deen from them, for they are the lamps in the darkness, and they are few today. And know, that the ultimate triumph and victory is for Islam and Muslims. This is what Allah and His Messenger promised us in definite reports (akhbar qat'iyya), so be confident in the good promise of Allah. Work to appoint your Khaleefah, and establish your community (jama’ah) over one man from among you so as he makes the preparations, unifies the Ummah, terrifies the enemy, protects the territories, deals with the citizens justly, distributes equally, and Allah makes at his hands this deen dominant over all other deens, even if the polytheists detest it.

O Allah, leid de moslimgemeenschap (Ummah) van Muhammad ﷺ naar datgene wat U behaagt en maak haar waardig voor Uw steun. O Meest Barmhartige, wij zijn zwak aan Uw drempel, smekend om Uw hulp en zoekend naar Uw bescherming, toegewijd in volstrekte onderwerping aan U, wanhopig om Uw hulp. Steun Uw religie (Deen), bevestig Uw belofte en breng Uw overwinning neer. Want aan U behoort de lof in elke situatie.

O Allah, guide the Ummah of Muhammad to that which pleases You and make it deserve Your support. O Most Merciful, we are weak at Your door, appealing for Your help and seeking Your protection, dedicated in utter submission to You, desperate for Your help. Support Your deen, verify Your promise, and bring down Your Victory. For You is the praise in every situation.
