Asisten delegasi (mu'awin tafwidh) diangkat dan diberhentikan atas perintah Khalifah. Dengan wafatnya Khalifah, masa jabatan para asisten delegasi berakhir, dan mereka tidak melanjutkan tugasnya kecuali selama masa amir sementara. Setelah masa itu, mereka memerlukan pengangkatan ulang atas jabatan tersebut oleh Khalifah yang baru agar dapat melanjutkan tugasnya. Mereka tidak memerlukan keputusan pemberhentian, karena kewenangan mereka berakhir dengan wafatnya Khalifah yang telah mengangkat mereka sebagai asisten.

The delegate assistant is appointed and dismissed by the command of the Khalifah. At the death of the Khalifah, the term of the delegate assistants expire, and they do not continue in their post except during the term of the provisional amir. After this period they require renewal of their appointment to this role by the new Khalifah so as continue in their task. They do not need a decision of dismissal because their authority ceases with the death of the Khalifah that took them as his assistants.
