اللہ (سبحانہ و تعالیٰ) نے اسلام کا پیغام نازل فرمایا ہے، اور اس کی بنیاد عقیدہ توحید پر رکھی ہے، جو کہ اس یقین پر مبنی ہے کہ "اللہ کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں، محمد ﷺ اللہ کے رسول ہیں۔" یہ ایک عام اور جامع پیغام ہے جو تمام بنی نوع انسان کی طرف بھیجا گیا ہے۔ یہ زندگی کے تمام معاملات اور تمام تعلقات، ماضی، حال اور مستقبل کا تعین کرتا ہے۔ یہ پیغام تمام انسانی مسائل کا حل پیش کرتا ہے، اور انسان کا اپنے خالق، اپنے آپ سے، اور اپنے دوسرے انسانوں کے ساتھ ہر وقت اور ہر جگہ کا تعلق متعین کرتا ہے۔

Allah (swt) has revealed the Message of Islam, and based it on the ‘aqeedah of Tawheed, which is the belief in “there is no God but Allah, Muhammad (swt) is the Messenger of Allah.” It is a general and comprehensive Message sent to all mankind. It determines all life’s affairs and all relationships, past, present and future. The Message offers the solutions to all the human problems, and determines man’s relationship with his Creator, with himself, and with his fellow human beings, at all times and places.

اسلامی پیغام نے اللہ (سبحانہ و تعالیٰ) کا کائنات، انسانوں اور مجموعی طور پر زندگی کے ساتھ تعلق کے بارے میں جوابات فراہم کیے ہیں۔ اس نے تخلیق اور اس کے کنٹرول، زندگی اور موت، ہدایت اور گمراہی، رزق اور مدد، اور اللہ (سبحانہ و تعالیٰ) سے وابستہ تمام دیگر صفات جیسے کہ قدرتِ کاملہ، کمال، مطلق کنٹرول، آزادانہ تصرف، تمام مخلوقات پر اعلیٰ ترین علم اور تمام امکانات پر آزادانہ ارادہ جیسے مسائل پر بحث کی ہے۔

The Islamic Message has provided answers regarding the relationship of Allah (swt) with the universe, with human beings and with life as a whole. It has dealt with issues of creation and its control, life and death, guidance and misguidance, provision and help, and all the other powers associated with Allah (swt), such as omnipotence, perfection, absolute control, free disposition, supreme knowledge over all creatures and free will over all possibilities.

اسلامی پیغام نے انسانوں اور ان کی زندگیوں کے اللہ (سبحانہ و تعالیٰ) یعنی خالق کے ساتھ تعلق کے بارے میں بھی جوابات فراہم کیے ہیں، جس میں صرف اسی (سبحانہ و تعالیٰ) کی عبادت کرنے اور اس کے ساتھ کسی کو شریک نہ کرنے، تمام تر دیگر چیزوں کو چھوڑ کر صرف اسی (سبحانہ و تعالیٰ) کے احکامات کی پابندی کرنے، اس (سبحانہ و تعالیٰ) کے اوامر کی تعمیل کرنے اور اس (سبحانہ و تعالیٰ) کی ممانعتوں سے بچنے کی تاکید کی گئی ہے۔ اس میں صرف اللہ کے رسول ﷺ کی پیروی کرنے، ان کی اطاعت کرنے اور تمام تر دیگر لوگوں کو چھوڑ کر ان کی تعلیمات کو اپنانے کی فرضیت پر بھی زور دیا گیا ہے۔

The Islamic Message has also provided answers regarding the relationship of human beings and lives that they lead, with Allah (swt), the Creator, emphasising the obligation of worshipping Him (swt) alone and associating none with Him (swt), abiding only by His (swt) Decrees to the exclusion of all others, and executing His (swt) commands and avoiding His (swt) prohibitions. It also emphasised the obligation of following only the Messenger of Allah, Muhammad (pbuh), obeying him and adopting his teachings to the exclusion of all other people.

اسلامی پیغام اپنے ساتھ مخصوص اور طے شدہ تصورات لے کر آیا ہے جنہوں نے بدلے میں ایک ممتاز تہذیب (حضارۃ) تخلیق کی، جس کے ذریعے اس نے زندگی کے مکمل تصور کی وضاحت کی اور اس پیغام کو قبول کرنے والوں کے ادراک کو اسی تہذیب کے فریم ورک کے اندر بلور کیا۔ اس پیغام نے زندگی کے بارے میں ایک نقطہ نظر فراہم کیا ہے، جو کہ حلال اور حرام ہے، اور زندگی گزارنے کا ایک مخصوص طریقہ بھی۔ اس نے ایک ایسے معاشرے کی بنیاد رکھی ہے جو اپنے تصورات، جذبات، قوانین اور اپنے افراد کی شخصیات میں منفرد ہے۔

The Islamic Message has brought specific and determined concepts that in turn created a distinguished civilization (hadharah) by which it outlined the whole concept about life and crystallised the perceptions of those who embraced it within the framework of that civilisation. This Message has provided a viewpoint about life, which is the Halal and the Haram, and a specific way of living. It has established a society distinct in its concepts, emotions, rules and the personalities of its individuals.

اسلامی پیغام ایک مکمل نظامِ تشریع لے کر آیا ہے جو ریاست کے معاشرے کے ساتھ تعلقات کا تعین کرتا ہے، خواہ وہ حکمرانی، معیشت، سماجی، تعلیمی، گھریلو اور خارجہ پالیسی کے متعلق ہوں، یا وہ تعلقات ریاست اور اس کے شہریوں کے درمیان عوامی تعلقات کے ہوں یا ریاست اور دیگر ریاستوں اور قوموں کے درمیان، جنگ یا امن کے حالات میں۔ اس نے معاشرے میں افراد کے درمیان نجی تعلقات کا تعین بھی کیا ہے۔

The Islamic Message has brought a complete legislative system that determines the relationships of the state with society, whether regarding ruling, economics, social, educational, domestic and foreign policy, or whether those relationships relate to the public relationships between the state and its subjects or the state and other states and nations, in times of war or peace. It also determined the private relationships between individuals in society.

لہٰذا یہ ایک مکمل اور جامع نظام ہے، جو بنی نوع انسان کے لیے بنایا گیا ہے، جس نے مسلمانوں پر یہ لازم کر دیا ہے کہ وہ اسے ایک ایسی ریاست میں نافذ اور عمل درآمد کریں جو ایک مخصوص شکل اختیار کیے ہوئے ہو، اور اس کی نمائندگی نظامِ خلافت کرتا ہو۔

It is therefore a complete and comprehensive system, designed for mankind, which made it obligatory on Muslims to implement and execute it in a state that takes a specific shape, represented by the system of Khilafah.
