Tendo apresentado a evidência (Daleel) para a licitude de praticar o Taqlid no Islã, é crucial salientar que o seguidor deve, quando lhe surgir uma questão, perguntar sobre o seu Hukm e o seu Daleel. A nossa adoração inclui a busca do conhecimento. Como servos de Allah (SWT), devemos conhecer a regra de Allah para cada ação que praticamos.

Having given the Daleel for the permissibility of practicing Taqleed in Islam, it is crucial to point out that the follower must, when an issue confronts him, ask about its Hukm and Daleel. Our worship includes the pursuit of knowledge. As slaves of Allah (swt) we must know Allah‟s rule for every action we perform.

Narrado por Abdullah bin Amr: Ouvi o Profeta ﷺ dizer:

Narrated by Abdullah bin Amr: I heard the Prophet (saw) say:

O Profeta ﷺ disse: “Allah não retira o conhecimento (ʿIlm) depois de tê-lo concedido a vocês, mas o conhecimento será retirado com a morte dos ʿUlamāʾ. Então surgirão pessoas ignorantes que passarão a dar sua Raʾy (opinião) com base em seus desejos; elas se desviarão e levarão a Ummah ao desvio.” (Bukhari e Ahmad)

“The Prophet (saw) said: “Allah does not remove the „Ilm after it was given to you, rather the „Ilm would be removed with the death of the „Ulema. Then some people, who are ignorant, will start giving their Ra‟ee (opinion) based on their desires and they are misled and will lead the Ummah astray.” (Bukhari & Ahmad)

Para que os muçulmanos evitem as consequências deste Hadith, devem pedir uma Daleel antes de praticar a Taqleed.

For Muslims to avoid the consequence of this Hadith, they must ask for a Daleel before performing Taqleed.
