قرآن میں موجود سائنسی حقائق کو محض اتفاق قرار دینا عام فہم اور حقیقی سائنسی نقطہ نظر کے خلاف ہوگا۔

To attribute the presence of scientific facts in the Qur’an to coincidence would be against common sense and a true scientific approach.

بیشک قرآنی آیات کی سائنسی درستی قرآن کے کھلے اعلان کی تصدیق کرتی ہے۔

Indeed the scientific accuracy of the Qur'anic verses confirm the Qur'an's open declaration.

"جلد ہم انہیں اپنی نشانیاں (آفاقی سمتوں) میں دکھائیں گے"

“Soon will We show them Our Signs in the (furthest)

(زمین کے) گوشوں میں اور ان کی اپنی جانوں میں، یہاں تک کہ ان پر یہ واضح ہو جائے کہ یہی حق ہے، کیا یہ کافی نہیں کہ آپ کا رب ہر چیز کا گواہ ہے؟ [سورۃ الفصلت 41:53] قرآن اس آیت میں تمام انسانوں کو اس کائنات کی تخلیق پر غور و فکر کرنے کی دعوت دیتا ہے:

regions (of the earth), and in their own souls, until it becomes manifest to them that this is the Truth it is not enough that Thy Lord doth witness all things?” [Al-Qur’an 41:53] The Qur’an invites all humans to reflect on the Creation of this universe in the verse:

"بے شک آسمانوں اور زمین کی تخلیق میں اور رات اور دن کے بدل بدل کر آنے میں عقل والوں کے لیے نشانیاں ہیں۔" [سورۃ آل عمران 3:190] قرآن کے سائنسی شواہد واضح طور پر اس کے الٰہی ہونے کو ثابت کرتے ہیں۔ کوئی بھی انسان چودہ سو سال پہلے ایسی کتاب پیش نہیں کر سکتا تھا جس میں اس قدر گہرے سائنسی حقائق موجود ہوں۔

“Behold! In the creation of the heavens and the earth, and the alternation of Night and Day – there are indeed Signs for men of understanding .” [Al-Qur’an 3:190] The scientific evidences of the Qur’an clearly prove its Divine origin. No human could have produced a book, fourteen hundred years ago, that would contain such profound scientific facts.

تاہم، قرآن سائنس کی کتاب نہیں بلکہ 'نشانیوں' کی کتاب ہے۔ یہ نشانیاں انسان کو زمین پر اپنے وجود کے مقصد کو سمجھنے اور فطرت کے ساتھ ہم آہنگی میں رہنے کی دعوت دیتی ہیں۔ قرآن حقیقت میں اللہ کی طرف سے بھیجا گیا پیغام ہے، جو کائنات کا خالق اور پالنے والا ہے۔ اس میں توحید کا وہی پیغام ہے جس کی تبلیغ تمام انبیاء نے کی، آدم، موسیٰ، عیسیٰ سے لے کر محمد ﷺ تک۔

The Qur’an, however, is not a book of Science but a book of ‘Signs’. These signs invite Man to realize the purpose of his existence on earth, and to live in harmony with Nature. The Qur’an is truly a message from Allah, the Creator and Sustainer of the universe. It contains the same Message of the Oneness of God, that was preached by all prophets, right from Adam, Moses, Jesus to Muhammad (peace be upon them).

قرآن اور جدید سائنس کے موضوع پر کئی تفصیلی کتابیں لکھی جا چکی ہیں اور اس میدان میں مزید تحقیق جاری ہے۔ ان شاء اللہ، یہ تحقیق بنی نوع انسان کو اللہ تعالیٰ کے کلام کے مزید قریب آنے میں مدد دے گی۔ اس کتابچے میں صرف قرآن میں موجود چند سائنسی حقائق شامل ہیں۔ میں اس موضوع کے ساتھ مکمل انصاف کرنے کا دعویٰ نہیں کر سکتا۔

Several detailed tomes have been written on the subject of Qur’an and modern science and further research in this field is on. Inshallah, this research will help mankind to come closer to the Word of the Almighty. This booklet contains only a few of the scientific facts present in the Qur’an. I cannot claim to have done full justice to the subject.

پروفیسر تیجسن نے قرآن میں مذکور محض ایک سائنسی 'نشانی' کی بنیاد پر اسلام قبول کیا۔ کچھ لوگوں کو قرآن کے الٰہی ہونے کے بارے میں قائل کرنے کے لیے دس نشانات کی ضرورت ہو سکتی ہے جبکہ کچھ کو سو نشانات کی ضرورت پڑ سکتی ہے۔ کچھ لوگ ہزار نشانات دکھانے کے بعد بھی حق کو قبول کرنے پر آمادہ نہیں ہوں گے۔ قرآن اس قسم کی تنگ نظری کی اس آیت میں مذمت کرتا ہے:

Prof. Tejasen accepted Islam on the strength of just one scientific ‘sign’ mentioned in the Qu’ran. Some people may require ten signs while some may require hundred signs to be convinced about the Divine origin of the Qur’an. Some would be unwilling to accept the Truth even after being shown a thousand signs. The Qur’an condemns such a closed mentality in the verse:

"وہ بہرے، گونگے اور اندھے ہیں، وہ (راہِ راست کی طرف) نہیں لوٹ سکیں گے۔" [سورۃ البقرہ 2:18] قرآن کریم فرد اور معاشرے کے لیے زندگی کا ایک مکمل ضابطہ فراہم کرتا ہے۔ الحمدللہ، قرآن کا طرزِ زندگی ان تمام 'نظریات' سے کہیں زیادہ برتر ہے جو جدید انسان نے محض جہالت کی بنیاد پر ایجاد کیے ہیں۔ خالقِ حقیقی سے بہتر ہدایت کون دے سکتا ہے؟

“Deaf, dumb and blind, They will not return (To the path).” [Al-Qur’an 2:18] The Qur’an contains a complete code of life for the individual and society. Alhamdulillah (Praise be to Allah), the Qur’anic way of life is far superior to the ‘isms’ that modern man has invented out of sheer ignorance. Who can give better guidance than the Creator Himself?

میں دعا کرتا ہوں کہ اللہ تعالیٰ اس عاجزانہ کوشش کو قبول فرمائے، میں اسی سے رحمت اور ہدایت کی دعا کرتا ہوں (آمین)۔

I pray that this humble effort is accepted by Allah, to whom I pray for mercy and guidance (Aameen).
