১ - এটি মুহাম্মাদ ﷺ-এর একটি দলিল, যা কুরাইশ ও ইয়াসরিবের মুসলিম ও মু'মিনদের মধ্যে এবং যারা তাদের অনুসরণ করেছে, তাদের সাথে মিলিত হয়েছে এবং তাদের সাথে জিহাদ করেছে তাদের মধ্যে রচিত, যে তারা সকল মানুষের বিপরীতে একক এক উম্মাহ (জাতি)।

1 - This is a document from Muhammad, the Prophet (peace be upon him), between the Muslims and believers from Quraish and Yathrib, and those who followed them, joined with them and strove alongside them, that they are one single Ummah (nation) to the exclusion of all the people.

২- কুরাইশের মুহাজিরগণ তাদের প্রচলিত রীতি অনুযায়ী রক্তপণের বিষয়গুলো পরিচালনা করবেন; তারা নিজেদের মধ্যে রক্তপণের দায়িত্ব বহন করবেন। আর তারা মুমিনদের মধ্যে ন্যায়সংগত ও সুষ্ঠু ভিত্তিতে, এবং ইনসাফ অনুযায়ী তাদের বন্দীদের মুক্তিপণ আদায় করবেন।

2- The Muhajirun of the Quraish are upon their standard practise when dealing with their cases of blood money, responsible among themselves for dealing with their cases of blood money. And they ransom their captives on a reasonable fair basis and according to justice among the believers.

৩- বনূ ‘আওফ তাদের প্রচলিত রীতি অনুযায়ী রক্তপণের বিষয়গুলো নিজেরাই দেখাশোনা করবে। প্রত্যেক গোষ্ঠী যুক্তিসংগতভাবে এবং মুমিনদের মধ্যে ন্যায়ের ভিত্তিতে নিজেদের বন্দীদের মুক্তিপণ আদায় করবে।

3- Banu ‘Auf are upon their standard practise responsible for dealing with their cases of blood money. Each group will ransom their captives on a reasonable basis and according to justice among the believers.

৪- বনু আল-হারিস তাদের প্রচলিত রীতি অনুযায়ী নিজেদের রক্তপণের মামলাগুলো পরিচালনার জন্য দায়ী থাকবে। প্রতিটি দল তাদের বন্দীদের যুক্তিসঙ্গত ভিত্তিতে এবং মুমিনদের মধ্যে ন্যায়বিচার অনুযায়ী মুক্তিপণ দিয়ে ছাড়িয়ে আনবে।

4- Banu Al-Harith are upon their standard practise responsible for dealing with their cases of blood money. Each group will ransom their captives on a reasonable basis and according to justice among the believers.

৫- বনু সাঈদা তাদের প্রচলিত রীতি অনুযায়ী তাদের রক্তপণের বিষয়গুলো নিজেরাই নিষ্পত্তি করবে। প্রতিটি দল ন্যায্য ভিত্তিতে এবং মুমিনদের মধ্যে ইনসাফ অনুযায়ী তাদের বন্দীদের মুক্তিপণ আদায় করবে।

5- Banu Sa’idah are upon their standard practise responsible for dealing with their cases of blood money. Each group will ransom their captives on a reasonable basis and according to justice among the believers.

৬- বনু জুশাম তাদের প্রচলিত নিয়ম অনুযায়ী রক্তপণের বিষয়গুলো নিজেরাই দেখাশোনা করবে। প্রতিটি দল ন্যায্য ভিত্তিতে এবং মুমিনদের মধ্যে ন্যায়বিচার অনুযায়ী তাদের বন্দিদের মুক্তিপণ আদায় করবে।

6- Banu Jusham are upon their standard practise responsible for dealing with their cases of blood money. Each group will ransom their captives on a reasonable basis and according to justice among the believers.

৭- বনু আন-নাজজার তাদের নিয়মিত প্রথা অনুযায়ী রক্তপণের বিষয়গুলো নিষ্পত্তির দায়িত্বে থাকবে। প্রতিটি দল ন্যায়সঙ্গত ভিত্তিতে এবং মুমিনদের মধ্যকার ন্যায়বিচার অনুসারে তাদের বন্দীদের মুক্তিপণ আদায় করবে।

7- Banu An-Najjar are upon their standard practise responsible for dealing with their cases of blood money. Each group will ransom their captives on a reasonable basis and according to justice among the believers.

৮- বনু আমর ইবনে আওফ তাদের প্রচলিত রীতি অনুযায়ী রক্তপণের বিষয়গুলোর দায়িত্বে থাকবে। প্রতিটি দল ন্যায়সংগত ভিত্তিতে এবং মুমিনদের মধ্যে ইনসাফ অনুযায়ী তাদের বন্দীদের মুক্তিপণ আদায় করবে।

8- Banu ‘Amr bin ‘Awf are upon their standard practise responsible for dealing with their cases of blood money. Each group will ransom their captives on a reasonable basis and according to justice among the believers.

বানু আন-নাবিত তাদের প্রচলিত রীতি অনুযায়ী রক্তপণের মামলাগুলো নিষ্পত্তির দায়িত্বে থাকবে। প্রতিটি গোষ্ঠী যুক্তিসংগত ভিত্তিতে এবং মুমিনদের মধ্যে ন্যায়বিচার অনুযায়ী তাদের বন্দীদের মুক্তিপণ দেবে।

9- Banu An-Nabit are upon their standard practise responsible for dealing with their cases of blood money. Each group will ransom their captives on a reasonable basis and according to justice among the believers.

১০- বনু আউস তাদের প্রচলিত রীতি অনুযায়ী তাদের রক্তপণের বিষয়গুলো নিজেরাই দেখাশোনা করবে। প্রত্যেক দল তাদের বন্দীদের ন্যায্য পরিমাণে এবং মুমিনদের মধ্যে ন্যায়বিচার অনুযায়ী মুক্তিপণ দিয়ে ছাড়িয়ে আনবে।

10- Banu Aws are upon their standard practise responsible for dealing with their cases of blood money. Each group will ransom their captives on a reasonable basis and according to justice among the believers.
