El pensamiento es el intelecto y la comprensión. Se le llama pensamiento aunque signifique pensar, es decir, el proceso de pensar y de emitir juicios sobre las cosas y los asuntos. También significa el resultado del pensar, es decir, aquello a lo que un hombre llega en cuanto a juicio, mediante su intelecto o proceso de pensamiento. Cuando hablamos de «pensamiento occidental», nos referimos a todo lo anterior. Significa el proceso de pensamiento adoptado por Occidente, su método de juzgar las cosas y los asuntos, es decir, su metodología y sus criterios. También incluye los frutos de su intelecto y el producto de su pensamiento, en lo que respecta al conocimiento, las ideas y los conceptos, manifestados como ideología, civilización y cultura.

Thought is the intellect and comprehension. It is called thought though it means thinking i.e. the thinking process and passing judgment upon things and matters. It is also means the result of thinking i.e. what a man arrives at of judgment, through his intellect or thinking process. What we mean by saying ‘Western thought’ is all of the above. It means the thinking process adopted by the West, its method of judging things and matters i.e. its methodology and its criteria. It also includes the fruits of its intellect and the product of its thinking, with respect to knowledge, thoughts and concepts, manifested as ideology, civilization and culture.

Por refutación se entiende la demolición de su estructura intelectual, la invalidación de sus dictámenes y remedios, y la refutación de sus argumentos. Consiste en aclarar su error e invalidez, llamando la atención sobre su corrupción, dentro de su pensamiento, sus consecuencias, su conocimiento, su método, sus bases, su civilización y su cultura. Refutar el pensamiento occidental es refutar el fundamento sobre el que se asienta el pensamiento occidental. No es necesario refutar todos sus subpensamientos o conceptos secundarios, ya que las ideologías, las civilizaciones y las culturas se basan en pilares, afirmaciones y fundamentos que les son propios. Los remedios que emanan de ellas incluyen también dictámenes. Sobre ellos se construyen los subpensamientos, mientras que el conocimiento se establece sobre ellos. La refutación se logra destruyendo las raíces y los cimientos, y derribando los pilares, con lo que se destruye todo lo que se edificó sobre ellos. Así, se confirma la invalidez de los conceptos occidentales sobre la vida y se llama la atención sobre la corrupción de los remedios occidentales para todos los asuntos de la vida.

What is meant by the refutation is the demolition of its intellectual structure, invalidation of its rulings and treatments and refuting its arguments. It is the clarification of its error and invalidity, drawing attention to its corruption, within its thinking, its consequence, knowledge, method, basis, civilization and culture. Refuting the Western thought is the refutation of the foundation upon which the Western thought is established. It is not necessary to refute all of its sub-thoughts, or secondary concepts, since ideologies, civilizations and cultures are based on pillars, claims and foundations that are unique to them. The treatments emanating from them also include rulings. Sub-thoughts are built upon them, whilst knowledge is established upon them. Refutation is achieved by destroying the roots and the foundations, whilst demolishing the pillars, consequently destroying all that was built upon it. Thus, it is confirming the invalidity of Western concepts about life and drawing attention to the corruption of Western treatments for all the affairs of life.

Para iniciar el proceso de refutación, es necesario aclarar la esencia del pensamiento occidental, su visión doctrinal, su método para difundir la ideología, su filosofía, su trato, su fundamento, base, valores y criterios. Antes de todo ello, reflexionaremos sobre el contexto histórico, aclarando el surgimiento de tal pensamiento y sus fuentes. Esto servirá de introducción para acceder a la naturaleza del pensamiento sobre el cual se realiza esta investigación. Permite llegar a una conciencia cristalizada sobre su realidad, lo que a su vez ayudará a comprender sus rasgos y particularidades.

To initiate the refutation process, it is necessary that we clarify the essence of the Western thought, its doctrinal view, its method in spreading the ideology, its philosophy, its treatment, foundation, basis, values and criteria. Before all of that, we will reflect upon the historical context, clarifying the emergence of such a thought and its sources. This would be an introduction to help accessing the nature of the thought upon which this research is done. It allows the arriving at the crystallized awareness about its reality, which in turn would assist understanding its features and peculiarities.
