安拉至高说:{朝觐这房子是人们对安拉应尽的义务,凡有能力前往的人都应当去朝觐。谁不信道,安拉确是无求于众生的。}(阿勒·伊姆兰:97)

Allah, the Most High, says, {Pilgrimage thereto is a duty, men owe to Allah those who can afford the journey; but if any deny faith, Allah stands not in need of any of his creatures.} (Al-Umran: 97)

先知(愿主赐福于他并使他平安)说:“凡是有能力前往天房的人,既有盘缠又有交通工具,却不去朝觐,那么即使他死时是犹太教徒或基督教徒,也没有过错。这是因为安拉说:‘朝觐天房是人们对安拉应尽的义务,凡有能力前往者。’”1

The Prophet (pbuh) said, "Whoever can afford this journey to the sacred House, by provision and transportation and he does not make the pilgrimage, there is no blame if he dies as a Jew or a Christian. This is because Allah says, "Pilgrimage thereto is a duty men owe to Allah -those who can afford the journey.”1

"Umar Ibn Al-Khattab(愿真主喜悦他)说:"我曾考虑派人前往这些城市,去查看谁没有完成朝觐,并向每一个有能力却未去朝觐的人征收人头税(Jizya)。他们不是穆斯林。" Ibn 'Abbas(愿真主喜悦他)说:"凡不朝觐也不缴纳天课的人,在临死时会请求被送回人世。"有人说:"只有不信道者才会请求被送回。"他说:"全能的真主说:{你们应当从我所赐予你们的财产中施舍,在你们中有人临死的时候,他说:'我的主啊!你为什么不让我再延缓一个短期呢?那我就可以施舍,我就可以成为善人了。'}(《伪信者》:10)"

'Umar Ibn Al-Khattab, may Allah be pleased with him, said, "I have considered sending men to these cities to see who has not made the pilgrimage, and collect the non-Muslim poll tax (Jizya) from everyone possessing the means who has not performed it. They are not Muslims." Ibn ' Abbas, may Allah be pleased with him, said, "Whoever does not make pilgrimage or pay Zakat will ask to be returned to life when dying.” Someone said, "No one asks to be returned except the unbelievers." He said, "Allah, the Almighty, says, {And spend something (in charity) out of the substance which we have bestowed on you, before death should come to any of you and he should say: 0 my Lord! Why didst thou no give me respite for a little while I should then have given (largely) in charity, and I should have been one of the doers of good.} (Al-Munafiqun: 10)
