अबू मूसा अल-अश'अरी ने कहा, "मैं मदीना के एक बाग़ में नबी ﷺ के साथ था। तभी एक व्यक्ति आया और उसने दरवाज़ा खोलने की माँग की। नबी ﷺ ने फ़रमाया, 'उसके लिए दरवाज़ा खोलो और उसे जन्नत की ख़ुशख़बरी दो।' मैंने उसके लिए दरवाज़ा खोला, और वह अबू बक्र निकले, तो मैंने उन्हें वह ख़ुशख़बरी सुनाई जो नबी ﷺ ने फ़रमाई थी। उन्होंने अल्लाह की हम्द (प्रशंसा) की। फिर एक और व्यक्ति आया और उसने दरवाज़ा खोलने की माँग की। नबी ﷺ ने फ़रमाया, 'उसके लिए दरवाज़ा खोलो और उसे जन्नत की ख़ुशख़बरी दो।' मैंने उसके लिए दरवाज़ा खोला, और वह उमर निकले, तो मैंने उन्हें वह ख़ुशख़बरी सुनाई जो नबी ﷺ ने फ़रमाई थी।

Abū Mūsā al-Ash‘arī  said, “I was with the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم in one of the gardens in Madinah, then a man came and requested that the door be opened. The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said, ‘Open it for him, and give him the glad tidings of Paradise.’ I opened for him, and it turned out to be Abū Bakr, so I gave him the glad tidings of what the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم had said. He praised Allah, and later another man came and requested that the door be opened. The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said, ‘Open it for him, and give him the glad tidings of Paradise.’ I opened for him, and it turned out to be ‘Umar, so I gave him the glad tidings of what the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم had said.
