Allah diz: {A censura recai somente sobre aqueles que oprimem os homens com injustiça e transgridem insolentemente os limites pela terra, desafiando a verdade e a justiça; para tais haverá um castigo doloroso.} (Ash-Shura: 42)

Allah says, {The blame is only against those who oppress men with wrongdoing and insolently transgress beyond bounds through the land, defying right and justice: for such there will be a chastisement grievous.} (Ash-Shura: 42)

O cobrador de impostos é um dos mais próximos apoiadores dos opressores. Antes, ele pode até ser um dos opressores.

The tax collector is one of the closest supporters of the oppressors. Rather he may be of the oppressors.

Ele toma o que não lhe é lícito e o entrega àqueles que não o merecem. Por isso, o Profeta ﷺ declarou: "O cobrador de impostos não entrará no Paraíso." 2

He takes what is not lawful to him and gives it to those who do not deserve it. Hence, the Prophet declared, "The tax collector will not tread Paradise.” 2

Quanto à mulher que se arrependeu diante de Allah por ter cometido adultério, o Profeta ﷺ disse: "Ela se arrependeu diante de Allah de tal maneira que, se fosse dividido entre um coletor de impostos injusto, este seria perdoado, ou seria aceito."
