আল্লাহ তাআলা বলেন, {ওসিয়ত পালনের পর এবং ঋণ পরিশোধের পর, যাতে কারো ক্ষতি করা না হয়।} (আন-নিসা: ১২)

Allah Most High, says, {After payment of legacies and debts: so that no loss is caused (to any).} (An-Nisa': 12)

এর অর্থ হলো, কেউ যখন এমন দাবি করে যে সে অমুকের কাছে ঋণী, আর এর মাধ্যমে উত্তরাধিকারীদের ক্ষতি করে, তখন...

This means that when someone brings loss to heirs by claiming that he is indebted to such and such.

আল্লাহ তাআলা বলেন, {এটাই আল্লাহর বিধান, আর আল্লাহ সর্বজ্ঞ, পরম সহনশীল। এগুলো আল্লাহর নির্ধারিত সীমারেখা।

Allah the Almighty says, {Thus is it ordained by Allah, and Allah is All-Knowing, Most Forbearing. Those are limits set by Allah:

{যারা আল্লাহর আনুগত্য করে ও তাঁর রাসূলের আনুগত্য করে, তাদেরকে এমন জান্নাতে প্রবেশ করানো হবে যার তলদেশে নদী প্রবাহিত, সেখানে তারা চিরকাল থাকবে; আর এটিই হলো মহা সাফল্য। কিন্তু যারা আল্লাহর অবাধ্যতা করে ও তাঁর রাসূলের অবাধ্যতা করে এবং তাঁর সীমালঙ্ঘন করে, তাদেরকে আগুনে প্রবেশ করানো হবে, সেখানে তারা চিরকাল থাকবে; আর তাদের জন্য রয়েছে লাঞ্ছনাকর শাস্তি।} (আন-নিসা: ১২-১৪)

those who obey Allah and his Messenger will be admitted to gardens with rivers flowing beneath, to abide therein (forever) and that will be the supreme achievement. But those who disobey Allah and his Messenger and transgress his limits will be admitted to a fire, to abide therein: and they shall have a humiliating punishment.} (An-Nisa': 12-14)

আগে উল্লেখিত আয়াতে বর্ণিত পুরস্কার ও শাস্তি উত্তরাধিকার বণ্টনকারীদের সম্পর্কে। আবু হুরায়রা (রাঃ) বর্ণনা করেছেন যে, নবী ﷺ বলেছেন, "কোনো পুরুষ বা নারী ষাট বছর ধরে আল্লাহর বিধান মেনে আমল করে, অতঃপর তাদের মৃত্যু এসে উপস্থিত হয়।

The reward and the punishment mentioned in the aforementioned Ayat concerns those who deal with the inheritance. Abu Hurairah related that Prophet (pbuh) said, "A man or a woman work abiding by Allah's commandments for sixty years until the death comes to them.

তারপর তারা অসিয়তের মধ্যে ক্ষতি সাধন করে, আর এর ফলে তারা জাহান্নামের আগুনে প্রবেশ করে।" এরপর আবু হুরায়রা (রাঃ) আল্লাহর এই বাণী পাঠ করেন: {ওসিয়ত পালন ও ঋণ পরিশোধের পর, যাতে কারও ক্ষতি না হয়}।

Then they bring loss to the bequest and thereby they enter the hellfire". Then Abu Hurairah reads, Allah's saying: {After payment of legacies and debts: so that no loss is caused (to any one)}" 1

"যে ব্যক্তি তার উত্তরাধিকারীদের তাদের উত্তরাধিকার লাভ থেকে বঞ্চিত করে, আল্লাহ তার জান্নাতের উত্তরাধিকার লাভ থেকে তাকে বঞ্চিত করবেন।"2

"Whoever prevents his heirs from receiving their inheritance, Allah will prevent his inheriting Paradise.”2

আল্লাহ প্রত্যেককে তার প্রাপ্য অধিকার দিয়েছেন। সুতরাং উত্তরাধিকারীর জন্য কোনো ওসিয়ত নেই।”৩

"Allah has given every one his right. Thus there is no bequest for an heir.” 3
