उलेमा ने कहा है कि स्वीकार्य हज की निशानियाँ ये हैं:

Ulema have stated that the signs of an accepted Hajj are:

1.) व्यक्ति अल्लाह के प्रति अधिक सचेत (तक़वा-युक्त) हो जाता है।

1.) A person becomes more Allaah- conscious.

2.) वह नमाज़ (सलात) को नियमित रूप से अदा करने लगता है।

2.) He becomes regular in performing Salaat.

3.) दुनिया के प्रति प्रेम कम हो जाता है।

3.) Love for the world decreases.

4.) आख़िरत से मुहब्बत बढ़ती है।

4.) Love for the Aakhirat increases.

5.) दीन के 'प्रतीकों' के प्रति प्रेम/सम्मान में वृद्धि होती है – सुन्नत, उलेमा, क़ुरआन, मस्जिदें आदि।

5.) Love/ respect for the ‘symbols’ of Deen increases – Sunnat, Ulema, Quraan, Masjids etc.

6.) व्यक्ति उन बरकत वाली जगहों पर वापस जाने की तीव्र चाह रखता है।

6.) One yearns to go back to the Blessed places.

7.) व्यक्ति हराम से बचता है।

7.) One avoids Haraam.

8.) व्यक्ति उदार बन जाता है।

8.) One becomes generous.

9.) व्यक्ति बुरी संगति से बचता है।

9.) One avoids evil company.

10.) व्यक्ति अल्लाह के ज़िक्र को बढ़ाता है।

10.) One increases the Zikr of Allaah.
