11- بے شک مومنوں میں سے کوئی بھی کسی مقروض کو اس حال میں نہیں چھوڑے گا کہ اسے فدیہ یا دیت کے حوالے سے منصفانہ اور معقول بنیادوں پر (اس کی ادائیگی کے لیے) وسائل فراہم نہ کیے گئے ہوں۔ 12- کوئی مومن کسی دوسرے مومن کے مولیٰ (آزاد کردہ غلام جو وفاداری برقرار رکھے یا کوئی زیرِ سرپرستی شخص) کے ساتھ اس کی رضامندی کے بغیر کوئی اتحاد نہ کرے۔

11- Verily, the believers shall not leave any indebted person from among them without him being provided for, on a fair and reasonable basis, in respect to ransom or blood money. 12- A believer shall not enter into alliance with the Mawla (freed slave who maintains loyalty or a client) of a believer without the latter’s consent.

۱۳- خدا سے ڈرنے والے مومنین اس شخص کے خلاف متحد ہو جاتے ہیں جو بغاوت کرے یا مومنین کے درمیان ناانصافی، جرم، زیادتی یا فساد پیدا کرنے کی کوشش کرے۔ ان کے ہاتھ اس کے خلاف متحد ہوتے ہیں، خواہ وہ ان ہی میں سے کسی کا بیٹا ہی کیوں نہ ہو۔

13- The God-fearing believers stand together against the one who rebels or seeks to insert injustice, crime, aggression or corruption among the believers. Their hands are all united against him, even if he was the son of one of them.

۱۴- ایک مومن کسی کافر کی خاطر دوسرے مومن کو قتل نہیں کرے گا۔

14- A believer shall not kill another believer for the sake of a disbeliever.

۱۵- (ایک مومن) کسی مومن کے مقابلے میں کسی کافر کی حمایت نہیں کرے گا۔

15- (A believer) shall not support a disbeliever against a believer.

16- اللہ کی حفاظت ایک ہے اور ان میں سے کم ترین پر اس کی جو وسعت ہے وہ ان سب پر لاگو ہوتی ہے۔

16- The protection of Allah is one and its extension upon the least of them is applied to all of them.

17- مومن ایک دوسرے کے دوست اور مددگار ہیں، غیروں کے مقابلے میں۔

17- The believers are allies and protectors of one another to the exclusion of the people.

18- جو یہودی ہم سے پیروی کرے گا، اسے مدد اور معاونت حاصل ہوگی۔ ان پر ظلم نہیں کیا جائے گا اور نہ ہی ان کے خلاف دوسروں کو مدد فراہم کی جائے گی۔

18- Whoever from the Jews follows us; receives support and assistance. They are not wronged and support is not provided to others against them.

۱۹- مومنوں کا امن ایک ہی ہے۔ اللہ کی راہ میں لڑائی کے دوران کوئی مسلمان دوسرے مسلمان سے ایسی صلح نہیں کر سکتا جو باہمی برابری اور انصاف کی بنیاد پر نہ ہو۔

19- The peace of the believers is one. No peace is made by a Muslim separate to another Muslim in the fighting in the way of Allah, except upon the basis of mutual even handedness and justice.

۲۰- ہمارے ساتھ جانے والے ہر فوجی دستے کے حوالے سے، ان کے ایک کے بعد ایک (مشنز) جاری رہیں گے۔

20- In respect to every military attachment that goes out with us, it will be followed one after the other.

۲۱- مومن اللہ کی راہ میں ایک دوسرے کے خون کا بدلہ لیں گے۔

21- The believers will retaliate for the blood of one another [that is shed] in the way of Allah.

22- متقی مومنین بہترین اور سب سے صحیح ہدایت پر ہیں۔

22- The God-fearing believers are upon the best and most correct guidance.

۲۳- کوئی مشرک قریش کی کسی جائیداد یا شخص کی حفاظت نہیں کرے گا؛ اور نہ ہی وہ کسی مومن کے خلاف اس کی حفاظت کرے گا۔

23- No polytheist shall protect a property or person belonging to Quraysh; nor shall he protect him against a believer.

24- اور جس کے بارے میں دلیل سے یہ ثابت ہو جائے کہ اس نے کسی مومن کو (بغیر کسی حق کے) قتل کیا ہے، تو وہ قصاص کا مستحق ہے، الا یہ کہ مقتول کے وارث خون بہا پر راضی ہو جائیں۔

24- Whomever it has been established by evidence that he has killed a believer (without right), then he is subject to retaliation unless the blood heir of the one killed is satisfied with blood money.

۲۵- تمام مومنین اس کے خلاف کھڑے ہو جاتے ہیں اور ان کے لیے اس کے مقابلے میں کھڑے ہونے کے سوا کوئی دوسرا راستہ نہیں ہے۔

25- The believers stand against him altogether and it is not permissible for them except to stand against him.

26- اس دستاویز میں بیان کردہ امور کا اقرار کرنے والے اور اللہ اور یومِ آخرت پر ایمان رکھنے والے مومن کے لیے یہ جائز نہیں کہ وہ کسی مجرم کی مدد کرے یا اسے پناہ دے۔

26- It is not permissible for a believer who affirms what is stated in this document and believes in Allah and the last day, to provide assistance or shelter to a criminal.

۲۷- اور جس نے بھی اس کی مدد کی یا اسے پناہ دی، قیامت کے دن اس پر اللہ کی لعنت اور غضب ہوگا۔ اور اس سے کچھ بھی قبول نہیں کیا جائے گا۔

27- And whoever helps or shelters him, will have the curse and anger of Allah upon him on the Day of Judgement. Nothing will then be accepted from him.

28- جس معاملے میں بھی تم ایک دوسرے سے اختلاف کرو، تو اسے اللہ عزوجل اور محمد ﷺ کی طرف رجوع کرنا چاہیے۔

28- Whatever you have differed upon in any matter, then it must be referred to Allah ‘Azza Wa Jalla and to Muhammad (peace be upon him).
