Pasal 51.

Article 51.

Direktorat Amir Jihad terdiri dari empat departemen, yaitu: urusan luar negeri, militer, keamanan dalam negeri, dan industri. Amir Jihad adalah pengawas dan direktur dari keempat departemen tersebut.

The directorate of the Amir of jihad consists of four departments, they are: External affairs, The military, The internal security, and Industry. The Amir of jihad is the supervisor and director of all four departments.

Pasal 52.

Article 52.

Departemen Urusan Luar Negeri mengatur urusan luar negeri yang berkaitan dengan hubungan negara dengan negara-negara asing, apa pun urusan tersebut.

The Department of External Affairs directs the foreign affairs connected with the relationship of the state with foreign countries, whatever these affairs.

Pasal 53.

Article 53.

Departemen Militer mengawasi seluruh urusan yang berkaitan dengan angkatan bersenjata, seperti: tentara, kepolisian, peralatan, tugas-tugas, pasokan persenjataan, dan lain sebagainya. Departemen ini juga mencakup pengendalian akademi militer, misi-misi militer, serta segala hal yang dianggap perlu dari budaya Islam dan budaya tentara, serta apa pun yang berhubungan dengan peperangan dan persiapannya.

The Military Department oversees all affairs connected with the military forces, such as: the army, the police, equipment, tasks, armament supplies, etc. It also includes control of the military academies, military missions, and everything deemed necessary from the Islamic culture and the culture of the army and whatever is related to warfare and its preparation.

Pasal 54.

Article 54.

Departemen Keamanan Dalam Negeri mengawasi segala hal yang berkaitan dengan keamanan. Departemen ini bertugas menjaga keamanan di dalam negeri melalui kekuatan militer, dan menggunakan kepolisian sebagai sarana untuk memelihara keamanan.

The Department of Internal Security oversees everything connected with security. It undertakes maintaining security in the country by means of the military forces, and uses the police as a means to maintain security.

Pasal 55.

Article 55.

Departemen Industri mengatur semua urusan yang berkaitan dengan industri, termasuk industri berat, seperti produksi motor, mesin, dan badan kendaraan; industri metalurgi, elektronik, dan industri ringan; serta pabrik-pabrik milik swasta maupun negara yang berkaitan dengan industri militer. Semua pabrik, apa pun jenisnya, harus didirikan berdasarkan kebijakan militer.

The Department of Industry directs all affairs connected with industry, including heavy industry, such as the production of motors, engines and car bodies; metallurgical industries, electronics and light industry; and factories of private and public ownership connected with the military industry. All factories of whatever type should be established on the basis of the military policy.
