362. Abu Hurayra a dit : « Lorsque l'on apportait au Messager d'Allah ﷺ les premières dattes, il disait : "Ô Allah ! Bénis-nous dans notre cité, dans notre mudd et dans notre sa', bénédiction sur bénédiction." Puis il donnait l'une d'elles au plus jeune des enfants présents. »

362. Abu Hurayra said, "When the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, was brought new dates, he said, 'O Allah! Bless us in our city and in our mudd and sa', blessing upon blessing.' Then he would give one to the youngest of the children with him."

363. 'Amr ibn Shu'ayb a rapporté de son grand-père que le Messager d'Allah ﷺ a dit : « Celui qui ne fait pas preuve de miséricorde envers nos enfants et ne reconnaît pas le droit de nos personnes âgées n'est pas des nôtres. »

363. 'Amr ibn Shu'ayb reported from his grandfather that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "Anyone who does not show mercy to our children nor acknowledge the right of our old people is not one of us."

364. Ya'la ibn Murra a dit : « Nous sommes sortis avec le Prophète ﷺ, et nous avons été invités à manger. Husayn jouait dans la rue, et le Prophète ﷺ dépassa les gens à la course, puis étendit les bras. L'enfant se mit à courir çà et là, et le Prophète ﷺ le fit rire jusqu'à ce qu'il parvienne à le saisir. Il plaça une de ses mains sous son menton et l'autre sur sa tête, puis le serra dans ses bras. Alors le Prophète ﷺ dit : "Husayn est issu de moi, et je suis issu de Husayn. Allah aime quiconque aime Husayn. Al-Husayn est l'un de mes petits-fils distingués." »

364. Ya'la ibn Murra said, "We went out with the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and we were invited to eat. Husayn was playing in the road and the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, raced the people and then spread out his arms. The boy began to run this way and that and the Prophet made him laugh until he caught hold of him. He put one of his hands under his chin and the other on his head and then embraced him. Then the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, 'Husayn is from me and I am from Husayn. Allah loves anyone who loves Husayn. Al-Husayn is one of my distinguished descendants.'"

365. Bukayr rapporte qu'il a vu 'Abdullah ibn Ja'far embrasser Zaynab, la fille de 'Umar ibn Abi Salama, alors qu'elle avait environ deux ans. 366. Al-Hasan a dit : « Si tu évites de regarder les cheveux de quiconque de ta famille, hormis ton épouse ou une toute petite fille, alors fais-le. »

365. Bukayr reported that he saw 'Abdullah ibn Ja'far kissing Zaynab, the daughter of 'Umar ibn Abi Salama when she was about two years old. 366. Al-Hasan said, "If you avoid looking at the hair of anyone in your family except your wife or a little girl, then do so."

367. Yusuf ibn 'Abdullah ibn Sallam a dit : « Le Messager d'Allah ﷺ m'a nommé Yusuf, m'a fait asseoir dans sa chambre et m'a caressé la tête. »

367. Yusuf ibn 'Abdullah ibn Sallam said, "The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, named me Yusuf and let me sit in his room and stroked my head." .

368. 'Â'icha a dit : « Je jouais avec des poupées en présence du Prophète ﷺ, et mes amies jouaient avec moi. Lorsque le Messager d'Allah ﷺ entrait, elles se cachaient de lui, et il les appelait à me rejoindre, et elles jouaient avec moi. »

368. 'A'isha said, "I used to play with dolls in the presence of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and my friends would play with me. When the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, entered, they would hide from him and he would call them to join me and they would play with me."

369. Abu'l-'Ajlan al-Muharibi a dit : « Alors que j'étais dans l'armée d'Ibn az-Zubayr, un de mes cousins mourut et légua un de ses chameaux pour qu'il serve dans la Cause d'Allah. J'ai dit à son fils : "Donne-moi le chameau, puisque j'étais dans l'armée d'Ibn az-Zubayr." Il répondit : "Allons voir Ibn 'Umar et interrogeons-le sur cette affaire." Nous sommes allés voir Ibn 'Umar, et il dit : "Abu 'Abdu'r-Rahman, mon père est mort et a légué un de ses chameaux pour qu'il serve dans la Cause d'Allah. Voici mon cousin, qui est dans l'armée d'Ibn az-Zubayr. Dois-je lui donner le chameau ?" Ibn 'Umar répondit : "Mon fils, la Cause d'Allah englobe toute bonne action. Si ton père a légué son chameau pour qu'il soit consacré à la Cause d'Allah, je vois qu'il y a des musulmans qui mènent des expéditions contre les idolâtres ; donne donc le chameau à ceux-là. Cet homme (Abu'l-'Ajlan) et ses compagnons sont fils d'un peuple qui veut user du sceau (c'est-à-dire de l'autorité du sceau, c'est-à-dire gouverner les gens)." »

369. Abu'l-'Ajlan al-Muharibi said, "While I was in the army of Ibn az-Zubayr, a cousin of mine died and bequeathed one of his camels to be used in the Cause of Allah. I told his son, 'Give me the camel since I was in the army of Ibn az-Zubayr.' He replied, 'Let us go to Ibn 'Umar and ask him about the matter.' We went to Ibn 'Umar and he said, 'Abu 'Abdu'r-Rahman, my father died and bequeathed one of his camels to be used in the Cause of Allah. This is my cousin who is in the army of Ibn az-Zubayr. Shall I give him the camel?' Ibn 'Umar replied, 'My son, the Cause of Allah includes every good action. if you father left his camel to be devoted to the Cause of Allah, I see that there are Muslim people who are carrying out expeditions against the idolaters, so give the camel to them. This man (Abu'l-'Ajlan) and his companions are sons of a people who wish to use the seal (i.e. the seal authority, meaning to rule the people.).'" .

370. Jarir rapporte que le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « Allah, le Très-Haut, ne fait pas miséricorde à celui qui ne fait pas miséricorde aux gens. »

370. Jarir reported that the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "Allah Almighty will not show mercy to the person who does not show mercy to other people." .

371. On a entendu 'Umar dire : « Celui qui ne fait pas preuve de miséricorde ne recevra pas de miséricorde. Celui qui ne pardonne pas ne sera pas pardonné. Celui qui ne pardonne pas ne sera ni pardonné ni protégé. »

371. 'Umar was heard to say, "Anyone who does not show mercy will not be shown mercy. Anyone who does not forgive will not be forgiven. Anyone who does not pardon will not be pardoned or protected."
