Ursprünglich waren die Themen dieses kleinen Buches Gegenstand von Untersuchungen und Diskussionen einiger Träger der Da'wah, die daran arbeiten, die Herrschaft Allahs auf Erden zu errichten. Der Zustand und die Lage der Ummah wurden erörtert, ebenso der Verfall und die Stagnation, die sie ergriffen hatten. Die Diskussionen umfassten außerdem die Frage, was die Ummah auf dem Weg zu ihrem Erwachen und ihrer Wiederbelebung belastet, was auf dem Weg zur Errichtung des Islamischen Staates bereits erreicht wurde und was noch erreicht werden muss, um den Staat ins Leben zu rufen, damit er den Islam anwendet und seine Da'wah in die Welt trägt. Darauf aufbauend wurde auch die Frage behandelt, was bei der Ummah angesprochen werden muss und wozu sie aufgerufen und auf was sie aufmerksam gemacht werden muss.

In origin the subjects of this small book were subjects that had been looked into and discussed by some of the carriers of the Da’wah working to establish the rule of Allah upon the earth. The condition and state of the Ummah was discussed and the decline and stagnation that had taken grip of her. The discussions also included addressing what she suffers from in the path towards her awakening and revival, what has already been accomplished upon the path of establishing the Islamic State, in addition to that which must still be accomplished to bring the State into existence, so that it will apply Islaam and carry its Da’wah to the world. Built upon this, the issue of what had to be addressed with the Ummah, what she needed to be called to and made aware of was also discussed.
