আল্লাহ (সুবহানাহু ওয়া তাআলা), তাঁর রহমতে ইসলামি উম্মাহকে সকল উম্মাহর ওপর মর্যাদা দিয়েছেন, তাকে ইসলামের সম্মান দান করে। আল্লাহ (সুবহানাহু ওয়া তাআলা) আমাদের ওপর তাঁর অনুগ্রহ বর্ষণ করেছেন, আমাদের জন্য একটি পরিপূর্ণ ও সুস্পষ্ট দ্বীন দান করে। আল্লাহ (সুবহানাহু ওয়া তাআলা) আমাদের কাছে একজন রাসূল ﷺ প্রেরণ করেছেন, যাঁর সত্যবাদিতা ও মর্যাদা সকলের কাছে সুপরিচিত, এবং নিঃসন্দেহে তিনি ﷺ ছিলেন সর্বাধিক সত্যবাদী, যখন তিনি ﷺ বলেছেন, “ইসলামের যাঁতাকল ঘুরছে, অতএব তা যেদিকে ঘোরে তুমিও সেদিকে ঘুরো।”

Allah (swt), in His Mercy has raised the Islamic Ummah above all Ummahs by giving it the honour of Islam. Allah (swt) bestowed upon us His favour, by giving us a Deen, complete and clear. Allah (swt) sent to us a Messenger, whose truthfulness and position is known to all, and without a doubt, he (saw) was most truthful when he said, “The grinding wheel of Islam is turning so turn wherever it turns”.

হে পশ্চিমের মুসলিমগণ! নিশ্চয়ই ইসলামের চাকা দিন দিন আরও দ্রুত ঘুরছে। আজ খিলাফতের আহ্বান সবচেয়ে উচ্চ আহ্বানে পরিণত হয়েছে এবং ইসলামী ভূখণ্ডে শিকড় গেড়েছে। এটি রাজাদের সিংহাসন কাঁপিয়ে দিয়েছে এবং সেই প্রেসিডেন্টদের ভীত করে তুলেছে, যারা এর পথে বাধা হয়ে দাঁড়িয়ে আছে এবং ইসলামের আলো নিভিয়ে দিতে চায়। আল্লাহ (সুবহানাহু ওয়া তাআলা) বলেন,

O Muslims in the West! Surely the grinding wheel of Islam is turning faster day by day. The call for the Khilafah has today become the highest call, and has taken root in the Islamic lands. It has shaken the thrones of the Kings and terrified the Presidents, who stand as an obstacle to it, seeking to extinguish the light of Islam. Allah (swt) says,

তারা তাদের মুখ দিয়ে আল্লাহর নূর নিভিয়ে দিতে চায়, কিন্তু আল্লাহ তাঁর নূরকে পূর্ণতা দান না করে ছাড়বেন না, যদিও কাফিররা তা অপছন্দ করে।

“They wish to extinguish Allah’s light with their mouths but Allah will not allow but that His light should be perfected, even though the unbelievers may detest it” (TMQ al-Tauba, verse 32)

হে মুসলিমরা! ১৯২৪ সালের ৩ মার্চ ব্রিটেন ও পশ্চিমা রাষ্ট্রগুলো যেদিন থেকে আমাদের খিলাফত ধ্বংস করেছে, সেদিন থেকে এই উম্মাহ একটি দিনের জন্যও সুখ দেখেনি। আমাদের ভূমি বিভক্ত হয়েছে, আমাদের পিতারা অপমানিত হয়েছেন, আমাদের ভাইয়েরা হতাশ হয়েছেন, আর আমাদের মা ও বোনেরা সম্ভ্রমহানির শিকার হয়েছেন; তারা কাঁদছেন তাদের ইমামের জন্য, সেই খলীফার জন্য, যাকে তারা হারিয়েছেন এক রক্ষাকবচ হিসেবে, যাঁর ছায়াতলে তারা বসবাস করতেন।

O Muslims! Ever since Britain and the Western states destroyed our Khilafah on the 3rd of March 1924, this Ummah has not witnessed a single day of happiness. Our lands were divided, our fathers humiliated, our brothers disheartened, and our mothers and sisters were dishonoured; crying for their Imam, the Khaleefah who they lost as a protection and under whose shade they used to live.

আল্লাহর রাসূল ﷺ বলেছেন, “ইমাম হলেন একটি ঢাল, যার পেছনে থেকে তোমরা যুদ্ধ করো এবং নিজেদের রক্ষা করো।”

The Messenger of Allah (saw) said, “The Imam is a shield, from behind which you fight and defend yourselves”.

কখনো মুসলিম উম্মাহ এতটা বিপর্যস্ত হয়নি। কখনো আমরা এতটা বিভক্ত হইনি। কখনো আমরা কাফিরদের এভাবে প্রাধান্য পেতে দিইনি, যারা পৃথিবীতে ফাসাদ (বিপর্যয়) ছড়াচ্ছে। অথচ আল্লাহ (সুবহানাহু ওয়া তাআলা) আমাদেরকে মানবজাতির উপর সাক্ষী বানিয়েছেন, যখন তিনি (সুবহানাহু ওয়া তাআলা) বলেছেন,

Never has the Muslim Ummah been so devastated. Never have we been so divided. Never have we allowed the Kuffar to gain the upper hand, spreading fasad (corruption) upon the earth. Even though Allah (swt) described us as witnesses over mankind, when He (swt) said,

"আর এভাবেই আমি তোমাদেরকে একটি মধ্যপন্থী উম্মাহ বানিয়েছি, যাতে তোমরা মানবজাতির উপর সাক্ষী হও, এবং রাসূল ﷺ তোমাদের উপর সাক্ষী হন।" (সূরা আল-বাকারা, আয়াত ১৪৩)

“We have made you an Ummah in equilibrium that you may be witnesses over the affairs of mankind, and the Messenger is a witness over you” (TMQ al-Baqarah, verse 143)

এই সব কিছুর কারণেই, আমরা আপনাদের সবচেয়ে মহৎ কাজের আহ্বান জানাই; ইসলামী খিলাফত পুনঃপ্রতিষ্ঠার কাজ। আমরা আপনাদের সর্বোচ্চ ফরয (বাধ্যতামূলক কর্তব্য)-এর প্রতি আহ্বান জানাই; সেই ফরয, যা জীবনের ক্ষেত্রে ইসলামের বিধানসমূহ আবারও ফিরিয়ে আনবে এবং পৃথিবীতে প্রাণ সঞ্চার করবে। আমরা আপনাদের অত্যন্ত আন্তরিক আহ্বান জানাই, আমাদের রাষ্ট্রকে ফিরিয়ে আনতে সর্বশক্তি দিয়ে কাজ করার জন্য, আল্লাহ (সুবহানাহু ওয়া তাআলা)-র কাছে গ্রহণযোগ্য একমাত্র পদ্ধতি অনুসরণ করে; তাঁর রাসূল, মুহাম্মাদ ﷺ-এর পদ্ধতি।

It is because of all of this, we call you to the noblest of work; the work to re-establish the Islamic Khilafah. We call you to the highest of the Fara’id (obligations); the Fard that will bring back the rules of Islam to the realm of life once again, bringing life to the world. We call you, with the warmest of calls, to work, with all your efforts to bring back our state, following the only method which is acceptable to Allah (swt); the method of His Messenger, Muhammad (saw).

নিশ্চয়ই আজ সর্বোচ্চ মর্যাদার স্থান হলো বিশুদ্ধ ইসলামী দাওয়াহের বাহকের। দাওয়াহের সেই বাহকই তাঁর কথার দ্বারা মক্কার কুরাইশ নেতাদের অন্তরে ভয় সঞ্চার করেছিলেন এবং একনিষ্ঠ মু'মিনদের হৃদয়ে আশার আলো জাগিয়েছিলেন।

Indeed the highest of positions today is that of the carrier of the pure Islamic Da’awah. It is the Da’awah carrier that with his words struck fear in the hearts of the leaders of Qur’aish in Mecca and brought hope to the sincere believers.

হে ব্রিটেনের মুসলিমরা! এই উম্মাহকে বিভক্ত ও দুর্বল রাখার পরিকল্পনার অংশ হিসেবে ভাইদের মধ্যে ভুয়া সীমানা তৈরি করা হয়েছে এবং আমাদের জন্য ভুয়া পরিচয় প্রতিষ্ঠা করা হয়েছে। এক পতাকার নিচে এক উম্মাহ হিসেবে ঐক্যবদ্ধ হওয়ার পরিবর্তে জাতি-রাষ্ট্র গঠিত হয়েছে এবং আলাদা পরিচয় সৃষ্টি হয়েছে। আমাদের বলা হয়েছে আমরা যেন নিজেদের জর্ডানী, মিশরীয়, পাকিস্তানি… এবং আজ ব্রিটিশ বলে পরিচয় দিই। এর মাধ্যমে তারা আমাদের জন্য তুচ্ছ সংগ্রাম বা স্থানীয় লক্ষ্য নির্ধারণ করেছে, যা আমাদেরকে ইসলামের গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয়গুলো থেকে দূরে সরিয়ে দিয়েছে।

O Muslims in Britain! As part of the plan to keep this Ummah disunited and weak, false borders between brothers were created and false identities for us were established. Instead of uniting as one Ummah under one banner, nation states were formed and separate identities came about. We were told to call ourselves Jordanians, Egyptians, Pakistanis… and today British. By doing so they set for us cheap struggles or localised goals, which distanced us from the vital issues of Islam.

নবী ﷺ বলেছেন, “মুমিনরা একটি দেহের মতো; যদি চোখে ব্যথা হয়, পুরো দেহই ব্যথা অনুভব করে…”। আমাদের মধ্যকার এই বিভাজনগুলো দূর করে এই মহৎ লক্ষ্যে কাজ শুরু করার সময় কি আসেনি? আজ আমরা আপনাদের বলছি, খিলাফত ফিরে আসবে, কারণ আল্লাহ (সুবহানাহু ওয়া তাআলা) আমাদের জন্য এর প্রতিশ্রুতি দিয়েছেন। এই উম্মাহর সন্তানেরা এর প্রত্যাবর্তনের জন্য অনেক ত্যাগ স্বীকার করেছে। বস্তুত আমরা, হিযবুত তাহরীরের সদস্যরা ঘোষণা করছি যে, খিলাফতের প্রত্যাবর্তন অনিবার্য। তখন মুমিনরা সুখ ও প্রশান্তির দিনগুলো দেখতে পাবে। তারা ইসলামকে মর্যাদায় সমুন্নত করবে এবং কুফরকে লাঞ্ছিত করবে, আর আল্লাহ (সুবহানাহু ওয়া তাআলা)-র বাণী সমুন্নত হবে এবং কাফিরদের বাণী হীন হবে।

The Prophet (saw) said, “The believers are like a body if the eye is in pain the whole body is in pain...” Is it not about time that these divisions between us are swept away and we begin working for this noble goal ? It is today that we say to you, the Khilafah is to return, since Allah (swt) has promised for us this. The sons of this Ummah have sacrificed much for its return. Indeed we, the Members of Hizb ut-Tahrir, declare that the return of the Khilafah is an inevitability. Then the believers will see the days of happiness and tranquillity. They will bring glory to Islam and disgrace to Kufr, and the Words of Allah (swt) will become high, and those of the Kafireen will become low.

রাসূলুল্লাহ ﷺ বলেছেন, “এই বিষয়টি রাত ও দিনের মতো। আল্লাহ (সুবহানাহু ওয়া তাআলা) পাথরের তৈরি হোক বা পশুর চামড়ার তৈরি হোক, এমন কোনো ঘরই রাখবেন না, যেখানে তিনি (সুবহানাহু ওয়া তাআলা) ইসলামকে প্রবেশ করাবেন না—সম্মানের সাথে কিংবা অপমানের সাথে। সম্মান, যার মাধ্যমে আল্লাহ ইসলামকে শক্তিশালী করবেন, আর অপমান, যার মাধ্যমে তিনি কুফরকে লাঞ্ছিত করবেন।” (ইবনে হিব্বান; সহীহ, আল-মিকদাদ ইবনুল আসওয়াদ (রা.)-এর বর্ণনাসূত্রে।)

The Messenger of Allah (saw) said, “This matter is like night and day. Allah (swt) will not leave a single home whether made of stone or the skin of the animal, except that He (swt) will make Islam enter it with glory or humiliation. A glory with which Allah will make Islam powerful and humiliation with which he will disgrace Kufr. (Ibn Hibban, sahih on the authority of al Miqdad ibn al Aswad).

আমরা যে কোনো মূল্যেই খিলাফত পুনঃপ্রতিষ্ঠা করব, কারণ আমরা চাই আমাদের প্রভু যেন আমাদের প্রতি সন্তুষ্টি ও রহমতের দৃষ্টিতে তাকান। আমরা আপনার জন্য তাই পছন্দ করি যা নিজেদের জন্য পছন্দ করি, এবং এর ভিত্তিতে আমরা আপনাকে ও সকল মুসলিমকে আহ্বান জানাচ্ছি যে, আপনারা আন্তরিকতা ও গুরুত্বের সাথে, সকল শক্তি নিয়োগ করে, হারিয়ে যাওয়া খিলাফত পুনঃপ্রতিষ্ঠা এবং হারিয়ে যাওয়া রত্নের প্রত্যাবর্তনের লক্ষ্যে কাজ করা নিষ্ঠাবান ও গুরুত্বপূর্ণ কর্মীদের সাথে যুক্ত হোন, যাতে আমরা জাতিসমূহের মাঝে আমাদের ন্যায্য অবস্থান ফিরে পাই—সুখের বার্তাবাহক হিসেবে, হিদায়াতের বার্তাবাহক হিসেবে এবং মানবজাতির উপর সাক্ষী হিসেবে। এটাই দুনিয়া ও আখিরাতে সম্মান। তোমাদের কেউ যেন এই মহান দায়িত্ব অবহেলা না করে, যাতে উত্তম পূর্বসূরিদের সর্বোত্তম উত্তরাধিকারী হওয়া যায়। অতএব আপনাদের সংকল্প দৃঢ় করুন, এবং আপনাদের দ্বীন ও উম্মাহর প্রতি মর্যাদাবোধকে উজ্জীবিত করুন, আর মিথ্যার বিশাল জনসমুদ্র ও তার প্রভাব যেন আপনাদের হতাশ না করে, কারণ এই পর্যায় প্রায় শেষ, এবং খিলাফতের জন্য কর্মরত ব্যক্তিদের কাজের রেখা বিস্ময়কর হারে বাড়ছে, এবং বিজয়ের দিকে তাদের পদক্ষেপ প্রতিদিন আরও নিকটবর্তী হচ্ছে। আল্লাহ (সুবহানাহু ওয়া তাআলা)-র প্রতি আমাদের আস্থা অটুট, তাঁর নিকটবর্তী বিজয়ের প্রতি আমাদের আশা এক বিন্দুও ম্লান হয়নি, এবং আল্লাহ (সুবহানাহু ওয়া তাআলা) তাঁর কাজের উপর সম্পূর্ণ ক্ষমতাবান, কিন্তু মানুষের অধিকাংশই জানে না। আর তিনি, মহিমান্বিত তিনি, যিনি বলেছেন,

We must re-establish the Khilafah, regardless of the cost, because we wish for our Lord to look upon us with the position of pleasure and mercy. And we love for you what we love for ourselves, and upon this we invite you and all the Muslims to work sincerely and in earnest, utilising all energies, with the sincere and serious workers, who aim to re-establish the lost Khilafah, and the return of the missing gem, so that we take back our rightful positions between the nations, as bringers of happiness, as bringers of guidance and as witnesses over mankind. This is the honour in this world and in the Hereafter. Not one of you should neglect this honourable duty, to be the finest inheritors to the finest predecessors. So raise your determination, and motivate your sense of honour towards your Deen and Ummah, and let not the mass of falsehood and its influence cause you dismay, for this stage is nearly over, and the line illustrating the work of those working for Khilafah is increasing at an astonishing rate, and their steps towards victory become closer and closer everyday. Our trust in Allah (swt) is great and our hope for his nearing victory is untouched by even a single mark, and Allah (swt) has full power over His affairs, but most among mankind know not, and He, glory be to He, is the one who said,

“তোমাদের মধ্যে যারা ঈমান এনেছে ও সৎকর্ম করেছে, আল্লাহ তাদেরকে প্রতিশ্রুতি দিয়েছেন যে, তিনি অবশ্যই তাদেরকে পৃথিবীতে খিলাফত (ক্ষমতার উত্তরাধিকার) দান করবেন, যেমন তিনি তাদের পূর্ববর্তীদেরকে দান করেছিলেন; তিনি অবশ্যই তাদের জন্য মনোনীত তাদের দীনকে প্রতিষ্ঠিত করবেন; এবং তাদের ভয়ের অবস্থার পর তিনি অবশ্যই তাদের (অবস্থা) পরিবর্তন করে তাদেরকে নিরাপত্তা ও শান্তি দান করবেন” ( তাফসীরে মাআরিফুল কুরআন, সূরা আন-নূর, আয়াত ৫৫)

“Allah has promised, to those among you who believe and work righteous deeds, that He will, of a surety, grant them in the land, inheritance (of power), as He granted it to those before them; that He will establish in authority their religion, the one which He has chosen for them; and that He will change (their state), after the fear in which they (lived), to one of security and peace” ( TMQ al-Nur, verse 55)

এবং অবশেষে আমরা এই দুআটি দিয়ে শেষ করি, যার মাধ্যমে আমরা আল্লাহর (SWT) দিকে মুখ ফিরাতে চাই:

And finally we finish with this Dua’a with which we would like to face Allah (swt):

হে আল্লাহ! আমরা Your কাছে এমন ঈমান চাই যা অটল, এমন সাহস চাই যা নত হয় না, এমন সংকল্প চাই যা পরাভূত হয় না, এমন দৃঢ়তা চাই যা ভাঙে না এবং এমন স্নায়ু চাই যা বিচলিত হয় না। হে আল্লাহ! আমাদেরকে Your দ্বীনের উপর এবং Your আহ্বান বহনের উপর প্রতিষ্ঠিত রাখুন, যতদিন না আমরা Your সাথে সাক্ষাৎ করি। হে আল্লাহ! শক্তিশালী মু’মিনদের দ্বারা আমাদের সাহায্য করুন এবং সৎকর্মশীল মু’মিনদের দ্বারা আমাদের সাহায্য করুন। হে আল্লাহ! যারা আমাদের সাথে মিলে দা’ওয়াহ বহন করে এবং এর বোঝা, উদ্বেগ ও দায়িত্ব বহন করে, তাদের দ্বারা আমাদের সমর্থন করুন। হে আল্লাহ! আমাদের জন্য সমর্থন ও সুরক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠিত করুন। আমাদের জন্য এমন লোকদের প্রস্তুত করুন যারা জর্দান, সিরিয়া, ইরাক, মিসর, তুরস্ক এবং অন্যান্য ইসলামী দেশে ক্ষমতা গ্রহণ করতে আমাদের সক্ষম করবে এবং তাদেরকে আমাদের আহ্বানে সাড়া দিতে বাধ্য করবে। হে আল্লাহ! খিলাফত প্রতিষ্ঠা করার, ইসলামের পতাকা (রায়াহ) উত্তোলন করার এবং শরী’আহ প্রয়োগ করার সামর্থ্য আমাদের দিন। হে আল্লাহ! সকল মুসলিম দেশ থেকে কুফরি আইন ও ব্যবস্থা অপসারণের সামর্থ্য আমাদের দিন। এবং ইসরায়েলকে ধ্বংস করার এবং কোনো একটি ইসলামী দেশের উপর কাফির রাষ্ট্রসমূহের প্রতিটি কর্তৃত্ব ধ্বংস করার সামর্থ্য আমাদের দিন। হে আল্লাহ! ইসলামের সকল ভূমিকে খিলাফত রাষ্ট্রে ঐক্যবদ্ধ করার সামর্থ্য আমাদের দিন। ইয়া রব্বাল আলামীন। আল্লাহুম্মা আমীন।

O Allah! We ask of You an Iman that is unshakable and a bravery that is unyielding and a will that is not overwhelmed and a resolution that is not broken and nerves that are not disturbed. O Allah! Establish us on Your Deen and in carrying Your call until we eet You. O Allah! Help us with the strong Believers and help us with the righteous Believers. O Allah! Support us with those who, together with us, carry the Da’awah and carry its burden, worry and responsibility. O Allah! Put in place for us the support and protection. Make ready for us those who will enable us to take power in Jordan, Syria, Iraq, Egypt, Turkey and other Islamic countries and make them respond to our call. O Allah! Give us the ability to establish the Khilafah and raise the Islamic flag (Ra’ya) and apply the Shari’ah. O Allah! Give us the ability to remove the Kufr rules and systems from all of the Muslim countries. And enable us to destroy Israel and destroy every dominance of the disbelieving states over even a single Islamic country. O Allah! Enable us to unite all the lands of Islam in the Khilafah state. Ya Rabb al alameen. Allahumma Ameen.
