Ao recorrer à ideia de separar a religião da vida, o Ocidente atribuiu a si mesmo o direito de legislar. Ele sustenta que o homem deve viver a sua vida como lhe agrada, e não como os outros gostariam; de acordo com as suas próprias vontades, e não com a vontade dos outros. Consideraram que o homem não pode exercer este direito enquanto não desfrutar da sua liberdade. Isso levou a que a sua liberdade passasse a ser representada como as liberdades de crença, de propriedade, de opinião e de liberdade pessoal. E passou a considerar esta ideia de liberdades como sagrada.

By resorting to the idea of separating religion from life, The West has given the right of legislation to itself. It takes the view that man must live his life as he pleases and not as others would like; in accordance with his own whims and not the will of others. They took the view that man cannot practice this right until he enjoys his freedom. This has led his freedom to be represented as the freedoms of belief, ownership, opinion and personal freedom. It considered this idea of freedoms as sacred.

Essas liberdades têm significados técnicos específicos.

These freedoms have specific technical meanings.

A liberdade de crença permite ao indivíduo acreditar na religião que escolher. Ou permite-lhe passar de uma crença para outra, mesmo que isso fosse uma ocorrência diária. Permitiu-lhe também rejeitar as religiões por completo.

Freedom of belief allows the individual to believe in the religion he chooses. Or it allows him to move from one creed to another, even if it was a daily occurrence. It permitted him to reject religions altogether.

A liberdade de propriedade permite ao indivíduo possuir o que quiser e por qualquer meio que desejar. Ele também tem o direito de dispor de sua riqueza da maneira que lhe aprouver. Se quiser dá-la como presente ao seu cão e impedir que seus herdeiros dela se beneficiem, então ninguém pode impedi-lo de o fazer.

Freedom of ownership allows the individual to own whatever he wants and through any means he wants. He also has the right to dispose of with his wealth in any manner he wishes. If he wants to give it as a gift to his dog and prevent his inheritors from it, then nobody can stop him from doing so.

A liberdade de opinião lhe permite dizer o que quiser, seja verdadeiro ou falso, sem qualquer obstáculo ou vigilância. Ele pode violar ou criticar qualquer opinião que contrarie o seu entendimento ou os seus caprichos.

Freedom of opinion allows him to say whatever he wants, whether it is true or false, without any obstacle or monitoring. He can violate or criticize any opinion that goes against his understanding or whims.

A liberdade pessoal permite que os indivíduos conduzam os seus assuntos pessoais sem qualquer consideração por valores, limites éticos ou restrições espirituais.

Personal freedom allows individuals to run their personal affairs without any consideration for values, ethical constraints or spiritual restrictions.

Essa ideia das liberdades, que são exigências básicas da Democracia, fez com que os valores dos que a defendem decaíssem a um nível inferior ao dos animais.

This idea of freedoms, which are basic requirements of Democracy, has caused the values of those who advocate it to decline to a level lower than that of animals.

A liberdade de crença fez com que a religião perdesse sua importância nas sociedades capitalistas. Ela diminuiu muito a religião quando permitiu que os indivíduos mudassem de religião da mesma forma que trocam de roupa.

The freedom of belief has made religion lose its importance in capitalist societies. It belittled religion greatly when it permitted individuals to change their religion the way they changes their clothes.

Com a disseminação do pensamento materialista e a restrição do pensamento religioso, os valores éticos, humanitários e espirituais desapareceram. As almas das pessoas ficaram desprovidas de compaixão, e passaram a viver como lobos, onde o forte subjuga o fraco.

With the spread of the materialistic thought and the restriction of the religious thought, the ethical, humanitarian and spiritual values have disappeared. The souls of the people have become devoid of compassion, and they have come to live like wolves, where the strong subjugate the weak.

A liberdade de opinião tem permitido às pessoas dizer o que quiserem e reivindicar o que desejarem. Assim, toda opinião falsa, estranha e insensata pode ser encontrada em suas sociedades; elas carecem de qualquer critério de verdade. Também se ouve qualquer pessoa comum blasfemar contra o Mensageiro ﷺ, sem nenhuma lei que a impeça disso, como Salman Rushdie, que usa a liberdade de crença como pretexto e se esconde sob a liberdade de expressão.

Freedom of opinion has permitted the people to say what they like and to call for whatever they want. So, every false, strange and crazy opinion is to be found in their societies; they are devoid of the truth any criteria for it. You also come to hear any common person blaspheme against the Messenger 􀁕, without any law to prevent him from this; like Salman Rushdi, who uses freedom of belief as a pretext and hides under freedom of speech.

Quanto à liberdade de propriedade e aos seus critérios de benefício, ela deu origem à monstruosidade do Capitalismo, que adotou o colonialismo como método para controlar o futuro dos povos, apoderar-se dos seus recursos, explorar a sua riqueza e derramar o sangue dos seus povos. Isto tudo para competir com outros pelo ganho haram, negociar com o sangue dos muçulmanos, alimentar guerras civis e conflitos entre nações, de modo a vender os seus produtos e os das suas indústrias militares, que obtiveram lucros enormes. Estes Estados capitalistas despiram-se de quaisquer valores espirituais, éticos ou humanitários. Pelo contrário, servem-se da religião, quando se veem obrigados, para encobrir os seus interesses e alegar possuir valores éticos e humanitários, a fim de ocultar a sua face feia e o seu cheiro pútrido.

As for freedom of ownership and its criteria of benefit, it has created the monstrosity of Capitalism, which has taken colonialism as a method to control people’s future, and to seize their resources, exploit their wealth, and spill the blood of their peoples. This is to compete with others for the Haraam earning, to trade with the blood of the Muslims, to fuel civil wars and wars between nations so as to sell their products and those of their military industries, which have made huge profits. These capitalist states have stripped themselves of any spiritual, ethical or humanitarian values. Rather they use religion, if compelled, to cover their interests and claim to have ethical and humanitarian values to conceal their ugly face and putrid smell.

Quanto à liberdade pessoal, ela transformou as sociedades dos países democráticos em sociedades animalizadas e decadentes. Elas desceram a um nível de libertinagem repugnante que nem os animais alcançaram.

As for personal freedom, it has transformed societies in the democratic countries into declined animalistic societies. They have descended to a level of disgusting licentiousness that even the animals have not reached.

A legislação deles tem permitido relações sexuais anormais e errôneas.

Their legislation has permitted abnormal and erroneous sexual relations.

Você vê entre eles práticas que não se veem nem entre os animais. Eles praticam sexo em grupo e incesto com suas mães, filhas e irmãs. Praticam sexo até com animais. Por isso surgem entre eles doenças que nunca existiram antes. A desintegração da família pode ser vista em suas sociedades, e o respeito mútuo entre os membros de uma mesma família se perdeu. A liberdade pessoal é a liberdade de se livrar de todas as restrições, permitindo qualquer tipo de valores e a liberdade de destruir a família. É em nome da liberdade que todos os grandes pecados são cometidos e todas as proibições são permitidas.

You see amongst them practices that you do not see even amongst animals. They practice group sex and incest with their mothers, daughters and sisters. They practice sex even with animals. Hence diseases appear amongst them that never existed before. The break up of the family can be seen in their societies and the mutual respect between the members of a single family has been lost. Personal freedom is the freedom to do away with all restrictions; allowing any kind of values and the freedom to destroy the family. It is in the name of freedom that all the grave sins are committed and all the prohibitions are permitted.

Então, a liberdade de fornicação, homossexualidade, lesbianismo, nudez e álcool, e a busca de toda ação, por mais baixa ou abjeta que seja, é tudo feito com a máxima liberdade, sem qualquer pressão ou coerção.

So the freedom of fornication, homosexuality, lesbianism, nudity, and alcohol, and the pursuit of every action no matter how low or despicable it may be, is all done with the utmost freedom without any pressure or compulsion.

Estes são os efeitos da Democracia. Eles são produto dos caprichos do homem e não de Allah 􀀬, e não derivam da revelação que desce do céu. Não têm nenhuma relação com qualquer religião. Se retornarmos àquilo que estabeleceu a Democracia nas mentes dos seus defensores e pensadores, e às circunstâncias em que ela nasceu, ficará muito claro que ela foi fundada sobre uma base de kufr e foi estabelecida como resposta a dizeres como os de Luís XV: "Não recebemos a coroa senão de Deus", e Luís XIV: "A autoridade dos reis deriva da delegação de Deus. Deus é a sua fonte exclusiva, e não o povo. Os reis não prestam contas de como exercem a sua autoridade, senão perante Deus." Os intelectuais descreveram a teoria do contrato social de Jean-Jacques Rousseau como "a Bíblia da revolução secular francesa". De tudo isso, torna-se claro para nós a total contradição entre o Islam e a Democracia, quanto à fonte de onde ela provém, ao credo do qual emana, à base sobre a qual se assenta e aos pensamentos e sistemas que trouxe.

These are the effects of Democracy. They are the product of man’s whims and not from Allah 􀀬, and they are not derived from the revelation that comes from the heavens. They have nothing to do with any religion whatsoever. If we return to the thing that established Democracy in the minds of its advocates and thinkers, and the circumstances into which it was born, it will become very clear that it was founded on a kufr basis and it was established as a response to sayings such as those of Louis XV; “We did not receive the crown except from God”, and Louis XIV; “The authority of the kings derives from the delegation of God. God is its exclusive source and not the people. Kings are not accountable for how they practice their authority, except before God.” The intellectuals described the theory of the social contract of Jean Jacque Russo as, ‘the Bible of the French secular revolution.’ From all of this the complete contradiction of Islam with Democracy becomes clear to us, in regards to the source from which it came, the creed from which it emanated, the basis on which it is founded and the thoughts and systems it has brought.

- A fonte da qual isso provém é o homem. Ele é o governante a quem se recorre para emitir julgamentos sobre ações e coisas, quanto a serem husn (belas/dignas de serem feitas) ou qubh (reprováveis). Isso não é nada além de seguir as próprias vontades e desejos. As raízes de sua criação estão nos filósofos da Europa.

- The source from which it has come is man. He is the ruler who is referred to in issuing judgments on actions and things, in respect of them being husn (pretty/worthy of doing) or qubh (reprehensible). This is nothing but following one’s whims and desires. The roots of its creation lie with the philosophers of Europe.

Quanto ao Islã, é o oposto disso. Ele vem de Allah 􀀬. Ele 􀀬 o revelou ao Seu Profeta Muhammad ﷺ, Seu Servo e Mensageiro 􀁕. O governante no Islã recorre à Sharia para emitir as regras, e não à mente. O papel da mente limita-se a compreender os textos da Sharia.

As for Islam, it is opposite to that. It is from Allah 􀀬. He 􀀬 revealed it to His Prophet Muhammad, His Servant and Messenger 􀁕. The ruler in Islam refers to the Shar’a in issuing rules and not to the mind. The role of the mind is restricted to understanding the Sharee’ah texts.

Quanto à crença da qual a Democracia emana, trata-se da crença da separação entre religião e vida, que é a crença baseada na solução de compromisso. Esta crença não rejeitou a religião, mas aboliu o seu papel na vida e no Estado, e, consequentemente, deu ao homem o direito de estabelecer o seu próprio sistema.

- As for the creed from which Democracy emanates, it is the creed of separating religion from life, which is the creed based on the compromise solution. This creed did not reject religion but abolished its role in life and State, and consequently gave man the right to lay down his own system.

Foi com base em sua crença que sua civilização foi fundada e sua direção intelectual foi definida.

It was on the basis of its creed that its civilisation was founded and its intellectual direction was defined.

Já o Islã é contrário a isso. Ele se baseia na ‘Aqeedah islâmica, que obriga todos os assuntos da vida, e o Estado a serem orientados de acordo com as ordens e proibições de Allah (SWT). Em outras palavras, a vida segue as normas da Sharee’ah que emanam da ‘Aqeedah islâmica.

As for Islam it is contrary to this. It is based on the Islamic ‘Aqeedah that obliges all of life’s affairs, and the State to be directed according to the orders and prohibitions of Allah 􀀬. In other words, life proceeds according to the Sharee’ah rules that emanate from the Islamic ‘Aqeedah.

Foi com base na sua ‘Aqeedah que sua civilização foi fundada e sua direção intelectual foi definida.

It was on the basis of its ‘Aqeedah that its civilisation was founded and its intellectual direction was defined.

A base sobre a qual a Democracia está fundada é que a soberania pertence ao povo. O povo é a fonte dos poderes. Com base nisso, os sistemas democráticos criaram três poderes: o poder legislativo, o executivo e o judiciário, a fim de expressar na prática a sua soberania e autoridade.

- The basis on which Democracy is founded is that sovereignty is for the people. The people are the source of the powers. Based on this, the democratic systems created three powers; the legislative, executive and judicial powers, so as to practically express its sovereignty and authority.

Quanto ao Islã, a soberania pertence à Shar'a, e a Ummah não possui o direito de legislar. Contudo, o Islã obrigou os muçulmanos a executar as ordens e proibições de Allah (SWT), e manifestou isso através do estabelecimento do Estado Khilafah, tal como definido pelos textos da Sharee'ah.

As for Islam, sovereignty lies with the Shar’a, and the Ummah does not possess the right of legislation. However, Islam has obliged the Muslims to execute the orders and prohibitions of Allah 􀀬, and it manifested this through the establishment of the Khilafah State as defined by the Sharee’ah texts.

A democracia surgiu com sistemas e pensamentos baseados na conveniência e na satisfação das vontades, enquanto a legislação do Islã se baseia em seguir os textos e deduzir deles as regras da Shari'ah, isto é, baseia-se na adesão e no seguimento da orientação.

- Democracy came with systems and thoughts based on benefit and the following of whims, whilst the legislation of Islam is based on following the texts and deducing the Shar’eeah rules from them, i.e. it is based on the adherence to and following of guidance.

A afirmação de que a democracia tem alguns elementos bons dos quais o Islã pode se beneficiar é infundada e não se baseia em evidências. Já vimos alguns dos efeitos da democracia; ela criou uma situação maligna que não contém nenhuma bondade. A melhor Ummah trazida para a humanidade não precisa tirar nada da democracia. Há alguma deficiência no Islã que precise ser compensada fazendo tal afirmação?

The statement that Democracy has some good elements from which Islam can benefit is baseless and is not based upon evidence. We have seen some of the effects of Democracy; it has created an evil situation that contains no goodness. The best Ummah brought forth to mankind does not need to take anything from Democracy. Is there a deficiency in Islam, which needs to be compensated for by making such a claim?
