Nisab sapi atau kerbau adalah minimal tiga puluh ekor. Apabila jumlahnya telah mencapai tiga puluh ekor, maka zakatnya wajib. Dari tiga puluh ekor sapi atau kerbau, zakat yang dikeluarkan adalah seekor anak sapi atau kerbau berumur satu tahun, sedangkan dari empat puluh ekor, zakat yang dikeluarkan adalah seekor yang berumur dua tahun. Rumus yang sama berlaku untuk jumlah selanjutnya.(1)

The Nisaab of cow or buffalo is at least thirty. When they reach thirty in number, Zakaat will be compulsory. A one year old cow or buffalo is to be given in Zakaat out of thirty cows or buffaloes while a two year old one is to be given out of forty. The same formula will be applied to the rest.(1)

Seekor kambing atau domba yang berumur satu atau dua tahun wajib dikeluarkan sebagai zakat dari setiap empat puluh ekor kambing atau domba.

1. A one or two year-old sheep or goat is to be given in Zakaat out of forty sheep or goats.

Dua ekor kambing atau domba harus dikeluarkan dari seratus dua puluh satu ekor kambing atau domba.

2. Two sheep or goats have to be given out of one hundred and twenty one sheep or goats.

3. Tiga ekor domba atau kambing harus dikeluarkan dari dua ratus satu ekor domba atau kambing.

3. Three sheep or goats are to be given out of two hundred and one sheep or goats.

4. Empat dari empat ratus.

4. Four out of four hundred.

5. Untuk jumlah lebih dari empat ratus ekor, zakatnya satu ekor kambing dari setiap seratus ekor domba atau kambing.

5. Over four hundred, one sheep is out of every hundred sheep or goats.

Nisab unta dimulai dari lima ekor. Barang siapa memiliki lima ekor unta, maka zakat unta menjadi wajib baginya. Rinciannya adalah sebagai berikut:

Lebih dari seratus dua puluh satu, untuk setiap empat puluh ekor unta, seekor unta betina berumur dua tahun, dan untuk setiap lima puluh ekor, seekor unta betina berumur tiga tahun.

12. Over one hundred and twenty one, a two year-old camel is for every forty and a three year-old one is for every fifty

Nisab tanaman dan buah-buahan adalah seperdua puluh dari seluruh hasil panen, yaitu 1/20, jika hasilnya segar dan diairi, sedangkan nisab beras yang sudah dikupas adalah sepersepuluh, yaitu 1/10.

The Nisaab of crops and fruits is one twentieth of total product 1/20 if they are fresh and have been irrigated while the Nisaab of shelled rice is one tenth 1/10.

1. Nisab emas adalah 20 mitsqal (1).

2. Nisab perak adalah 200 dirham. (2) Wajib mengeluarkan seperempat puluh (2,5%) dari emas maupun perak sebagai zakat.

2. The Nisaab of silver is 200 hundred Dirhams. (2) It is Wajib to give one fortieth-2.5 of both gold and silver in Zakaah.

Jika nilai barang dagangan sepanjang tahun mencapai nilai 7,5 tulah emas atau 52,5 tulah perak, maka 2,5% dari seluruh barang dagangan tersebut wajib dikeluarkan sebagai zakat.

If the value of merchandise though out the year reaches the value of either 7.5 Tulah of gold or 52.5 Tulah of silver then 2.5 of the whole merchandise will be given in Zakaat.
