Telah kami nyatakan di atas: bahwa tidak mungkin menetapkan penilaian yang benar terhadap suatu realitas kecuali kita telah memahami realitas itu, mengetahui keadaan dan kondisinya serta apa yang memengaruhi atau dipengaruhinya. Hal ini di samping informasi yang kita miliki tentangnya, konfirmasi atas kebenaran informasi tersebut, dan kebenaran penjelasannya mengenai realitas ini. Dan hal itu dilakukan dengan menimbang seluruhnya berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip dasar dan aksioma-aksioma rasional (kebenaran universal yang diterima) pada saat menghubungkan realitas itu dengan informasi sambil menetapkan penilaian atasnya.

We have stated above: That it is not possible to judge upon any reality with a correct judgement unless we have understood that reality, known its circumstances and conditions and what it affects or is affected in it. This is in addition to the information that we possess about it, a confirmation of the correctness of this information and the correctness of its explanation for this reality. And that this is done by measuring all of it by the fundamental principles and rational axioms (accepted universal truths) at the time of connecting that reality with the information whilst issuing the judgement upon it.

Oleh karena itu, mereka yang menginginkan kebangkitan dan kemajuan harus memiliki pemahaman mendalam tentang realitas yang hendak mereka obati, untuk memahami penyakit-penyakit yang terkandung di dalamnya serta sebab-sebab dari penyakit-penyakit tersebut. Hal ini akan memberi mereka pengetahuan yang memungkinkan mereka meresepkan pengobatan yang berhasil dan obat yang akan menyembuhkan semua penyakit ini. Itu setelah mereka mencerna gagasan mereka dan membayangkan metode (jalan) mereka, yakni mereka memegang suatu ideologi yang mereka yakini dan tulus kepadanya. Hal ini karena apoteker yang ahli dalam obat-obatan dan pengaruhnya terhadap penyakit serta bakteri tidak dapat meresepkan pengobatan apa pun bagi pasien kecuali ia mengetahui jenis penyakitnya, meskipun apotek-nya berisi ratusan jenis obat dan pengobatan yang melawan penyakit dan bakteri. Ia tidak akan memberikan pengobatan sampai penyakitnya telah didiagnosis oleh dokter spesialis. Bahkan lebih dari ini, dokter perlu melakukan analisis yang diperlukan dengan mengambil bakteri dan memeriksanya untuk menemukan penyebab penyakit atau sakitnya. Kemudian ia akan mmengujinya dengan zat-zat yang bereaksi terhadapnya untuk memahami obat mana yang paling berpengaruh terhadapnya. Oleh karena itu, pengobatan yang benar mensyaratkan diagnosis penyakit terlebih dahulu, lalu mengetahui bakteri penyebab penyakit, dilanjutkan dengan pengetahuan tentang obat yang akan menangani bakteri tersebut, kemudian pemberian takaran pengobatan yang sesuai kepada pasien agar ia diobati sesuai dengan apa yang mampu diserap oleh tubuh.

And even more than this would be for the doctor to undertake the necessary analysis by taking the bacterium and examining it to discover the cause of the disease or illness. He would then test it with substances that respond to it to understand which medications have the greatest effect upon it. Therefore the (sound) treatment dictates the diagnosis of the illness first, then to know the bacterium that is the cause of the illness, followed by knowledge about the medication that will deal with this bacterium and then the provision of the suitable quantity of this treatment to the patient to treat him according to what the body is capable of absorbing.

We want to revive the society. So what then is the society? And what are the diseases or sicknesses that it is suffering from? And what are its causes i.e. what bacterium has affected it? After this follows the knowledge of the treatment that removes these causes and as a result also removes the diseases?
