10.2 The policy of affairs management
La politique de gestion des intérêts repose sur la simplicité du système, la rapidité de traitement des tâches et la compétence des administrateurs. Cela découle de la nature même du traitement de l'intérêt, car la personne qui nécessite un service a besoin qu'il soit traité rapidement et efficacement. Le Messager d'Allah ﷺ a dit : « Certes, Allah a prescrit la perfection en toute chose ; ainsi, lorsque vous tuez, faites-le de bonne manière, et lorsque vous égorgez, égorgez de bonne manière », rapporté par Muslim d'après Shaddad b. Aws [Sahih, #1955]. Par conséquent, la perfection dans l'exécution des actions est ordonnée par la charia. Pour y parvenir, l'administration doit observer trois qualités.
The policy of administration of the interests is based on the simplicity of the system, speed in processing the tasks and the competence of the administrators. This is taken from the nature of processing the interest, for the person who requires a service needs to have it quickly and efficiently processed. The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said: "Verily Allah has enjoined the perfection to everything; so when you kill, do so in a good way and when you slaughter, slaughter in a good way" narrated by Muslim from Shaddad b. Aws [Sahih, #1955].. Therefore, the perfection in executing the actions is ordered by the Sharia. To achieve this, the administration should observe three qualities. .
Premièrement, la simplicité du système qui mènerait à la facilité de traitement, tandis que la complication mènerait à la difficulté.
o Firstly, the simplicity of the system which would lead to the ease of processing, whereas complication would lead to hardship. .
o Deuxièmement, la rapidité de traitement des transactions, ce qui épargnerait aux gens des retards inutiles.
o Secondly, the speed in processing the transactions which would spare people of unnecessary delay. .
Troisièmement, la capacité et la compétence des employés. Cela est nécessaire pour perfectionner l'exécution et le résultat de la tâche.
o Thirdly, the ability and competence of the employees. This is required to perfect the performance and result of the task. .
