Après l'obtention de la Nussrah, le Prophète ﷺ a établi l'Islam dans la société de Madinah. Il a rédigé une constitution pour Madinah détaillant la nature des relations et la manière dont les questions clés seraient résolues entre les Musulmans eux-mêmes, entre les Kuffar (mécréants) eux-mêmes, et entre les Musulmans et les Kuffar. Cela était connu sous le nom de Sahifah (document) de Madinah.

After the gaining of the Nussrah the Prophet (saw) established Islam in the society of Madinah. He drew up a constitution for Madinah detailing the nature of the relationships and how key matters would be resolved between the Muslims themselves, between the Kuffar (disbelievers) themselves, and between the Muslims and the Kuffar. This was known as the Sahifah (document) of Madinah.

The following are some extracts in order to give a picture of the document and the way in which the society was organised.

Au nom d'Allah, le Tout Miséricordieux, le Très Miséricordieux. Ceci est un document de Muhammad ﷺ, le Messager d'Allah, concernant les émigrés (Muhajirun), les auxiliaires (Ansar) (ceux qui ont apporté le soutien, c'est-à-dire les Aws et les Khazraj) et ceux qui ont lutté avec eux.

In the Name of Allah ar-Rahman ar-Raheem. This is a document from Muhammad (saw) the Messenger of Allah concerning the Muhajireen (Emigrants) and the Ansar (Those who gave the support i.e. the Aws and the Khazraj) and those who strove with them.

1) Ils forment une seule communauté (Ummah) à l'exclusion de toutes les autres nations.

1) They are one Ummah to the exclusion of all other nations.

2) Les Émigrants de Quraysh s'unissent et paieront le prix du sang entre eux, et libéreront leurs prisonniers par une rançon honorable. Chaque tribu des auxiliaires (Ansar) demeure telle qu'elle était au début.

2) The Emigrants of the Quraysh unite together and shall pay blood money among themselves, and shall ransom honourably their prisoners. Every tribe of the Ansar are as they were first.

3) Les croyants ne doivent laisser personne dans le dénuement parmi eux.

3) Believers shall not leave anyone destitute amongst them.

9) La paix des croyants est indivisible. Aucun accord de paix séparé ne doit être conclu lorsque les croyants combattent dans le sentier d'Allah. Les conditions doivent être justes et équitables pour tous.

9) The Peace of the believers is indivisible. No separate peace accord shall be made when the believers are fighting in the way of Allah. Conditions must be just and equitable to all.

10) Il n'est pas permis à un croyant qui adhère au contenu de ce document et croit en Allah et au Jour Dernier d'aider un criminel ni de lui accorder refuge.

10) It is not permitted for a believer who holds what is in this document and believes in Allah and the Last Day to help a criminal nor give him refuge.

11) Lorsqu'on diverge sur une question, il faut s'en référer à Allah et à Muhammad ﷺ

11) When you differ about a matter it must be referred to Allah and Muhammad (saw)

12) Tuer délibérément un croyant sans raison valable entraîne la mort du meurtrier.

12) Killing a believer deliberately with no good reason entails killing the killer.

Par conséquent, l'étape finale du parti politique islamique garantirait que l'Islam soit appliqué de manière radicale, sans gradualisme ni mise en œuvre partielle. Hence the final stage of the Islamic political party would ensure that Islam is implemented radically, with no gradualism or partial implementation. Rather the implementation must be comprehensive. Also the authority must be in the hands of the Muslims and they must give the authority internal and external security.
