483. Jabir ibn 'Abdullah heeft overgeleverd dat de Profeet ﷺ zei: "Vrees onrechtvaardigheid. Onrechtvaardigheid zal op de Dag der Opstanding verschijnen als duisternis. Vrees hebzucht. Hebzucht heeft mensen vóór jullie vernietigd en hen ertoe gebracht elkaars bloed te vergieten en te maken dat toegestaan was wat voor hen verboden was." 484. Jabir heeft overgeleverd dat de Boodschapper van Allah ﷺ zei: "Tijdens de laatste dagen van mijn gemeenschap zal er verdraaiing, laster en tirannie zijn, en het zal beginnen bij mensen die onrechtvaardigheden begaan." 485. Ibn 'Umar heeft overgeleverd dat de Profeet ﷺ zei: "Onrechtvaardigheid zal op de Dag der Opstanding verschijnen als duisternis." 486. Abu Sa'id heeft overgeleverd dat de Boodschapper van Allah ﷺ zei: "Wanneer de gelovigen van het Vuur gered zijn, zullen zij worden tegengehouden op een brug tussen de Tuin en het Vuur. Zij zullen worden ondervraagd over de onrechtvaardigheden die er in deze wereld tussen hen zijn voorgevallen. Wanneer zij zijn gezuiverd en gecorrigeerd, zullen zij toestemming krijgen om de Tuin binnen te gaan. Bij Hem in Wiens hand de ziel van Muhammad ﷺ is, één van hen is in zijn positie beter geleid dan hij in deze wereld was." 487. Abu Hurayra heeft overgeleverd dat de Profeet ﷺ zei: "Wees op uw hoede voor onrechtvaardigheid. Onrechtvaardigheid zal op de Dag der Opstanding verschijnen als duisternis. Wees op uw hoede voor grofheid. Allah houdt niet van hen die grof en kwaadsprekend zijn. Wees op uw hoede voor hebzucht, want het heeft degenen vóór jullie vernietigd. Zij braken de banden met hun verwanten. Allah riep hen ter verantwoording en zij maakten toegestaan wat verboden was." 488. Jabir heeft overgeleverd dat de Profeet ﷺ zei: "Wees op uw hoede voor onrechtvaardigheid. Onrechtvaardigheid zal op de Dag der Opstanding verschijnen als duisternis. Vrees hebzucht. Het heeft degenen vóór jullie vernietigd en hen ertoe gebracht elkaars bloed te vergieten en te maken dat toegestaan was wat verboden was." 489. Abu'd-Duha zei: "Masruq en Shutayr ibn Shakal ontmoetten elkaar in de moskee. De mensen die in kringen in de moskee zaten, bewogen zich naar hen toe. Masruq zei: 'Ik kan alleen denken dat deze mensen zich om ons verzamelen om iets goeds van ons te horen. Als jij iets overlevert van 'Abdullah, zal ik je bevestigen. Als ik iets overlever van 'Abdullah, kun jij mij bevestigen.' Hij zei: 'Abu 'A'isha, vertel!' Hij zei: 'Heb jij 'Abdullah horen zeggen: "De ogen plegen overspel. De handen plegen overspel. De voeten plegen overspel, en daarna bevestigen of ontkennen de geslachtsdelen dat"?' 'Ja,' antwoordde hij, 'ik heb het gehoord.' Hij zei: 'Heb jij 'Abdullah horen zeggen: "Er is geen vers (Ayah) in de Koran dat groter is in het combineren van het toegestaan (Halal) en het verboden (Haram) en het gebod en het verbod dan dit vers: 'Allah gebiedt rechtvaardigheid en het doen van goede daden en het geven aan verwanten' (16:90)?"' 'Ja,' antwoordde hij, 'ik heb het gehoord.' Hij zei: 'Heb jij 'Abdullah horen zeggen: "Er is geen vers (Ayah) in de Koran dat sneller verlichting brengt dan Zijn woorden: "Wie godsvrucht (Taqwa) jegens Allah betoont, voor hem zal Hij een uitweg maken" (65:20)?' 'Ja,' antwoordde hij, 'ik heb het gehoord.' Hij zei: 'Heb jij 'Abdullah horen zeggen: "Er is geen vers (Ayah) in de Koran dat sterker is in het toevertrouwen van zaken aan Allah dan Zijn woorden: "Mijn dienaren, jullie hebben jezelf onrecht aangedaan, wanhoop niet aan de barmhartigheid van Allah" (39:53)?' 'Ja,' antwoordde hij, 'ik heb dat gehoord.'" 490. Abu Dharr meldde dat de Profeet ﷺ meldde dat Allah, de Gezegende en Verhevene, zei: "Mijn dienaren! Ik heb onrecht voor Mijzelf verboden en Ik heb het onder jullie verboden, dus doe elkaar geen onrecht aan.

483. Jabir ibn 'Abdullah reported that the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "Fear injustice. Injustice will appear as darkness on the Day of Rising. Fear avarice. Avarice destroyed people before you and led them to shed one another's blood and to make lawful what was unlawful for them." 484. Jabir reported that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "During the final days of my community there will be distortion, slander and tyranny, and it will begin with people who commit injustices." 485. Ibn 'Umar reported that the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "Injustice will appear as darkness on the Day of Rising." 486. Abu Sa'id reported that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "When the believers are saved from the Fire, they will be stopped on a bridge between the Garden and the Fire. They were be interrogated concerning the injustices which occurred between them in this world. When they have been cleansed and they have been disciplined, then they will be given permission to enter the Garden. By the One who holds the soul of Muhammad in His hand, one of them is better guided in his position than he was in this world." 487. Abu Hurayra reported that the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "Beware of injustice. Injustice will appear as darkness on the Day of Rising. Beware of coarseness. Allah does not love those who are coarse and foul mouthed. Beware of avarice for it destroyed those before you. They cut off their relatives. Allah summoned them and they made lawful what was unlawful." 488. Jabir reported that the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "Beware of injustice. Injustice will appear as darkness on the Day of Rising. Fear avarice. It destroyed those before you and caused them to shed one another's blood and to make lawful what was unlawful." 489. Abu'd-Duha said, "Masruq and Shutayr ibn Shakal met in the mosque. The people sitting in circles in the mosque moved towards them. Masruq said, 'I can only think that these people are gathering around us in order to hear good from us. If you relate from 'Abdullah, I will confirm you. If I relate from 'Abdullah, you can confirm me.' He said, 'Abu 'A'isha, relate!' He said, 'Did you heart 'Abdullah say, "The eyes commit fornication. The hands commit fornication. The feet commit fornication, and then the genitals either confirm or deny that"?' 'Yes,' he replied, 'I have heard it.' He said, 'Did you hear 'Abdullah say, "There is no ayat in the Qur'an which is greater in combining the halal and the haram and the command the prohibition than this ayat: 'Allah commands to justice and doing good and giving to relatives' (16.90)?"' 'Yes,' he replied, 'I have heard it.' He said, 'Did you hear 'Abdullah say, "There is no ayat in the Qur'an swifter in bringing relief than His words, "Whoever has taqwa of Allah He will give him a way out" (65:20?' 'Yes,' he replied, 'I have heard it.' He said, 'Did you hear 'Abdullah say, "There is no ayat in the Qur'an stronger in entrusting things to Allah than His words, "My slaves, you have transgressed against yourselves, do not despair of the mercy of Allah" (39:53)?' 'Yes,' he replied, 'I heard that.'" 490. Abu Dharr reported that the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, reported that Allah, the Blessed and Exalted, said: "My slaves! I have forbidden injustice for Myself and I have made it forbidden among you, so do not wrong one another.

"Mijn dienaren! Jullie dwalen dag en nacht, en Ik vergeef zonden en maak mij er niets van aan. Vraag Mij om vergeving, en Ik zal jullie vergeven."

"My slaves! You err by night and day and I forgive wrong actions and do not care. Ask me for forgiveness and I will forgive you.

"Mijn dienaren! Jullie zijn allen hongerig, tenzij Ik jullie heb gevoed. Vraag Mij dus om jullie te voeden, en Ik zal jullie voeden. Jullie zijn allen naakt, tenzij Ik jullie heb gekleed. Vraag Mij dus om jullie te kleden, en Ik zal jullie kleden. "Mijn dienaren! Als jullie allen, de eersten onder jullie en de laatsten onder jullie, de djinn onder jullie en de mensen onder jullie, zo godvrezend zouden zijn als het meest godvrezende hart van ieder van jullie, dan zou dat niets toevoegen aan Mijn koninkrijk. Als zij zo verdorven zouden zijn als het meest verdorven hart van ieder van jullie, dan zou dat niets verminderen in Mijn koninkrijk. Als zij zich op één plaats zouden verzamelen en Mij dan zouden vragen, en Ik aan elke mens onder hen zou geven wat hij vroeg, dan zou dat Mijn koninkrijk in het geheel niet verminderen, behalve zoals de zee afneemt wanneer een naald erin wordt gedompeld."

"My slaves! All of you are hungry unless I have fed you, so ask Me to feed you, and I will feed you. All of you are naked unless I have clothed you, so ask Me to clothe you and I will clothe you. "My slaves! If all of you, the first of you and the last of you, the jinn among you and the men among you, were to be as godfearing as the most godfearing heart of any one of you, that would not add anything to My kingdom. If they were to be as corrupt as the most corrupt heart of any one of you, that would not decrease anything in My kingdom. If they were to join together in one place and then ask of Me, and I gave every man among them what he asked for that, that would not reduce My kingdom at all, except as the sea is decreased if a needle is dipped into it.

"Mijn dienaren! Het zijn slechts jullie daden die Ik voor jullie heb vastgelegd. Wie goed vindt, moet Allah prijzen. Wie iets anders vindt, moet alleen zichzelf de schuld geven."

"My slaves! It is only your actions which I have appointed for you. Whoever finds good should praise Allah. Whoever finds other than that should only blame himself.'"
