Los creyentes y los temerosos de Dios se mantienen unidos contra quien se rebela o busca introducir injusticia, delito, agresión o corrupción entre los creyentes. Sus manos están todas unidas contra él, incluso si fuera el hijo de uno de ellos.
The believers and God- fearing stand together against the one who rebels or seeks to insert injustice, crime, aggression or corruption among the believers. Their hands are all united against him, even if he was the son of one of them.
Los creyentes y los temerosos de Dios se alzan contra quien se rebela entre ellos o busca introducir la injusticia, el crimen, la agresión o la corrupción entre los creyentes. Sus manos se unen todas contra él, aunque fuera hijo de uno de ellos.
The believers and God- fearing stand against the one who rebels from among them or seeks to insert injustice, crime, aggression or corruption among the believers. Their hands are all united against him, even if he was the son of one of them.

La paz de los creyentes es una. Ningún musulmán hace la paz por separado de otro musulmán en la lucha por el camino de Allah, salvo sobre la base de la equidad mutua y la justicia.
The peace of the believers is one. No peace is made by a Muslim separate to another Muslim in the fighting in the way of Allah, except upon the basis of mutual even handedness and justice.

Cualquier cosa en la que difieran en algún asunto, debe ser remitida a Allah ‘Azza Wa Jalla y a Muhammad ﷺ.
Whatever you have differed upon in any matter, then it must be referred to Allah ‘Azza Wa Jalla and to Muhammad (peace be upon him).

Whoever acts on his own account (in vengeance) [involves] himself and his family, except him who has been wronged.
Allah acepta lo que es más recto.
Allah is accepting of what is most upright.
Los judíos deben cargar con sus propios gastos, y se les debe sinceridad y buena conducta, sin mala conducta (que se emprenda contra ellos).
The Jews must bear their expenses and they are due sincerity and upright conduct without bad conduct (being undertaken against them).
Nadie debe cometer un crimen contra su aliado.
No one must perpetrate a crime against his ally.

Any occurrence or quarrel between the people of this document, the corruption (or harm) of which is feared, must be referred to Allah ‘Azza Wa Jalla and to Muhammad (peace be upon him).

If they (the Jews) are invited to a Sulh (peace treaty) which they (the believers) are concluding and conforming to, then they must conclude and conform to it.

Y si ellos (los judíos) los invitan a algo similar a eso, entonces los creyentes deben responder a ello, salvo a quien les haga la guerra por causa de la religión. Y cada pueblo debe cumplir con su parte de obligaciones hacia aquellos de quienes es responsable.
And if they (the Jews) invite to something similar to that, then the believers should respond to that, except with the one who makes war on account of the Deen (religion). And each people are to fulfil their share from their side to those they are responsible for.
Y si les piden algo semejante a eso, entonces es un derecho de ellos sobre los creyentes (que respondamos afirmativamente), excepto para quien hace la guerra contra la Deen (religión). Y cada pueblo se hace responsable de su parte de la Nafaqah (gasto de manutención).
And if they invite us to something similar to that, then it is a right for them upon the believers (that we respond affirmatively), except for the one who makes war against the Deen (religion). And each people take responsibility for their share of the Nafaqah (maintenance expenditure).
