Аллах (SWT) ниспослал послание ислама и основал его на вероубеждении таухида, то есть на вере в то, что «нет бога, кроме Аллаха, Мухаммад ﷺ — посланник Аллаха». Это общее и всеобъемлющее послание, ниспосланное всему человечеству. Оно определяет все жизненные дела и все отношения — прошлые, настоящие и будущие. Послание предлагает решения всех человеческих проблем и определяет отношения человека с его Творцом, с самим собой и с другими людьми во все времена и во всех местах.

Allah (swt) has revealed the Message of Islam, and based it on the ‘aqeedah of Tawheed, which is the belief in “there is no God but Allah, Muhammad (swt) is the Messenger of Allah.” It is a general and comprehensive Message sent to all mankind. It determines all life’s affairs and all relationships, past, present and future. The Message offers the solutions to all the human problems, and determines man’s relationship with his Creator, with himself, and with his fellow human beings, at all times and places.

Исламское послание дало ответы относительно взаимоотношений Аллаха (SWT) со вселенной, с человеческими существами и с жизнью в целом. Оно рассмотрело вопросы сотворения и его управления, жизни и смерти, руководства и заблуждения, обеспечения и помощи, а также все остальные свойства, связанные с Аллахом (SWT), такие как всемогущество, совершенство, абсолютная власть, свободное распоряжение, всеобъемлющее знание о всех творениях и свободная воля относительно всех возможностей.

The Islamic Message has provided answers regarding the relationship of Allah (swt) with the universe, with human beings and with life as a whole. It has dealt with issues of creation and its control, life and death, guidance and misguidance, provision and help, and all the other powers associated with Allah (swt), such as omnipotence, perfection, absolute control, free disposition, supreme knowledge over all creatures and free will over all possibilities.

Исламское послание также дало ответы относительно взаимоотношений человека и жизни, которую он ведёт, с Аллахом (свт), Творцом, подчеркнув обязанность поклоняться только Ему (свт) и не придавать Ему (свт) сотоварищей, подчиняться только Его (свт) предписаниям, исключая все прочие, исполнять Его (свт) повеления и избегать Его (свт) запретов. Оно также подчеркнуло обязанность следовать только Посланнику Аллаха Мухаммаду ﷺ, повиноваться ему и принимать его учение, исключая всех прочих людей.

The Islamic Message has also provided answers regarding the relationship of human beings and lives that they lead, with Allah (swt), the Creator, emphasising the obligation of worshipping Him (swt) alone and associating none with Him (swt), abiding only by His (swt) Decrees to the exclusion of all others, and executing His (swt) commands and avoiding His (swt) prohibitions. It also emphasised the obligation of following only the Messenger of Allah, Muhammad (pbuh), obeying him and adopting his teachings to the exclusion of all other people.

Исламское послание принесло особые и определённые понятия, которые, в свою очередь, создали самобытную цивилизацию (хадарáh), благодаря которой оно очертило всю концепцию о жизни и сформировало представления тех, кто его принял, в рамках этой цивилизации. Это Послание дало взгляд на жизнь, основанный на дозволенном (халяль) и запретном (харам), а также особый уклад жизни. Оно создало общество, отличное по своим понятиям, чувствам, нормам и чертам личности его членов.

The Islamic Message has brought specific and determined concepts that in turn created a distinguished civilization (hadharah) by which it outlined the whole concept about life and crystallised the perceptions of those who embraced it within the framework of that civilisation. This Message has provided a viewpoint about life, which is the Halal and the Haram, and a specific way of living. It has established a society distinct in its concepts, emotions, rules and the personalities of its individuals.

Исламская весть принесла полноценную законодательную систему, которая определяет отношения государства с обществом во всех сферах: в управлении, экономике, социальной, образовательной, внутренней и внешней политике, будь то отношения государства со своими подданными или государства с другими государствами и народами, в военное время или в мирное. Она также определила частные отношения между индивидами в обществе.

The Islamic Message has brought a complete legislative system that determines the relationships of the state with society, whether regarding ruling, economics, social, educational, domestic and foreign policy, or whether those relationships relate to the public relationships between the state and its subjects or the state and other states and nations, in times of war or peace. It also determined the private relationships between individuals in society.

Поэтому это полная и всеобъемлющая система, предназначенная для человечества, которую Ашшаари' сделал обязательной для мусульман, чтобы они осуществляли её и претворяли в жизнь в государстве, принимающем определённую форму, а именно в системе Халифата.

It is therefore a complete and comprehensive system, designed for mankind, which made it obligatory on Muslims to implement and execute it in a state that takes a specific shape, represented by the system of Khilafah.
