サラーにおける義務的な行為は十三あります。それらは次のとおりです。

There are thirteen compulsory acts in Salaah. They are as follows:

1. サラートを始める際、「アッラーフ・アクバル」と唱えるとき、サラートの意図を定めること。

1. To make the intention of Salaah when saying Allahu Akbar at the beginning of Salaah

2. 可能であれば、フャルドの礼拝において直立して立つこと

2. To stand upright in Fardh Salaah, if capable

3. サラー（礼拝）の冒頭で「アッラーフ・アクバル」と唱えること

3. To say Allahu Akbar at the beginning of Salaah

4. アル＝ファーティハを唱えること

4. To recite Al-Faatihah

5. ルクーウを落ち着いて、急がずに行うこと

5. To make Ruku’ calmly and unhurriedly

6. ルクーウ(ruku')の後に直立して立ち上がること

6. To stand up erect after Ruku’

2つのサジダ(サジダ)を行うこと

7. To make two Sajdaah

2つのスジュードの間に座ること

8. To sit between two Sajdaah

9. 礼拝の終わりに座ること

9. To sit at the end of Salaah

最後の座位でタシャッフドを読むこと

10. To read Tashahhud in the final sitting

最後の座りで durood を読むこと

11. To read Durood in the final sitting

12. サラーのすべての部分を正しい順序で行うこと

12. To perform every part of Salaah in proper order

13. 最初の салам（サラーム）をもってサラートを終えること Note: I translated "Salaam" as サラーム; the source capitalizes it as a term, which I've kept as a transliteration.

13. To end Salaah by making first Salaam

1. サラートを定義し、その意図をしつつ、それがファルドであるならば、ファルドの意図もすること。

1. To define Salaah while intending and make the intention of Fardh as well, if it is a Fardh.

2. サラー（ṣalāh）を意図の中で定めること、また、そのサラーが定められた時間や特定の理由で行われるナワーフィル（nawāfil）の一つである場合に、それを逃したときにカダー（qaḍāʾ）として行うこと。

2. To define Salaah while intending and make Qazaa of it when missed, if it is amongst such Nawaafil which is performed at an appointed time or for a particular reason (2)

3. 単に礼拝の意図をするだけで、それが一般のナフル（任意の礼拝）である場合

3. To make only intention of Salaah, if it is a general Nafl

1. 正しい順序を保つために

1. To maintain correct sequence

2. アーヤを途切れることなく、一節ずつ続けて recite すること

2. To recite one Aayah after another without any delay

3. シャッダ（ّ）が付いているすべての文字を正しく発音すること

3. To pronounce correctly every letter which has a Tashdeed upon it

4. 意味を変えてしまうようなこのような誤りを犯さないこと

4. To not make such mistake which changes the meaning

5. 自分の耳に聞こえる程度の声で唱えること

5. To recite in a manner that one can hear one’s recitation

6. 栄光ある クルアーンの言葉以外の語を加えないこと

6. To not add any word which is beside the words of the Glorious Qur’aan

両手を膝の上に置いて身をかがめること

1. To bow down by placing both the hands on the knees

2. 背中をまっすぐに保ち、頭を背中と同じ高さに保ったまま身をかがめること

2. To bow down by keeping back and head straight and at the same level

1. 七つの身体の部位を用いてサジダ（平伏礼）を行うこと（3）

1. To make Sajdah with the help of seven parts of the body (3)

2. 額を露出させたままにすること

2. To keep the forehead disclosed

3. 礼拝中の動くもの（の上）で、サジダを行わないこと

3. To not make Sajdah on such a thing that moves while prostrating
