如果两段圣训互相冲突，且二者都被用作两种对立裁决的证据，那么不能因为其中一段载于《布哈里圣训集》或《穆斯林圣训集》，而另一段没有载入，就选择前者而舍弃后者。选择一段圣训而舍弃另一段，必须有明确的证据。伊本·胡马姆在《盖迪尔注释》（Fatḥ al-Bārī）中写道：“不能因为某段圣训出自布哈里，就优先于另一段。”那么，另一段圣训有什么过失，以致布哈里没有将它收入自己的书中呢？

If two hadith conflict with each other and both are being used as evidence for two opposing rulings, then one hadith will not be chosen over the other because one is in Bukhari or Muslim and the other not. There must be clear proof for choosing one hadith over another. Ibn Humóm writes in Fatú al-Bari, “One hadith will not be preferred over the other because it is a hadith of Bukhari.”42 What fault is it of the other hadith that Imam Bukhari didn’t include it in his book?
