اپنے نبیوں کے دنیا سے رخصت ہونے کے بعد قومیں اور لوگ شیطان کے نقشِ قدم پر چلنا شروع کر دیتے ہیں، وہ دین کو بدل دیتے ہیں، رسالت (پیغام) کو مسخ کر دیتے ہیں اور اپنی امانت کو چھوڑ دیتے ہیں۔ چنانچہ وہ گمراہ ہو جاتے ہیں اور اللہ کے سوا دوسروں کی عبادت کرنے لگتے ہیں، اور ان کے لیے ہدایت، نجات اور امانت کو نبھانے کا کوئی راستہ باقی نہیں رہتا جب تک کہ اللہ کی طرف سے ایک نیا پیغام لے کر ایک نیا نبی نہ بھیجا جائے۔ تو اگر امانت کھو چکی ہو اور گمراہی اور بدعت کے معاملے میں ان سے پہلے گزرنے والوں کی سنتوں (طریقوں) کی پیروی کی جا رہی ہو، تو نبی محمد ﷺ کی امت کے لیے کون سا راستہ کھلا رہ گیا ہے؟ اور یہ اس بات کے یقین کے بعد ہے کہ اس پیغام کے بعد کوئی نیا پیغام نہیں آئے گا اور اس نبی ﷺ کے بعد کوئی نیا نبی نہیں آئے گا؟

Nations and people after the passing of their Prophets begin to follow the footsteps of Shaytaan, they change the Deen, distort the Risaalah (message) and let go of their Amaanah. They therefore go astray and worship other than Allah and no way is left for them for guidance, being saved and to carry the Amaanah (trust) unless a new Nabi is sent with a new message from Allah. So what is the path left open to the Ummah of the Nabi Muhammad (saw) if the Amaanah has been lost and the Sunan (ways) of those who came before them have been followed in terms of being led astray and following misguidance? And this is after knowing for certain that there will be no new message after this message and no new Prophet after this Prophet (saw)?

اس امت اور اس کے پیغام کی حفاظت اور امانت کی ادائیگی کے حوالے سے وہ قلعہ جو کبھی مٹ نہیں سکتا، اللہ تعالیٰ کی مدد اور اس کی یہ ضمانت ہے کہ یہ پیغام کبھی ضائع نہیں ہوگا اور نہ ہی کبھی بھلایا جائے گا، قطع نظر اس کے کہ مسلمان اس سے کتنا ہی دور کیوں نہ ہو جائیں اور ان لوگوں کی کوششوں کے باوجود جو اسے مسخ کرنا چاہتے ہیں۔

The fortress that does not disappear in respect to safeguarding this Ummah and her message, and her carrying of the Amaanah, is the help of Allah and His guarantee that this message will not be lost and will never be forgotten irrespective of how much the Muslims have gone away from it and regardless of the efforts of those who wish to distort it.

اللہ (سبحانہ و تعالیٰ) نے فرمایا:

Allah (swt) said:

اس طرح رسالہ (پیغام) باقی رہے گا اور پہنچتا رہے گا، اور ایمان اور ہدایت کا راستہ کبھی ختم یا مٹ نہیں سکے گا۔ پیغام ایک ایسی روشنی رہے گا جو تمام تاریکیوں کو دور کر دے گی اور راستہ قیامت تک واضح رہے گا۔

As such the Risaalah (message) will remain and continue to go and the path to Imaan and guidance will never disappear or be extinguished. The message will remain a light that scatters all darkness and the path will remain clear until the Day of Judgement.

اس صورت میں جہاں یہ پیغام قیامت تک جاری، محفوظ اور سینہ بہ سینہ منتقل ہونے والا ہے، تو اگر لوگ اس کی غفلت کریں یا اس کا انکار کر دیں، تو اسے کون اٹھائے گا؟ سابقہ امتوں کے حوالے سے، اگر وہ گمراہ ہو جاتی تھیں تو اللہ (سبحانہ و تعالیٰ) ان کی طرف ایک رسول اور ایک پیغام بھیجتا تھا، تو اگر لوگ گمراہ ہو جائیں اور کوئی رسول نہ ہو، تو اسلام کا پیغام کون اٹھائے گا؟

In the case where the message will continue, be preserved and safeguarded until the Day of Judgement, then who will carry it if the people neglect to or deny it? In regards to the previous nations, if they were to go astray, Allah (swt) would send a Messenger and a message to them, so who will carry the message of Islaam if the people were to go astray and if there was no Messenger?

اس کا جواب یہ ہے کہ: جس طرح اللہ (سبحانہ و تعالیٰ) نے اس پیغام کے گم ہو جانے یا اس میں تحریف کیے جانے سے حفاظت کی ضمانت دی ہے، اسی طرح اس نے اپنی رحمت سے یہ بھی ضمانت دی ہے کہ امت گمراہ نہیں ہوگی اور گمراہ ہونے والوں یا تحریف کرنے والوں اور انکار کرنے والوں کی بڑی تعداد کے باوجود، یہ پوری امت دعوت کو آگے بڑھانے سے دستبردار نہیں ہوگی۔ چنانچہ جس طرح رسالت بذاتِ خود محفوظ اور مامون ہے، اسی طرح امت کے اندر وہ لوگ موجود رہیں گے جو اسے مکمل طور پر آگے بڑھائیں گے۔

The answer to this is: Just as Allah (swt) has guaranteed the protection of this message from being lost or distorted He (swt) by His mercy has also guaranteed that the Ummah will not go astray and that all of it will not relinquish the carrying of the Da’wah regardless of the great number of those who are misguided or those who distort and deny. So just as the Risaalah as a whole is protected and safeguarded there will remain within the Ummah those who will carry it in its entirety.

رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا:

The Messenger (saw) said:

(متفق علیہ ہے اور یہ مسلم کا لفظی ورژن ہے۔)

(Agreed upon and this is the Lafzh (worded version) of Muslim.

چنانچہ امت اسلام سے جتنا بھی دور ہو جائے، وہ جتنی بھی گمراہ ہو جائے یا شیطان کے نقشِ قدم پر چلے، اور وہ جتنا بھی تاریکی میں گھِر جائے، امت میں ہمیشہ ایک طائفہ (گروہ) موجود رہے گا جو کتاب اور سنت کو مضبوطی سے تھامے رکھے گا، اور وہ کتاب، سنت اور انبیاء کی ہدایت سے منور رہے گا۔ وہ اپنا وہ کام انجام دیتے رہیں گے جسے اللہ (سبحانہ و تعالیٰ)

So however much the Ummah strays away from Islaam, however misguided she becomes or follows the steps of Shaytaan, and however much she is pulled into darkness, there will always remain in the Ummah a Taa’ifah (group) that holds fast to the Kitaab and the Sunnah, being illuminated by them and by the guidance of the Anibyaa’ (prophets). They will undertake their work that Allah (swt)

ان تک پہنچ چکا ہے اور وہ انبیاء کے وارث کے طور پر اس طائفہ کی حیثیت سے اس وراثت کو اٹھائیں گے جس کی امانت کی حفاظت اور اسے نبھانے کی ذمہ داری اللہ (سبحانہ و تعالیٰ) نے ان پر ڈالی ہے۔ یہ امانت 'لا الہ الا اللہ' کا معاملہ ہے اور وہ اسے اس وقت تک اپنائیں گے اور اسے اٹھائے رکھیں گے جب تک کہ اللہ (سبحانہ و تعالیٰ) اپنا حکم لے آئے اور اپنا معاملہ مکمل کر دے۔

has passed on to them and they will carry the inheritance of the Anbiyaa’ as the Taa’ifah which Allah has passed on the responsibility of safeguarding its Amaanah (trust) and carrying it. This trust (Amaanah) is the issue of Laa Ilaaha Illallah and they will adopt it and carry it until Allah (swt) brings about His command and accomplishes His affair.

اللہ (سبحانہ و تعالیٰ) نے فرمایا:

Allah (swt) said:

اس طریقے سے اسلامی امت، یعنی مسلمانوں کی امت، خواہ وہ کتنی ہی نافرمانی کرے یا گمراہ کر دی جائے، اس طائفہ (گروہ) کے وجود کی وجہ سے جو انبیاء کے کام کی ذمہ داری سنبھالتا ہے، بنی نوع انسان کے لیے پیدا کی گئی خیر (بہترین) امت کی نمائندگی کرے گی۔ اس کی وجہ یہ ہے کہ یہ وہ امت ہے جو نیکی کا حکم دیتی ہے، منکر سے روکتی ہے اور اللہ پر ایمان رکھتی ہے۔ امت اس ذمہ داری سے لیس رہے گی جو اللہ (سبحانہ و تعالیٰ) نے اس کے سپرد کی ہے اور بنی نوع انسان کی طرف سے اپنی ذمہ داری پوری کرتی رہے گی۔

In this the way the Islamic Ummah, the Ummah of the Muslims, regardless of how much she disobeys or is led astray, will due to the existence of the Taa’ifah (group) that undertakes the work of the Anbiyaa’, represent the Khaira (best) Ummah raised up for mankind. This is because she is an Ummah that orders the Ma’rouf, forbids the Munkar and believes in Allah. The Ummah will remain charged with the responsibility that Allah (swt) has entrusted her with and to perform her responsibility on behalf of humankind.

اللہ (سبحانہ و تعالیٰ) نے فرمایا:

Allah (swt) said:

ہر مکلف پر یہ فرض ہے کہ وہ اس امانت کو سمجھنے کے لیے کوشش اور جدوجہد کرے تاکہ وہ اسے نبھا سکے اور اس کے واضح راستے پر چل سکے۔ وہ اپنے ایمان، اعمال اور اس کے ساتھ جدوجہد کے ذریعے اس طائفہ کا حصہ بننے کی کوشش کرے گا تاکہ زمین پر اللہ تعالیٰ کا حکم قائم کر سکے۔

It is a duty upon every Mukallaf (legally responsible person) to strive and exert himself to understand this Amaanah so that he can carry it and proceed upon its clear path. He would strive to be a part of this Taa’ifah (group) with his Imaan, actions and striving along with it in order to establish the rule of Allah Ta’Aalaa upon the earth.
