A preservação da Amanah não se completa sem o Estado Islâmico (Al-Khilafah)
The preservation of the Amaanah is not completed without the Islamic State (Al-Khilafah)
Não é possível que a Ummah islâmica cumpra esta tarefa e este papel que Allah (SWT) lhe confiou e a tornou responsável por eles, a menos que ela esteja plenamente consciente do seu papel e da sua tarefa, reúna as suas forças para assumi-los, governe e seja governada pela Shari'ah de Allah e realize o Al-Jihaad no caminho de Allah para que a palavra de Allah Ta'aala seja a mais elevada. Portanto, é obrigatório que ela tenha a sua própria entidade executiva específica, a sua liderança e um Ameer que aplique sobre ela e entre ela a Sharee'ah do Islã. Assim, para carregar a Amaanah e testemunhar sobre a humanidade, é obrigatório que se estabeleça o Estado do Islã, o Khilafah.
It is not possible for the Islamic Ummah to undertake and fulfil this task and role that Allah (swt) has entrusted her with and made her responsible for unless she is fully aware of her role and task, gathers her strength to undertake this, rules and is ruled by the Shar’a of Allah and performs Al-Jihaad in the way of Allah to make the word of Allah Ta’Aalaa the highest. Therefore it is obligatory for her to have own specific executive entity, her leadership and Ameer who applies upon her and amongst her the Sharee’ah of Islaam. Therefore in order to carry the Amaanah and to witness over mankind, it is obligatory for the State of Islaam, the Khilafah, to be established.
O Ameer da Ummah, o Khalifah, deve ser estabelecido; um único Ameer (líder) ao qual é dado o Bai'ah (juramento de lealdade)
The Ameer of the Ummah, the Khalifah, must be brought into existence; one single Ameer (leader) who is given the Bai’ah (pledge)

O Mensageiro de Allah ﷺ disse:
The Messenger of Allah (saw) said:
E quem morrer sem ter um juramento de lealdade (Bai'ah)
And whoever dies without having an oath of allegiance (Bai'ah)
"e quem morrer sem ter um imam sobre o pescoço, morrerá a morte da Jahiliyyah." (Muslim)
on his neck he would die the death of Jahiliyyah (Muslim).
E Ele ﷺ disse:
And He (saw) said:
Quem quer que tenha prestado bay'ah a um Imam, dando-lhe o aperto de sua mão e o fruto de seu coração, deve obedecê-lo enquanto puder; e se outro vier disputar com ele, então golpeie o pescoço desse outro. (Muslim)
Whosoever gave a Bay’ah to an Imam, giving him the clasp of his hand, and the fruit of his heart shall obey him as long as he can, and if another comes to dispute with him, then strike the neck of that other. (Muslim)
Se a Bai'ah for dada a dois Califas, então mate o último deles (Muslim).
If the Bai’ah is given to two Khalifahs then kill the latter of them (Muslim).
Não é possível, na ausência deste Khilafah, que a Ummah carregue a Amaanah e implemente o Islam, e não será possível para ela repelir o dano que é dirigido contra ela.
It is not possible in the absence of this Khilafah for the Ummah to carry the Amaanah and implement Islaam and it will not be possible for her to repel harm that is directed against her:
O Mensageiro ﷺ disse:
The Messenger (saw) said:
Verdadeiramente, o Imam (sozinho) é um escudo, por trás do qual se combate e por meio do qual se protege (Muslim).
Verily the Imam (alone) is a shield, from behind whom one would fight, and by whom one would protect oneself (Muslim).
E para aquele que não conhece nem compreende o significado do Khilafah e a sua importância, que a sua mente e o seu coração se submetam ao significado deste texto:
And for the one who does not know or understand the meaning of the Khilafah and its importance then let his mind and heart submit to the meaning of this text:
Verdadeiramente, o Imam (sozinho) é um escudo, por trás do qual se combate e por meio do qual se protege (Muslim).
Verily the Imam (alone) is a shield, from behind whom one would fight, and by whom one would protect oneself (Muslim).
Desta forma, a Ummah estará assumindo a tarefa do Nabi ﷺ no que diz respeito a levar a mensagem a toda a humanidade em sua totalidade.
In this way the Ummah will be undertaking the work of the Nabi (saw) in respect to carrying the message to mankind in its entirety.
O grupo crente (Ta'ifah) empreenderá seu trabalho para trazer à existência este Khilafah realizando a obra dos Anbiyaa' no que diz respeito a chamar e convidar seus povos à adoração de Allah somente.
The believing Taa’ifah (group) will undertake its work to bring this Khilafah into existence by performing the work of the Anbiyaa’ in respect to calling and inviting their peoples to the worship of Allah alone.
O Mensageiro de Allah ﷺ disse:
The Messenger of Allah (saw) said:
Os Banu Israel costumavam ser governados por profetas; sempre que um profeta morria, outro vinha depois dele. E não haverá profeta depois de mim. Haverá califas, e eles serão numerosos ﷺ.
Banu Israel used to be governed by Prophet, every time a Prophet died, another came after him, and there is not Prophet after me. There will be Khulafaa’ and they will number many".
Eles disseram: "O que você nos ordenaria fazer?" Ele ﷺ disse: "Cumpram-lhes o Bay'ah um após o outro, e deem-lhes o seu direito devido, pois Allah certamente lhes pedirá contas pelo que Ele lhes confiou". [Lafzh de Al-Bukhaari].
They said: "What would you order us to do?" He ( وآله عليه هللا صلى وسلم (said: "Fulfil the Bayah to them one after the other, and give them their due right, surely Allah will account them for that which He entrusted them with".” [Lafzh of Al-Bukhaari).
Portanto, é Waajib (obrigatório) sobre todo Mukallaf (pessoa legalmente responsável) trabalhar seriamente pelo estabelecimento do Estado Islâmico, para que a Haakimiyah (direito de governar) pertença a Allah. Isso para que o Estado Islâmico seja restabelecido e o Islaam seja aplicado sobre os muçulmanos dentro desta entidade estatal. Este representa o primeiro objetivo, que possibilita a realização do objetivo e propósito seguinte, que é levar a Da'wah islâmica ao mundo por meio da Da'wah, da proclamação e do Al-Jihaad.
Therefore it is Waajib (obligatory) upon every Mukallaf (legally responsible person) to work seriously for the establishment of the Islamic State so that the Haakimiyah (right of rule) is to Allah. This is so that the Islamic State is resumed and Islaam is applied upon the Muslims within this State entity. This represents the first objective which enables the fulfilment of the following objective and aim which is to carry the Islamic Da’wah to the world via Da’wah, proclamation and Al-Jihaad.
Allah (SWT) disse:
Allah (swt) said:
Ele é Quem enviou o Seu Mensageiro com a orientação e a religião da Verdade, para fazê-la prevalecer sobre toda outra religião, ainda que os Mushrikeen detestem isso (At-Tawbah 33).
He it is who has sent His Messenger with the guidance and the Deen of Haqq to make it prevail over every (other) Deen even if the Mushrikeen detest that (AtTaubah 33).
E:
And:
Combatam aqueles que não creem em Allah nem no Último Dia, e não proíbem o que Allah e Seu Mensageiro proibiram, e não seguem a religião da verdade, dentre aqueles que receberam o Livro, até que paguem a jizya de próprio punho, humilhados. (At-Taubah 29)
Fight those who do not believe in Allah nor the final day and do not make Haraam what Allah and His Messenger have made Haraam and do not follow the Deen of truth, from those who have been given the book, until they give the Jizyah by their hands and are subdued (At-Taubah 29).
E:
And:
Ó vós que credes! Combatei os descrentes que estão próximos de vós, e que encontrem em vós firmeza, e saibam que Allah está com aqueles que são os Al-Muttaqun (At-Tawba 123).
O you who believe! Fight those of the disbelievers who are close to you, and let them find harshness in you, and know that Allah is with those who are the AlMuttaqoon (At-Taubah 123).
Este objetivo de estabelecer o Khilafah representa o método Shar'iyah que Allah (SWT) ordenou para o cumprimento do objetivo da criação.
This objective of establishing the Khilafah represents the Shar’iyah method that Allah (swt) has commanded for the fulfilment of the objective of the creation:
E Ele (SWT) disse:
And He (swt) said:
E não criei os djinn e os humanos senão para que Me adorassem. (Adh-Dhaariyaat 56)
And I have not created Jinn and man except to worship me (Adh-Dhaariyaat 56).
E disse:
And said:
Ó humanidade, adorai o vosso Senhor, que vos criou a vós e aos que vieram antes de vós, para que possais alcançar o Taqwa. {Al-Baqarah 21}
O mankind, worship your Lord who created you and those before you so that you may have Taqwaa (Al-Baqarah 21).
E:
And:
Diga: "Ó humanidade, eu sou o Mensageiro de Allah enviado a vós todos" (Al-A'raaf 158).
Say: O Mankind, verily I am the Messenger of Allah sent to you all as a whole (Al-A’araaf 158).
