Atribuir la presencia de hechos científicos en el Corán a la casualidad iría en contra del sentido común y de un enfoque científico verdadero.

To attribute the presence of scientific facts in the Qur’an to coincidence would be against common sense and a true scientific approach.

Ciertamente, la exactitud científica de los versículos coránicos confirma la declaración abierta del Corán.

«Pronto les mostraremos Nuestros Signos en los (horizontes más lejanos)

“Soon will We show them Our Signs in the (furthest)

regiones (de la tierra), y en sus propias almas, hasta que les quede claro que esto es la Verdad. ¿Acaso no basta con que tu Señor es testigo de todas las cosas?» [Al-Qur'an 41:53]. El Corán invita a todos los seres humanos a reflexionar sobre la Creación de este universo en el versículo:

regions (of the earth), and in their own souls, until it becomes manifest to them that this is the Truth it is not enough that Thy Lord doth witness all things?” [Al-Qur’an 41:53] The Qur’an invites all humans to reflect on the Creation of this universe in the verse:

“¡Mirad! En la creación de los cielos y la tierra, y en la alternancia de la noche y el día, hay verdaderamente signos para los dotados de entendimiento”. [Al-Qur’an 3:190] Las evidencias científicas del Corán prueban claramente su origen divino. Ningún ser humano podría haber producido, hace mil cuatrocientos años, un libro que contuviera hechos científicos tan profundos.

“Behold! In the creation of the heavens and the earth, and the alternation of Night and Day – there are indeed Signs for men of understanding .” [Al-Qur’an 3:190] The scientific evidences of the Qur’an clearly prove its Divine origin. No human could have produced a book, fourteen hundred years ago, that would contain such profound scientific facts.

El Corán, sin embargo, no es un libro de ciencia sino un libro de "signos". Estos signos invitan al ser humano a comprender el propósito de su existencia en la tierra y a vivir en armonía con la naturaleza. El Corán es verdaderamente un mensaje de Allah, el Creador y Sustentador del universo. Contiene el mismo mensaje de la unicidad de Dios que predicaron todos los profetas, desde Adán, Moisés y Jesús hasta Muhammad ﷺ (la paz sea con ellos).

The Qur’an, however, is not a book of Science but a book of ‘Signs’. These signs invite Man to realize the purpose of his existence on earth, and to live in harmony with Nature. The Qur’an is truly a message from Allah, the Creator and Sustainer of the universe. It contains the same Message of the Oneness of God, that was preached by all prophets, right from Adam, Moses, Jesus to Muhammad (peace be upon them).

Se han escrito varios tomos detallados sobre el tema del Corán y la ciencia moderna, y la investigación en este campo continúa. Inshallah, esta investigación ayudará a la humanidad a acercarse a la Palabra del Todopoderoso. Este folleto contiene solo algunos de los hechos científicos presentes en el Corán. No puedo afirmar que haya hecho plena justicia al tema.

Several detailed tomes have been written on the subject of Qur’an and modern science and further research in this field is on. Inshallah, this research will help mankind to come closer to the Word of the Almighty. This booklet contains only a few of the scientific facts present in the Qur’an. I cannot claim to have done full justice to the subject.

El profesor Tejasen aceptó el Islam basándose en un solo «signo» científico mencionado en el Corán. Algunas personas pueden necesitar diez signos, mientras que otras pueden necesitar cien para convencerse del origen divino del Corán. Habrá quienes no estén dispuestos a aceptar la Verdad incluso después de que se les muestren mil signos. El Corán condena esa mentalidad cerrada en el versículo:

Prof. Tejasen accepted Islam on the strength of just one scientific ‘sign’ mentioned in the Qu’ran. Some people may require ten signs while some may require hundred signs to be convinced about the Divine origin of the Qur’an. Some would be unwilling to accept the Truth even after being shown a thousand signs. The Qur’an condemns such a closed mentality in the verse:

«Sordos, mudos y ciegos, no volverán» (al camino recto). [Al-Qur'an 2:18] El Corán contiene un código completo de vida para el individuo y la sociedad. Alhamdulillah (Alabado sea Allah), el modo de vida coránico es muy superior a los «ismos» que el hombre moderno ha inventado por pura ignorancia. ¿Quién puede dar mejor guía que el propio Creador?

“Deaf, dumb and blind, They will not return (To the path).” [Al-Qur’an 2:18] The Qur’an contains a complete code of life for the individual and society. Alhamdulillah (Praise be to Allah), the Qur’anic way of life is far superior to the ‘isms’ that modern man has invented out of sheer ignorance. Who can give better guidance than the Creator Himself?
