منافع کے انتظام کی پالیسی نظام کی سادگی، کاموں کی انجام دہی میں تیزی اور منتظمین کی اہلیت پر مبنی ہے۔ یہ مفاد کی کارروائی کی نوعیت سے لیا گیا ہے، کیونکہ جس شخص کو کسی خدمت کی ضرورت ہوتی ہے اسے چاہیے کہ اس کی کارروائی تیزی اور مہارت سے مکمل کی جائے۔ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: "بے شک اللہ تعالیٰ نے ہر چیز میں اچھائی (کمال) کو فرض کیا ہے، پس جب تم (کسی کو) قتل کرو تو اچھے طریقے سے کرو اور جب ذبح کرو تو اچھے طریقے سے ذبح کرو" جسے مسلم نے شداد بن اوس سے روایت کیا ہے [صحیح، #1955]۔ لہٰذا، کاموں کی انجام دہی میں کمال کا حکم شریعت نے دیا ہے۔ اس کو حاصل کرنے کے لیے، انتظامیہ کو تین صفات کا حامل ہونا چاہیے۔

The policy of administration of the interests is based on the simplicity of the system, speed in processing the tasks and the competence of the administrators. This is taken from the nature of processing the interest, for the person who requires a service needs to have it quickly and efficiently processed. The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said: "Verily Allah has enjoined the perfection to everything; so when you kill, do so in a good way and when you slaughter, slaughter in a good way" narrated by Muslim from Shaddad b. Aws [Sahih, #1955].. Therefore, the perfection in executing the actions is ordered by the Sharia. To achieve this, the administration should observe three qualities. .

اول، نظام کی سادگی جو کارروائی میں آسانی کا باعث بنے گی، جبکہ پیچیدگی دشواری کا باعث بنے گی۔

o Firstly, the simplicity of the system which would lead to the ease of processing, whereas complication would lead to hardship. .

یا دوسرا، لین دین کے عمل میں تیزی، جس سے لوگ غیر ضروری تاخیر سے بچ سکیں گے۔

o Secondly, the speed in processing the transactions which would spare people of unnecessary delay. .

تیسرا، ملازمین کی قابلیت اور مہارت۔ یہ کام کی کارکردگی اور نتیجے کو مکمل کرنے کے لیے ضروری ہے۔

o Thirdly, the ability and competence of the employees. This is required to perfect the performance and result of the task. .
