مختصر یہ کہ تہذیبوں کا ٹکراؤ ایک ناگزیر معاملہ ہے۔ یہ ماضی میں بھی موجود تھا، اب بھی موجود ہے اور قیامت سے کچھ عرصہ قبل اس ٹکراؤ کے خاتمے تک برقرار رہے گا، کیونکہ یہ (قیامت) مخلوق میں سے بدترین لوگوں پر ہی آئے گی۔ اے مسلمانوں! مکالمے کے داعیان کے دھوکے میں نہ آنا جو سر ریت میں چھپا لیتے ہیں اور ذلت و شکست کو جائز قرار دیتے ہیں۔ اس تصادم کے لیے ضروری تیاری مکمل کرو، کیونکہ سرمایہ دارانہ مغربی تہذیب نے تمہیں عسکری، سیاسی اور معاشی طور پر پچھاڑ دیا ہے؛ تاہم وہ تمہیں فکری طور پر کبھی شکست نہیں دے سکیں گے۔ تمہارا عقیدہ شکست دینا مشکل ہے؛ اور یہ روحوں میں زندہ رہتا ہے، سوائے اس کے کہ تمہاری تہذیب کے کچھ تصورات جو تمہارے عقیدہ سے نکلے ہیں، کچھ آلودگی کا شکار ہو گئے ہیں اور ان پر کچھ گرد جم گئی ہے۔ لہٰذا کتاب و سنت کی طرف رجوع کر کے انہیں پاک کرنے اور ان سے گرد جھاڑنے کی کوشش کرو۔ کسی قول کو بغیر دلیل کے قبول کرنے، یا کسی غیر مجتہد یا اس سے روایت کرنے والے سے دلیل کے ساتھ قول قبول کرنے سے بچو۔ یہ جاہل رہنماؤں کا دور ہے، جو بغیر علم کے فتویٰ دیتے ہیں۔ لہٰذا ان سے بچو، اور مخلص اور فعال علماء کی تلاش کرو، اور ان سے اپنا دین حاصل کرو، کیونکہ وہ تاریکی میں چراغ ہیں، اور آج وہ بہت کم ہیں۔ اور جان لو کہ حتمی کامیابی اور فتح اسلام اور مسلمانوں کے لیے ہے۔ یہی وہ بات ہے جس کا اللہ اور اس کے رسول ﷺ نے ہمیں قطعی اخبار کے ذریعے وعدہ کیا ہے، لہٰذا اللہ کے سچے وعدے پر اعتماد رکھو۔ اپنے خلیفہ کو مقرر کرنے کے لیے کام کرو، اور اپنی جماعت کو تم میں سے ایک شخص پر قائم کرو تاکہ وہ تیاریاں کرے، امت کو متحد کرے، دشمن کو خوفزدہ کرے، سرحدوں کی حفاظت کرے، شہریوں کے ساتھ عدل و انصاف سے معاملہ کرے، اور مساوی طور پر تقسیم کرے، اور اللہ اس کے ہاتھوں اس دین کو تمام دیگر دینوں پر غالب کر دے گا، خواہ مشرک اسے ناپسند ہی کیوں نہ کریں۔

In brief, the clash of civilisations is an inevitable matter. It existed in the past, exists now and will remain until the clash ends shortly before the Hour, since it does not come except upon the worst of creation. Do not be deceived, O Muslims, by the callers to the dialogue who place their heads in the sand and condone humiliation and defeat. Make the preparations required for the conflict, since the Capitalist Western civilisation has knocked you down militarily, politically and economically; however they will never defeat you intellectually. Your ‘aqeedah is hard to defeat; and it remains alive in the souls, except that some concepts of your civilisation coming out from your ‘aqeedah have been afflicted with some contamination and some dust has struck them. So work to purify them and shake the dust away from it by returning to the Book and Sunnah. Beware of accepting a saying without evidence, or accepting a saying with evidence from a non-mujtahid or from the one reporting from him. This is the period of ignorant leaders, who give fatawa without knowledge. So beware of them, and search for sincere active scholars, and take your deen from them, for they are the lamps in the darkness, and they are few today. And know, that the ultimate triumph and victory is for Islam and Muslims. This is what Allah and His Messenger promised us in definite reports (akhbar qat'iyya), so be confident in the good promise of Allah. Work to appoint your Khaleefah, and establish your community (jama’ah) over one man from among you so as he makes the preparations, unifies the Ummah, terrifies the enemy, protects the territories, deals with the citizens justly, distributes equally, and Allah makes at his hands this deen dominant over all other deens, even if the polytheists detest it.

اے اللہ، محمد ﷺ کی امت کو اس طرف ہدایت فرما جو تجھے پسند ہو اور اسے اپنی نصرت کے لائق بنا دے۔ اے نہایت رحم کرنے والے، ہم تیرے در پر کمزور ہیں، تیری مدد کے طلبگار اور تیری پناہ کے طالب ہیں، تیری مکمل تابعداری میں مخلص اور تیری مدد کے منتظر ہیں۔ اپنے دین کی نصرت فرما، اپنے وعدے کی تصدیق فرما، اور اپنی فتح نازل فرما۔ ہر حال میں تمام تعریفیں تیرے ہی لیے ہیں۔

O Allah, guide the Ummah of Muhammad to that which pleases You and make it deserve Your support. O Most Merciful, we are weak at Your door, appealing for Your help and seeking Your protection, dedicated in utter submission to You, desperate for Your help. Support Your deen, verify Your promise, and bring down Your Victory. For You is the praise in every situation.
