১. কোনো শহর বা নগরে সালাত আদায় করা।

1. To perform in a town or city

২. কমপক্ষে চল্লিশজন ব্যক্তির উপস্থিতিতে জামাআতের সাথে সালাত আদায় করা।

2. To perform in congregation attended by forty people at least

৩. যোহরের সালাতের সময় আদায় করা

3. To perform at the time of Zuhar Salaah

৪. সালাতের আগে দুটি খুতবা প্রদান করা

4. To deliver two Khutbah before the Salaah

৫. একই শহরে প্রথম জুমু'আর আগে বা পরে অন্য কোনো জুমু'আর সালাত আদায় না করা।

5. To not perform any other Jumu’h Salaah before or after the first one in the same town

১. যিনি খুতবা প্রদান করেন, তাঁকে বড় ও ছোট উভয় প্রকার অপবিত্রতা থেকে পবিত্র অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে।

1. One who delivers the Khutbah must be in the state of purity from both major and minor impurities

২. তাঁর (নামাজির) পোশাক, শরীর ও স্থান নাপাকি থেকে পবিত্র হতে হবে।

2. His clothes, body and the place should be cleansed from impurities

৩. তার আওরাহ (সতর) অবশ্যই ঢেকে রাখতে হবে।

3. His Aurah must be covered

৪. খুতবাহ্ দাঁড়িয়ে প্রদান করা উচিত, যদি সম্ভব হয়।

4. The Khutbah should be delivered in standing position, if can

৫. দুই খুতবার মাঝখানে তিনি আরামদায়কভাবে বসবেন।

5. He should sit comfortably between both the Khutbah

৬. খুতবা উচ্চস্বরে প্রদান করতে হবে, যাতে শ্রোতারা তা শুনতে পায়।

6. Khutbah should be delivered in a loud voice so that the audience can hear it

৭. খুতবার পর কোনো বিলম্ব না করে অবিলম্বে সালাত শুরু করতে হবে।

7. The Salaah should be begun immediately after the Khutbah without any delay

জুমু'আর সালাত নিম্নলিখিত অবস্থায় ফরয নয়:

Jumu’h Salaah is not obligatory under the following conditions:

১. অসুস্থতা

1. Sickness

২. পঙ্গু করে দেওয়া

2. Crippling

১. অন্ধত্ব

1. Blindness

২. প্রবল বৃষ্টি

2. Heavy rain

যে ব্যক্তি ইমামের সাথে এক রাকাআত পায়, তাকে জুমআ পেয়েছে বলে গণ্য করা হবে।

One who gets one Rak’h with the Imaam will be considered as if he has got the Jumu’h.

তিনি ইমাম সালাম ফেরানোর পর উচ্চস্বরে তিলাওয়াত করে তাঁর অবশিষ্ট রাকাত সম্পন্ন করবেন।

He will complete his remaining Rak’h reciting aloud after the Imaam makes Salaam.

কিন্তু কেউ যদি ইমামের সঙ্গে কোনো রাকাত না পায়, তবে সে জুমু'আর নিয়ত করবে এবং বাকি সালাত যোহরের সালাত হিসেবে পূর্ণ করবে।

But if one does not get any Rak’h with the Imaam then he will intend for Jumu’h and complete the rest of Salaah performing Dhur Salaah.

৫. খুতবা মনোযোগ সহকারে শোনা

5. To listen to the Khutbah attentively

৬. খতীব ছাড়া যারা মসজিদে যাচ্ছে তাদের জন্য মসজিদে যাওয়ার সময় তাকবীর পাঠ করা।
