अनुच्छेद 101।

Article 101.

मजलिस-उल-उम्मा के सदस्य वे लोग हैं जो मुसलमानों का प्रतिनिधित्व करते हैं, ताकि जब उनसे परामर्श लिया जाए तो वे ख़लीफ़ा के सामने अपने विचार रख सकें। गैर-मुसलमानों को मजलिस-उल-उम्मा का सदस्य बनने की अनुमति है, ताकि वे शासकों द्वारा किए गए अन्यायपूर्ण कार्यों या इस्लामी कानूनों के गलत प्रयोग के संबंध में अपनी शिकायतें रख सकें।

The members of the Majlis al-Ummah are those people who represent the Muslims in respect of expressing their views to the Khaleefah when consulted. Non-Muslims are allowed to be members of the Majlis al-Ummah so that they can voice their complaints in respect to unjust acts performed by the rulers or the misapplication of the Islamic laws.

अनुच्छेद 102।

Article 102.

मजलिस-उल-उम्मा के सदस्य जनता द्वारा चुने जाते हैं।

The members of the Majlis al-Ummah are elected by the people.
