O Mensageiro ﷺ foi quem levou a correspondência referente ao tratado de Hudaybiyah e à conclusão do acordo de paz. Também foi relatado de ‘Umar (ra) que, quando o delegado de Kisra chegou até ele, encontrou-o dormindo em um dos portões de al-Madin al-Munawwarah.

O trabalho que estes quatro departamentos abrangem é vasto, especialmente como se verifica hoje, em que existem numerosos campos. Estes incluem os dos exércitos, dos problemas internos, e a arte das intrigas urdidas pelos estados, agentes, classes de políticos mercenários, vários crimes e complicações nas relações internacionais.
