En resumen, el choque de civilizaciones es un asunto inevitable. Existió en el pasado, existe ahora y permanecerá hasta que el choque termine poco antes de la Hora, ya que esta no llega sino sobre lo peor de la creación. No os engañéis, oh musulmanes, por los llamadores al diálogo que esconden la cabeza en la arena y consienten la humillación y la derrota. Haced los preparativos necesarios para el conflicto, pues la civilización capitalista occidental os ha derribado militar, política y económicamente; sin embargo, nunca os derrotará intelectualmente. Vuestra 'aqeedah es difícil de vencer, y sigue viva en los corazones, aunque algunos conceptos de vuestra civilización que surgen de vuestra 'aqeedah han sido afectados por alguna contaminación, y algo de polvo los ha alcanzado. Trabajad, pues, por purificarlos y sacudir el polvo, regresando al Libro y a la Sunnah. Cuidaos de aceptar una afirmación sin evidencia, o de aceptar una afirmación con evidencia proveniente de alguien que no es mujtahid o de quien la transmite de él. Esta es la época de los líderes ignorantes, que emiten fatwas sin conocimiento. Cuidaos de ellos, y buscad a los eruditos sinceros y activos, y tomad vuestra religión de ellos, pues son las lámparas en la oscuridad, y hoy son pocos. Y sabed que el triunfo y la victoria definitivos son para el Islam y los musulmanes. Esto es lo que Allah y Su Mensajero ﷺ nos prometieron en informes definitivos (ajbar qat'iyya), así que confiad en la buena promesa de Allah. Trabajad para designar a vuestro Califa y establecer vuestra comunidad (yama'ah) en torno a un hombre de entre vosotros, para que haga los preparativos, unifique la Umma, aterrorice al enemigo, proteja los territorios, trate justamente a los ciudadanos, reparta con equidad, y para que Allah haga por su mano que esta religión prevalezca sobre todas las demás religiones, aunque los politeístas la aborrezcan.

In brief, the clash of civilisations is an inevitable matter. It existed in the past, exists now and will remain until the clash ends shortly before the Hour, since it does not come except upon the worst of creation. Do not be deceived, O Muslims, by the callers to the dialogue who place their heads in the sand and condone humiliation and defeat. Make the preparations required for the conflict, since the Capitalist Western civilisation has knocked you down militarily, politically and economically; however they will never defeat you intellectually. Your ‘aqeedah is hard to defeat; and it remains alive in the souls, except that some concepts of your civilisation coming out from your ‘aqeedah have been afflicted with some contamination and some dust has struck them. So work to purify them and shake the dust away from it by returning to the Book and Sunnah. Beware of accepting a saying without evidence, or accepting a saying with evidence from a non-mujtahid or from the one reporting from him. This is the period of ignorant leaders, who give fatawa without knowledge. So beware of them, and search for sincere active scholars, and take your deen from them, for they are the lamps in the darkness, and they are few today. And know, that the ultimate triumph and victory is for Islam and Muslims. This is what Allah and His Messenger promised us in definite reports (akhbar qat'iyya), so be confident in the good promise of Allah. Work to appoint your Khaleefah, and establish your community (jama’ah) over one man from among you so as he makes the preparations, unifies the Ummah, terrifies the enemy, protects the territories, deals with the citizens justly, distributes equally, and Allah makes at his hands this deen dominant over all other deens, even if the polytheists detest it.

Oh Allah, guía a la Ummah de Muhammad ﷺ hacia lo que Te complace y haz que sea merecedora de Tu apoyo. Oh Más Misericordioso, estamos débiles a Tu puerta, suplicando Tu ayuda y buscando Tu protección, consagrados en total sumisión a Ti, desesperados por Tu auxilio. Apoya Tu religión, cumple Tu promesa y haz descender Tu Victoria. Para Ti es la alabanza en toda circunstancia.

O Allah, guide the Ummah of Muhammad to that which pleases You and make it deserve Your support. O Most Merciful, we are weak at Your door, appealing for Your help and seeking Your protection, dedicated in utter submission to You, desperate for Your help. Support Your deen, verify Your promise, and bring down Your Victory. For You is the praise in every situation.
