The 5th Day Of Hajj The Return To Makkah And The Fifth Day Of Haj
Rami doit être effectué pour les trois Jamaraats (3x7). Faites cela après le Zawaal comme le jour précédent. Comme expliqué précédemment, le temps Mustahab pour l'accomplissement de ce rite s'étend de l'après Zawaal jusqu'au coucher du soleil. Du coucher du soleil jusqu'à l'aube du jour suivant, c'est déconseillé (Makruh), sauf pour les femmes et les personnes faibles.
Rami has to be made of all three Jamaraats(3x7). Do this after Zawaal as on the previous day. As explained earlier, the Mustahab time for the performance of this rite is from after Zawaal until sunset. From sunset to pre dawn of the next day is Makrooh, except for the women and the weak.
Si le Qurbaani ou le Tawaaf n'ont PAS été effectués jusqu'à présent, il est nécessaire de le faire AVANT le coucher du soleil. Le Rami de ce jour doit également être effectué avant le coucher du soleil.
If Qurbaani or Tawaaf has NOT been done upto now, then it is necessary to do so BEFORE the setting of the sun. The Rami for this day also has to be performed before sunset.
LE CINQUIÈME JOUR - 13ème Zil Haj.
THE FIFTH DAY - 13th Zil Haj.
Après le Rami du douzième, on a le choix entre :
After the Rami of the twelfth, one has the choice of:
1) Quitter Mina avant le coucher du soleil et se diriger vers Makkah. Dans ce cas, il n'est pas nécessaire d'accomplir le Rami le treizième jour.
1) Moving out of Mina before sunset and proceeding to Makkah. In this case there is no necessity to perform Rami on the thirteenth.
2) Séjourner à Mina pour le Rami du treizième jour. Dans ce cas, on passera la nuit du douzième à Mina et on effectuera le Rami des trois Jamaraats (3x7) le treizième jour.
2) Staying in Mina for the Rami of the thirteenth. In this case, one will spend the night of the twelfth in Mina and perform Rami of all three Jamaraats (3x7) on the thirteenth.
3) Si quelqu'un se trouve à Mina après le coucher du soleil, il est alors déconseillé (Makruh) de partir sans avoir accompli le Rami du treizième jour. De même, si quelqu'un se trouve à Mina le matin du treizième jour, il devient alors obligatoire (Wajib) d'accomplir le Rami du treizième jour. Si l'on s'en va sans l'avoir fait, alors le Damm devient obligatoire (Wajib).
3) If one happens to be in Mina after sunset, then it is Makrooh to leave without performing Rami of the thirteenth. Similarly if one happens to be in Mina on the morning of the thirteenth, then also it becomes Waajib to perform Rami of the thirteenth. If one moved out without doing so, then Damm becomes Waajib.
La meilleure chose à faire est de rester à Mina de plein gré jusqu'après le coucher du soleil et d'accomplir le Rami des trois Jamaraats le treizième, après Zawaal, puis de se rendre à Makkah, même s'il est permis de partir le douzième.
The best thing to do is to remain in Mina willingly until after sunset and to perform the Rami of all three Jamaraats on the thirteenth, after Zawaal and then to proceed to Makkah, even though it is permissible to move out on the twelfth.
La méthode pour accomplir le Rami ce jour-là est la même que celle du jour précédent, mais le temps pour l'accomplir est plus court. Le Rami ne peut pas être accompli après le coucher du soleil comme les autres jours. Le temps pour ce Rami se termine au coucher du soleil du treizième jour. Si l'on ne l'a pas fait après qu'il soit devenu obligatoire (Wajib) de le faire au coucher du soleil, alors il faudra donner un Damm.
The method of performing Rami this day, is the same as that of the previous day but the time for performing it is less. Rami cannot be performed after sunset as on the other days. The time for this Rami ends at sunset of the thirteenth. If one did not do so after it had become Waajib to do so by sunset, then one will have to give Damm.
