A diretoria do Emir da jihad consiste em quatro departamentos, a saber: Assuntos externos, O militar, A segurança interna e A indústria. O Emir da jihad é o supervisor e diretor de todos os quatro departamentos.

The directorate of the Amir of jihad consists of four departments, they are: External affairs, The military, The internal security, and Industry. The Amir of jihad is the supervisor and director of all four departments.

Artigo 52.

O Departamento de Assuntos Externos dirige os assuntos estrangeiros relacionados com as relações do Estado com países estrangeiros, sejam quais forem esses assuntos.

The Department of External Affairs directs the foreign affairs connected with the relationship of the state with foreign countries, whatever these affairs.

Artigo 53.

Article 53.

O Departamento Militar supervisiona todos os assuntos relacionados às forças militares, tais como: o exército, a polícia, equipamentos, tarefas, fornecimento de armamento, etc. Também inclui o controle das academias militares, missões militares e tudo o que for considerado necessário a partir da cultura islâmica e da cultura do exército, bem como tudo o que estiver relacionado à guerra e à sua preparação.

The Military Department oversees all affairs connected with the military forces, such as: the army, the police, equipment, tasks, armament supplies, etc. It also includes control of the military academies, military missions, and everything deemed necessary from the Islamic culture and the culture of the army and whatever is related to warfare and its preparation.

Artigo 54.

O Departamento de Segurança Interna supervisiona tudo o que está relacionado com a segurança. Ele se encarrega de manter a segurança no país por meio das forças militares e utiliza a polícia como um meio para manter a segurança.

The Department of Internal Security oversees everything connected with security. It undertakes maintaining security in the country by means of the military forces, and uses the police as a means to maintain security.

Artigo 55.

Article 55.

O Departamento da Indústria dirige todos os assuntos relacionados com a indústria, incluindo a indústria pesada, como a produção de motores, máquinas e carrocerias de automóveis; as indústrias metalúrgicas, a eletrônica e a indústria leve; e as fábricas de propriedade privada e pública ligadas à indústria militar. Todas as fábricas, de qualquer tipo, devem ser estabelecidas com base na política militar.

The Department of Industry directs all affairs connected with industry, including heavy industry, such as the production of motors, engines and car bodies; metallurgical industries, electronics and light industry; and factories of private and public ownership connected with the military industry. All factories of whatever type should be established on the basis of the military policy.
