Em suma, o choque de civilizações é um assunto inevitável. Ele existiu no passado, existe agora e permanecerá até que o confronto termine pouco antes da Hora, pois ela não virá senão sobre o pior da criação. Ó muçulmanos, não se deixem enganar pelos que clamam pelo diálogo e enfiam a cabeça na areia, tolerando a humilhação e a derrota. Façam os preparativos necessários para o conflito, pois a civilização ocidental capitalista já os derrubou militar, política e economicamente; no entanto, eles jamais poderão derrotá-los intelectualmente. A vossa ‘aqeedah é difícil de ser derrotada, e ela permanece viva nas almas, exceto que alguns conceitos da vossa civilização que decorrem da vossa ‘aqeedah foram afetados por alguma contaminação, e alguma poeira os atingiu. Portanto, trabalhem para purificá-los e sacudir essa poeira, retornando ao Livro e à Sunnah. Cuidado em aceitar uma afirmação sem evidência, ou aceitar uma afirmação com evidência de alguém que não é mujtahid ou de quem relata dele. Este é o período dos líderes ignorantes, que emitem fatwas sem conhecimento. Acautelem-se deles e procurem os eruditos sinceros e ativos, e tomem a vossa religião deles, pois são as lâmpadas na escuridão, e são poucos hoje. E saibam que o triunfo e a vitória definitivos são para o Islam e os muçulmanos. Isto é o que Allah e Seu Mensageiro nos prometeram em relatos definitivos (akhbar qat'iyya), portanto tenham confiança na boa promessa de Allah. Trabalhem para nomear o vosso Khaleefah e estabeleçam a vossa comunidade (jama’ah) sob um homem dentre vós, para que ele faça os preparativos, unifique a Ummah, aterrorize o inimigo, proteja os territórios, trate os cidadãos com justiça, distribua igualmente, e Allah faça, por intermédio dele, esta religião prevalecer sobre todas as outras religiões, mesmo que os politeístas a detestem.

In brief, the clash of civilisations is an inevitable matter. It existed in the past, exists now and will remain until the clash ends shortly before the Hour, since it does not come except upon the worst of creation. Do not be deceived, O Muslims, by the callers to the dialogue who place their heads in the sand and condone humiliation and defeat. Make the preparations required for the conflict, since the Capitalist Western civilisation has knocked you down militarily, politically and economically; however they will never defeat you intellectually. Your ‘aqeedah is hard to defeat; and it remains alive in the souls, except that some concepts of your civilisation coming out from your ‘aqeedah have been afflicted with some contamination and some dust has struck them. So work to purify them and shake the dust away from it by returning to the Book and Sunnah. Beware of accepting a saying without evidence, or accepting a saying with evidence from a non-mujtahid or from the one reporting from him. This is the period of ignorant leaders, who give fatawa without knowledge. So beware of them, and search for sincere active scholars, and take your deen from them, for they are the lamps in the darkness, and they are few today. And know, that the ultimate triumph and victory is for Islam and Muslims. This is what Allah and His Messenger promised us in definite reports (akhbar qat'iyya), so be confident in the good promise of Allah. Work to appoint your Khaleefah, and establish your community (jama’ah) over one man from among you so as he makes the preparations, unifies the Ummah, terrifies the enemy, protects the territories, deals with the citizens justly, distributes equally, and Allah makes at his hands this deen dominant over all other deens, even if the polytheists detest it.

Ó Allah, guia a Ummah de Muhammad ﷺ para aquilo que Te agrada e faze-a merecedora do Teu apoio. Ó Misericordioso, somos fracos à Tua porta, suplicando a Tua ajuda e buscando a Tua proteção, dedicados em total submissão a Ti, desesperados pela Tua ajuda. Apoia a Tua religião, cumpre a Tua promessa e faz descer a Tua Vitória. A Ti pertence o louvor em toda situação.

O Allah, guide the Ummah of Muhammad to that which pleases You and make it deserve Your support. O Most Merciful, we are weak at Your door, appealing for Your help and seeking Your protection, dedicated in utter submission to You, desperate for Your help. Support Your deen, verify Your promise, and bring down Your Victory. For You is the praise in every situation.
