A política da administração de interesses baseia-se na simplicidade do sistema, na rapidez no processamento das tarefas e na competência dos administradores. Isto é extraído da natureza do processamento do interesse, pois a pessoa que requer um serviço precisa que ele seja processado de forma rápida e eficiente. O Mensageiro de Allah ﷺ disse:

The policy of the administration of interests is based on the simplicity of the system, speed in processing the tasks and the competence of the administrators. This is taken from the nature of processing the interest, for the person who requires a service needs to have it quickly and efficiently processed. The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said:

"Certamente Allah prescreveu a excelência em tudo; portanto, quando matardes, matai de maneira boa, e quando abaterdes um animal, abatei de maneira boa." [Narrado por Muslim, de Shaddad bin Aws] Assim, a excelência na execução das ações é ordenada pela Sharia. Para alcançar isso, a administração deve observar três qualidades. Primeiro: a simplicidade do sistema, pois conduz à facilidade no processamento, enquanto a complicação leva à dificuldade. Segundo: a rapidez no processamento das transações, que poupa as pessoas de atrasos desnecessários. Terceiro: a capacidade e a competência dos funcionários. Isso é necessário para aperfeiçoar a tarefa e é até mesmo requerido para a própria execução da tarefa.

“Verily Allah has enjoined the perfection to everything; so when you kill, do so in a good way and when you slaughter, slaughter in a good way.” [Narrated by Muslim from Shaddad bin Aws] Therefore, the perfection in executing the actions is ordered by the Shar’a. To achieve this, the administration should observe three qualities. Firstly: The simplicity of the system that would lead to the ease of processing, whereas complication would lead to hardship. Secondly: The speed in processing the transactions would spare people of unnecessary delay. Thirdly: The ability and competence of the employees. This is required to perfect the task and is even required for the performance of the task itself.
