29- يُشارِكُ اليهودُ المؤمنينَ في الإنفاقِ عندما يكونونَ في حالةِ حربٍ.

29- The Jews shall share in the spending with the believers when they are in a state of war.

30- إنَّ يهودَ بني عَوف، وحلفاءَهم وأنفسَهم، أمةٌ مع المؤمنين. لليهودِ دينُهم، وللمسلمين دينُهم، إلا من ظلَمَ وأثِمَ، فإنه لا يُوبِقُ إلا نفسَه وأهلَ بيتِه.

30- The Jews of the Banu ‘Awf, their allies and themselves, are an Ummah (collective) alongside the believers. The Jews have their Deen (religion) and the believers have their Deen, except for the one who transgresses (commits injustice) and commits a sin (crime), as he will only be hurting himself and his household.

31- وَيَنْطَبِقُ الْأَمْرُ نَفْسُهُ عَلَى يَهُودِ بَنِي النَّجَّارِ كَمَا يَنْطَبِقُ عَلَى يَهُودِ بَنِي عَوْفٍ.

31- The same applies to the Jews of Banu An-Najjar that applies to the Jews of Banu ‘Awf.

32- وَيَنْطَبِقُ الْحُكْمُ نَفْسُهُ عَلَى يَهُودِ بَنِي الْحَارِثِ كَمَا يَنْطَبِقُ عَلَى يَهُودِ بَنِي عَوْفٍ.

32- The same applies to the Jews of Banu Al-Harith that applies to the Jews of Banu ‘Awf.

٣۳- وَيَنْطَبِقُ عَلَى يَهُودِ بَنِي سَاعِدَةَ مَا يَنْطَبِقُ عَلَى يَهُودِ بَنِي عَوْفٍ.

33- The same applies to the Jews of Banu Sa’idah that applies to the Jews of Banu ‘Awf.

34- وَيَنْطَبِقُ الْحُكْمُ نَفْسُهُ عَلَى يَهُودِ بَنِي جُشَمَ كَمَا يَنْطَبِقُ عَلَى يَهُودِ بَنِي عَوْفٍ.

34- The same applies to the Jews of Banu Jusham that applies to the Jews of Banu ‘Awf.

35- وَالأمرُ في يهودِ بني الأوسِ كالأمرِ في يهودِ بني عَوفٍ.

35- The same applies to the Jews of Banu Al-Aws that applies to the Jews of Banu ‘Awf.

٣٦- وَإِنَّ عَلَى يَهُودِ بَنِي ثَعْلَبَةَ مِثْلَ مَا عَلَى يَهُودِ بَنِي عَوْفٍ، إِلَّا مَنْ ظَلَمَ وَأَثِمَ، فَإِنَّهُ لَا يُوتِغُ إِلَّا نَفْسَهُ وَأَهْلَ بَيْتِهِ.

36- The same applies to the Jews of Banu Tha’laba that applies to the Jews of Banu ‘Awf, except for the one who transgresses (commits injustice) and commits a sin (crime), as he will only be hurting himself and his household.

٣٧- جفنة ليسوا إلا قبيلةً من ثعلبة، ولذلك فهم مثلهم.

37- Jafnah are only a clan of Tha‘labah and hence they are like them.

٣٨- وَيُقَالُ فِي بَنِي الشَّطْنَةِ مِثْلُ مَا يُقَالُ فِي يَهُودِ بَنِي عَوْفٍ.

38- And the same applies to Banu Ash-Shatna that applies to the Jews of Banu ‘Awf.

- ومن الحسن والاستقامة في السلوك ما هو مطلوب، لا السلوك السيئ أو الإجرامي (أي من أطراف الصحيفة). ولا يكسب أحد شيئا إلا كان كسبه على نفسه.

39- Good and upright conduct is demanded and not bad or criminal conduct (i.e. from the parties of the Sahifa). No person earns anything except that he earns it against himself.

40- حلفاء ثعلبة مثلهم.

40- The allies of Tha’labah are like them.

٤١- وَالْمُقَرَّبُونَ أَوِ الْمُخَالِطُونَ لِلْيَهُودِ كَأَمْثَالِهِمْ.

41- And the close or intimate friends/associates of the Jews are like them.
