La relación sexual invalida el Hayy cuando se comete de forma intencionada. Sin embargo, el rito del Hayy debe completarse y se deberá hacer la qadaa más adelante. El transgresor debe sacrificar un camello como expiación. Si no lo consigue, debe sacrificar una vaca. Si tampoco puede, debe sacrificar siete ovejas; y si no, debe comprar alimentos por el valor de un camello y repartirlos entre los pobres. Si no puede hacerlo, debe calcular el valor de los alimentos que debía comprar y ayunar un día por cada 2 kg.

Sexual intercourse invalidates Hajj when it is committed intentionally. But the ritual of Hajj must be completed and Qadhaa will be made later on. The transgressor should slaughter a camel as penalty. If he does not get, he should slaughter a cow. If he does not then slaughters seven sheep, and if not then he should purchase some food equivalent to the value of a camel and distribute amongst the poor. If he fails then he should judge the food he was supposed to purchase and fast; one day for each 2kg.

Quien no pueda realizar el Hajj por vejez o enfermedad, sin esperanza de recuperación, debe enviar a alguien que realice el Hajj en su nombre.

One who fails to perform Hajj because of oldness or sickness where there is no hope for recovery then he should send someone to perform Hajj on his behalf.

Quien muere sin haber realizado el Hajj, siendo este obligatorio para él, pero sin haber podido cumplirlo, sus herederos deben sacar los gastos de la riqueza que dejó y enviar a alguien a realizar el Hajj y la Umrah en su nombre.

One who dies while Hajj was Fardh on him but could not perform it then his heirs must take out the expenses from the wealth he left behind and send someone to perform Hajj and Umraah on his behalf.

Se refiere a todo tipo de impedimento que no permite al peregrino (hayy) completar su Hayy y su Umrah a ningún costo. En tal situación, el peregrino debe salir del estado de ihram sacrificando una oveja y rasurándose la cabeza.

It refers to every type of prevention which does not permit a Haji-pilgrim to complete his Hajj and Umrah in any cost. In such a situation the Haji should take out his Ihraam by slaughtering a sheep and shaving his head.
