Limpie la parte externa de la zona privada con tres piedras limpias para eliminar la impureza. Después, lave la zona privada con agua limpia para quitar el rastro de impureza. Es permisible hacer el istinyaa con cualquiera de los dos medios, pero es mejor usar agua.

Wipe the outward of private part with three clean stones in order to remove the impurity. Thereafter, wash the private part with clean water to take out the trace of impurity. It is permissible to make Istinjaa with any of the two objects, but using water is better.

1. La impureza no debe secarse, ni debe propagarse.

1. The impurity must not get dry nor does it spread.

2. La piedra debe estar libre de impurezas.

2. The stone must be free from impurity.

3. La impureza no debe exceder la zona privada.

3. The impurity must not exceed the private part.

4. La piedra o su alternativa deben estar secas y limpias. Puede servir para eliminar la impureza.

4. The stone or its alternate must be dry and clean. It can serve the purpose of removing impurity.

Todo objeto inanimado limpio que no se considere sagrado puede utilizarse como alternativa a la piedra, al papel o a la madera, por ejemplo.

Every clean inanimate which is not regard sacred can be used as an alternative to stone, paper and wood for instance.

1. Entrar al baño con el pie izquierdo y salir con el derecho.

1. To enter the toilet with the left foot and come out with the right one.

Bismillah, A'uudhu billahi minal-jubuthi wal-jaba'ith (Transliteración: Bismillah, A'uudhu billahi minal-jubuthi wal-jaba'ith) Nota: Según la transliteración proporcionada, la traducción fiel sería: Bismillah, A'uudhu billahi minal-jubuzi wal-jabaa'is (Transliteración: Bismillah, Aau'zubillahi Minal-Khubsi Wal-Khabaayees) Para mayor claridad, la frase árabe significa en español: "En el nombre de Allah. Me refugio en Allah de los demonios machos y hembras."

بسم ال أعوذ بال من الخبث و الخبائث (Transliteration: Bismillah, Aau’zubillahi Minal-Khubsi Wal-Khabaayees)

Traducción: En el nombre de Alá, busco refugio en Alá de los demonios malvados, tanto varones como hembras.

(Translation: In the name of Allaah, I seek refuge with Allaah from the male and female evil devils.)

Al salir del baño, recita esta du'a:

When coming out from the toilet read this Du’aa:

Alhamdulillahillazee Azhaba Annil-Azaa Wa Aafaanee Traducción: ¡Alabado sea Allah, que me ha quitado la aflicción y me ha concedido la salud!

الحمد ال الذي اذهب عنى الذى و عافاني (Transliteration: Alhamdulillahillazee Azhaba Annil-Azaa Wa Aafaanee)

Todas las alabanzas son para Allah, que me ha librado de sustancias dañinas y me ha concedido alivio.

(Translation: All praise is due to Allaah who has taken away from me harmful substances and granted me relief.)

3. Aliviarse (cuando no hay un inodoro disponible) en un lugar privado, donde no se pueda ser visto ni se puedan oír ni oler el sonido y el olor de los excrementos.

3. To relieve (when a toilet is not available) in privacy where one can not be seen nor can the sound and oduor of excrement be heard and smelled.

4. Usar la mano izquierda para hacer el istinYaa y lavarla antes y después de aliviarse.

4. To use the left hand for making Istinjaa and wash it before and after relieving.

1. Orinar en agua que se encuentra en gran cantidad

1. To urinate in water which is in a large quantity

2. Llevar algo que contenga el nombre de Allah al interior del baño

2. To take something which carries the name of Allah inside the toilet

3. Dirigirse hacia la Qiblah (1) o volver la espalda hacia ella

3. To face Qiblah (1) or turn the back towards it

4. Orientarse hacia la dirección del viento

4. To face the direction of wind

5. Hablar mientras se pide algo para eliminar la impureza

5. To speak beside asking for something to remove impurity

6. Escupir sin necesidad

6. To spit without any necessity

7. Mirar hacia el cielo.

7. To look towards the sky.

8. Descansar bajo un árbol que dé fruto o a la sombra de un árbol donde la gente se sienta.

8. To relieve under a fruit-bearing tree or at the shade of a tree where people sit.
