Allah, o Altíssimo, diz: {Depois de cumprir os legados e as dívidas, sem causar dano a ninguém.} (An-Nisa': 12)

Allah Most High, says, {After payment of legacies and debts: so that no loss is caused (to any).} (An-Nisa': 12)

Isso significa que, quando alguém causa prejuízo aos herdeiros ao alegar que está endividado com determinada pessoa.

This means that when someone brings loss to heirs by claiming that he is indebted to such and such.

Allah, o Altíssimo, diz: {Assim foi decretado por Allah, e Allah é Onisciente, Clemente. Esses são os limites estabelecidos por Allah:

Allah the Almighty says, {Thus is it ordained by Allah, and Allah is All-Knowing, Most Forbearing. Those are limits set by Allah:

{Quem obedece a Allah e ao Seu Mensageiro será admitido em jardins por baixo dos quais correm rios, onde permanecerá para sempre, e esse será o grande triunfo. Mas quem desobedece a Allah e ao Seu Mensageiro e ultrapassa os Seus limites será admitido no fogo, onde permanecerá para sempre, e terá um castigo humilhante.} (An-Nisa': 12-14)

those who obey Allah and his Messenger will be admitted to gardens with rivers flowing beneath, to abide therein (forever) and that will be the supreme achievement. But those who disobey Allah and his Messenger and transgress his limits will be admitted to a fire, to abide therein: and they shall have a humiliating punishment.} (An-Nisa': 12-14)

A recompensa e o castigo mencionados nos versículos anteriores dizem respeito àqueles que lidam com a herança. Abu Hurairah relatou que o Profeta ﷺ disse: "Um homem ou uma mulher trabalha obedecendo aos mandamentos de Allah durante sessenta anos, até que a morte lhes chegue."

The reward and the punishment mentioned in the aforementioned Ayat concerns those who deal with the inheritance. Abu Hurairah related that Prophet (pbuh) said, "A man or a woman work abiding by Allah's commandments for sixty years until the death comes to them.

Then they bring loss to the bequest and thereby they enter the hellfire". Then Abu Hurairah reads, Allah's saying: {After payment of legacies and debts: so that no loss is caused (to any one)}" 1

"Quem impedir seus herdeiros de receberem sua herança, Allah o impedirá de herdar o Paraíso."2

"Whoever prevents his heirs from receiving their inheritance, Allah will prevent his inheriting Paradise.”2

"Allah deu a cada um o seu direito. Portanto, não há testamento em favor de um herdeiro." 3

"Allah has given every one his right. Thus there is no bequest for an heir.” 3
