ولنعُد الآن إلى بيان الأفعال التي يوجبها الشرع، والمراحل التي ينبغي اتباعها لإقامة دار الإسلام.

Now we shall go back to defining the actions required by the Shar’a, and the stages that have to be followed for establishing dar al-Islam.

سنقسم البحث إلى قسمين:

We shall divide the discussion into two sections:

قسم يتناول منهج الرسول ﷺ في التغيير.

A section which deals with the Messenger’s 􀁕 method of change.

قسمٌ يتناول منهجَ الجماعةِ أو الحزبِ في العملِ من أجلِ التغييرِ، اقتداءً بمنهجِ رسولِ اللهِ ﷺ.

A section which deals with the method of the group or party in working for change, as an emulation of the method of the Messenger 􀁕.
