الدینوری نے المجالسہ میں اور ابن عساکر نے روایت کیا ہے کہ شعبی نے کہا: اللہ تعالیٰ نے ابوبکر کو چار ایسی خصوصیات سے نوازا جن میں کسی دوسرے شخص کو فضیلت نہیں دی: اللہ نے انہیں الصدیق کا نام دیا اور ان کے سوا کسی اور کو الصدیق کا نام نہیں دیا؛ وہ اللہ کے رسول ﷺ کے ساتھ اصحابِ غار میں شامل تھے؛ وہ ہجرت کے دوران آپ ﷺ کے قریبی ساتھی تھے؛ اور اللہ کے رسول ﷺ نے انہیں نماز کی امامت کا حکم دیا جبکہ تمام مسلمان اس کے گواہ تھے۔

Ad-Dinuri narrated, in al-Mujalasah, and Ibn cAsakir that ash-Shacbi said: Allah singled out Abu Bakr for four qualities with which he did not single out any other person: He named him as-Siddiq and named no-one apart from him as-Siddiq; and he was the Companion of the Cave along with the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace; his close companion on the Hijrah; and the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, ordered him to lead the prayer while the Muslims were witnesses to that.

ابوداؤد نے کتاب المصاحف میں روایت کیا ہے کہ جعفر نے کہا:

lltii Abi Dawud narrated in Kitab al-Masahif that Jacfar said:

ابوبکر رضی اللہ عنہ نبی ﷺ اور جبرئیل علیہ السلام کی باہمی گفتگو کو بغیر کسی مداخلت کے سن لیا کرتے تھے۔

Abu Bakr used to listen to the intimate conversation of Jibril with I hr Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, without iceing him.

الحاکم نے روایت کی ہے کہ ابن المسیب نے کہا: ابوبکر ﷺ کے تعلق سے نبی ﷺ کے نائب کے مقام پر تھے اور وہ آپ ﷺ سے اپنے تمام معاملات میں مشورہ لیا کرتے تھے۔ وہ اسلام میں آپ ﷺ کے دوسرے ساتھی تھے، غار میں آپ ﷺ کے دوسرے ساتھی تھے، غزوہ بدر کے دن پناہ گاہ میں آپ ﷺ کے دوسرے ساتھی تھے، اور غار میں بھی آپ ﷺ کے دوسرے ساتھی تھے۔ اللہ کے رسول ﷺ کسی کو بھی ان پر فوقیت نہیں دیتے تھے۔

Al-Hakim narrated that Ibn al-Musayyab said: Abu Bakr was, in relation to the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, In l lie position of a deputy and he would take his counsel in all his rt I lairs. He was his second in Islam, and his second in the Cave, his second in the shelter on the Day of Badr, and his second in the arave. The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, would not prefer anyone over him.
