"إن منظومة الأمم المتحدة معيبة حتى في أساسها، وحتى في دوافعها، بالنسبة لأولئك الذين يستطيعون أن يرَوا من خلال الحجاب والإعلانات الكاذبة عن الحب والسلام الصادرة عن مثيري الخوف الأثرياء الأقوياء الماكرين، الذين لا يريدون سوى أن يكونوا دائمًا مسيطرين على غيرهم." — رون ماكنتي إن انشغال بعض الدول الإسلامية بالدول التي ينبغي أن تشغل مقعدًا في مجلس الأمن الموسّع انشغال في غير موضعه. وإنما ينبغي أن يكون التركيز على الإصلاحات المقترحة وما تعنيه للعالم الإسلامي.

“The United Nations system is flawed even in its foundation, and even in its motives, to those who can see through the veil and false declarations of love and peace from wealthy, powerful, conniving fear mongers who only want to always be in control over others.” -- Ron McEntee he obsession of some Muslim countries on which countries should occupy a seat in the expanded UN Security Council is misdirected. Instead the focus should be on the proposed reforms and what it means for the Muslim world.

إلى جانب خطة توسيع مجلس الأمن، تدعو الإصلاحات الجديدة إلى اعتماد الضربات الاستباقية، وتتضمن تعريفًا مفتوحًا للإرهاب. ومن المقرر أن تناقشها الجمعية العامة لاحقًا من هذا العام، إلا أن النقاشات حتى الآن تمحورت حول توسيع مجلس الأمن.

Besides the plan to expand the Security Council, the new reforms advocate the use of pre-emptive strikes and include an open-ended definition on terrorism. The proposals are meant to be debated by the General Assembly later this year, but so far the discussions have revolved around the expansion of the Security Council.

إن إدراج الضربات الاستباقية وتعريفٍ فضفاض للإرهاب سيمكّن القوى الغربية من تبرير الإجراءات العقابية قانونياً ضد الدول الإسلامية التي تشكّل تهديداً لمصالحها. ولا يلزم أن يكون التهديد حقيقياً، بل يكفي أن يُتصوَّر. وهذا سيحفظ هيمنة الغرب على أراضي المسلمين ضمن إطار القانون الدولي.

The inclusion of pre-emptive strikes and a loose definition on terrorism will enable western powers to legally justify punitive actions against Muslim countries that pose a threat to their interests. The threat does not have to be real, only perceived. This will preserve the West’ s domination over Muslims lands within the ambit of international law.

منذ تأسيسها عام 1945، استخدمت الدول الكبرى، وعلى رأسها أمريكا، الأمم المتحدة لترسيخ هيمنتها في جميع أنحاء العالم. ولم يعانِ شعبٌ من الأذى على أيدي الأمم المتحدة أكثر من الأمة الإسلامية. فقد استعان الغرب بالأمم المتحدة لتقطيع أوصال أراضي المسلمين، مثل فصل بنغلاديش عن باكستان، وتمزيق البوسنة، وتقسيم إندونيسيا.

Since its inception in 1945, the UN has been used by the great powers especially America to cement their hegemony all over the world. No people have suffered more at the hands of the UN then the Muslim Ummah. The West used the UN to carve up Muslim land such as the separation of Bangladesh from Pakistan, dismemberment of Bosnia and the division of Indonesia.

علاوة على ذلك، فقد استخدمت الدول الغربية الأمم المتحدة لطعن الأمة في قلبها طعنةً نافذة، وذلك بإنشاء الكيان الصهيوني ودعم بقائه من خلال إصدار قرارات تصبّ في مصلحته.

Furthermore, the UN has been used by the West to plunge a dagger deep into the heart of the Ummah by creating Israel and supporting its existence by issuing resolutions in her favour.

ولقد أدّت الأمم المتحدة أيضاً دوراً محورياً في عزل المسلمين بعضهم عن بعض، من خلال فرض العقوبات على العراق وليبيا والسودان وإيران وأفغانستان. كما استخدمها الغرب ذريعةً لتبرير غزو الصومال، واحتلال العراق وأفغانستان.

The UN has also played the instrumental role in isolating Muslims from each other by imposing sanctions on Iraq, Libya, Sudan, Iran and Afghanistan. The UN has also been used by the West to justify the invasion of Somalia, and the occupation of Iraq and Afghanistan.

بالنظر إلى السجل الإجرامي للأمم المتحدة بحق العالم الإسلامي، وإلى مخططاتها العدائية للمستقبل، وعجزها عن كبح الهيمنة الأمريكية، فإنه لأمرٌ يُدهش العقول أن ترضخ حكام العالم الإسلامي للأمم المتحدة دون تفكير، وأن يُعظّموها هذا التعظيم.

Given the UN’ s criminal record against the Muslim world, its hostile plans for the future and its inability to restrain American hegemony, it beggars belief why the rulers of the Muslim world blindly submit to the UN and hold it in such great esteem.

يُفترض بأي حاكم عاقل يتمتع بقدر معقول من سلامة الرأي أن يكون قد أدرك الآن أن قطع العلاقات مع الأمم المتحدة سيمنحه فرصة أفضل لمواجهة الاستعمار الغربي.

Any sane ruler with a modicum of common sense should have realized by now that severing ties with the UN would give them a better chance of fighting western imperialism.

وإلا فسيلقون المصير نفسه الذي لقيه صدام حسين، الذي التزم بقرارات الأمم المتحدة حرفياً فكان ذلك سبباً في خراب العراق.

Or else they will meet the same fate as Saddam Hussein who followed UN resolutions to the letter and caused the destruction of Iraq.

اليوم، فإن المفارقة المُرّة أنه بينما يتعهد حكام العالم الإسلامي بولائهم للأمم المتحدة، تدرك أمريكا قصور الأمم المتحدة عن مواجهة الإسلام، ومع ذلك فهي ما تزال تريد أن تمضي في مسار أحادي الجانب لإخضاع الصحوة الإسلامية العالمية.

Today, the bitter irony is that while the rulers of the Muslim world pledge their loyalty to the UN, America realizes UN’ s limitations to fight Islam and still wants to pursue a unilateralist course to subdue the global Islamic revival.

إن مصدر الحماية الوحيد من عدوان القوى الغربية وأدواتها الإرهابية مثل الأمم المتحدة يكمن في قيام دولة إسلامية قوية. والحقيقة أن زحف الخلافة العثمانية نحو أوروبا هو الذي دفع الدول الأوروبية إلى عقد معاهدة وستفاليا، ومن ثم وُلد القانون الدولي.

The only source of protection from the aggression of Western powers and their instruments of terrorism such as the UN lie in the emergence of a powerful Islamic State. In actual fact it was the Ottoman Caliphate’ s march towards Europe that encouraged European nations to conclude the Treaty of Westphalia and international law was born.

احتفظت الخلافة العثمانية بموقف ثابت أمام القانون الدولي إلى حدٍّ جعلها، لسنوات طويلة، قادرة على أن تطالب الدول المتحاربة بالتوقيع على معاهدات الصلح وفق شروطها، دون أن تتنازل عن مقدرات الأمة، ولا أن تفرّط في القيم الإسلامية.

The Ottoman Caliphate stood firm against international law with such resoluteness that for many years it was able to demand warring countries to sign up to peace treaties on its terms and without surrendering the Ummah’ s resources or compromising Islamic values.
