ومعنى الإيمان بتوحيد الربوبية أن يعتقد المرء أنه لا رب للكون إلا الله، وهو خالقه ومدبّره ومنظّمه ورازقه ومُؤمِّن أهله، وغير ذلك، وهو الله الذي لا شريك له في

A ---It means to believe in that there is only one Lord for the universe, He is its Creator, Organizer, Planner, Sustainer, and the Giver of security, etc., and that is Allah. He is Allah, Who has neither a partner in (His)

لَهُ الْمُلْكُ، وَلَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ وَلِيٌّ مِنَ الذُّلِّ، فَلَا أَحَدَ يَسْتَطِيعُ أَنْ يَرُدَّ حُكْمَهُ أَوْ يُعَارِضَ قَضَاءَهُ. يَقُولُ اللهُ تَعَالَى:

Dominion, nor He is low to have a protector or supporter. No one can defy His Judgment or challenge His Ordainments. Almighty Allah says:

{الحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ وَجَعَلَ الظُّلُمَاتِ وَالنُّورَ ۖ ثُمَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا بِرَبِّهِمْ يَعْدِلُونَ}

{All praises and thanks be to Allah, Who (Alone) created the heavens and the earth, and originated the darkness and the light; yet those who disbelieve hold others as equal with their Lord}.

(الأنعام، ١)

(Al-An' am, 1)

قال الله تعالى: {الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ}.

Allah the Almighty says: {Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds}.

(الفاتحة، ١)

(Al-Fatihah, 1)

قال الله تعالى: {قُلْ مَنْ رَبُّ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ قُلِ اللَّهُ قُلْ أَفَاتَّخَذْتُمْ مِنْ دُونِهِ أَوْلِيَاءَ لَا يَمْلِكُونَ لِأَنْفُسِهِمْ نَفْعًا وَلَا ضَرًّا قُلْ هَلْ يَسْتَوِي الْأَعْمَىٰ وَالْبَصِيرُ أَمْ هَلْ تَسْتَوِي الظُّلُمَاتُ وَالنُّورُ أَمْ جَعَلُوا لِلَّهِ شُرَكَاءَ خَلَقُوا كَخَلْقِهِ فَتَشَابَهَ الْخَلْقُ عَلَيْهِمْ قُلِ اللَّهُ خَالِقُ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَهُوَ الْوَاحِدُ الْقَهَّارُ} (الرعد: 16)

Allah the Almighty says: {Say (O Muhammad): "Who is the Lord of the heavens and the earth?” Say: "(It is) Allah." Say: "Have you then taken (for worship) Auliya' (protectors) other than Him, such as have no power either for benefit or for harm to themselves?" Say: "Is the blind equal to the one who sees? Or darkness equal to light? Or do they assign to Allah partners who created the like of His creation, so that the creation (which theymade and His creation) seemed alike to them?" Say: "Allah is the Creator of all things, and He is the One, the Irresistible}. (Ar-Ra'd, 16)

قال الله تعالى: {اللَّهُ الَّذِي خَلَقَكُمْ ثُمَّ رَزَقَكُمْ ثُمَّ يُمِيتُكُمْ ثُمَّ يُحْيِيكُمْ ۖ هَلْ مِن شُرَكَائِكُم مَّن يَفْعَلُ مِن ذَٰلِكُم مِّن شَيْءٍ}

Allah the Almighty says: {Allah is He Who created you, then provided food for you, then will cause you to die, then (again) He will give you life (on the Day of Resurrection). Is there any of your (so-called) partners (of Allah) that do anything of that?

سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَىٰ عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ

Glory is to Him! And Exalted is He above all that (evil) they associate (with Him)}. (Ar-Rum, 40)

قال الله تعالى: {هَٰذَا خَلْقُ اللَّهِ فَأَرُونِي مَاذَا خَلَقَ الَّذِينَ مِن دُونِهِ}

Allah the Almighty says: {This is the creation of Allah. So show Me that which those (whom you worship besides Him have created}.

(لقمان، ۱۱)

(Luqman, 11)

قال الله تعالى: {أَمْ خُلِقُوا مِنْ غَيْرِ شَيْءٍ أَمْ هُمُ الْخَالِقُونَ * أَمْ خَلَقُوا السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ بَلْ لَا يُوقِنُونَ}. (الطور: 35، 36)

Allah the Almighty says: {Were they created by nothing? Or were they themselves the creators? Or did they create the heavens and the earth? Nay, but they have no firm Belief}. (At-Tur, 35, 36)

قال الله تعالى: {رَبُّ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا فَاعْبُدْهُ وَاصْطَبِرْ لِعِبَادَتِهِ هَلْ تَعْلَمُ لَهُ سَمِيًّا}1. (مريم: 65)

Allah the Almighty says: {Lord of the heavens and the earth, and all that is between them, so worship Him (Alone) and be constant and patient in His worship. Do you know of any who is similar to Him?}1. (Maryam, 65)

قَالَ اللهُ تَعَالَى: ﴿لَيْسَ كَمِثْلِهِ شَيْءٌ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْبَصِيرُ﴾ (الشورى: ١١)

Allah the Almighty says: (There is nothing like unto Him and He is the All-Hearer, the All-Seer}. (Ash-Shura, 11)

قَالَ اللهُ تَعَالَى: {وَقُلِ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي لَمْ يَتَّخِذْ وَلَدًا وَلَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ شَرِيكٌ فِي الْمُلْكِ وَلَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ وَلِيٌّ مِنَ الذُّلِّ وَكَبِّرْهُ تَكْبِيرًا} [الإسراء: ١١١]

Allah the Almighty says: {And say: "All the praises and thanks are to Allah, Who has not begotten a son (or offspring), and Who has no partner in (His) Dominion, nor He is low to have a Wali (helper, protector or supporter). And magnify Him with all magnificence, [Allahu-Akbar (Allah is the Most Great)]}. (Al-Isra', 111)

قال الله تعالى: {قُلِ ادْعُوا الَّذِينَ زَعَمْتُم مِّن دُونِهِ}

Allah the Almighty says: {Say: (O Muhammad to polytheists, pagans) "Call upon those whom you assert (to be associate gods)

{لَا يَمْلِكُونَ مِثْقَالَ ذَرَّةٍ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَلَا فِي الْأَرْضِ وَمَا لَهُمْ فِيهِمَا مِنْ شِرْكٍ وَمَا لَهُ مِنْهُم مِّن ظَهِيرٍ * وَلَا تَنفَعُ الشَّفَاعَةُ عِندَهُ إِلَّا لِمَنْ أَذِنَ لَهُ حَتَّىٰ إِذَا فُزِّعَ عَنْ قُلُوبِهِمْ قَالُوا مَاذَا قَالَ رَبُّكُمْ قَالُوا الْحَقَّ وَهُوَ الْعَلِيُّ الْكَبِيرُ} (سبأ: 22، 23)

besides Allah, they possess not even an atom's weight either in the heavens or on the earth, nor have they any share in either, nor there is for Him any supporter from among them. Intercession with Him profits not except for him whom He permits. So much so that when fear is banished from their (angels') hearts, they (angels) say: "What is it that your Lord has said?" They say: "The truth. And He is the Most High, the Most Great}. (Saba', 22, 23)
